Abstract

In the current era of globalization, information technology is advancing rapidly. PT. Korma Jaya Utama requires a computerized system that supports and provides good service for its employees. For this reason, the author tries to make the Design of the Sales Program at PT. Korma Jaya Utama Jakarta. PT. Korma Jaya Utama is a company engaged in the food processing industry, especially soy sauce. The system at PT. Korma Jaya Utama is done semi-computerized, so it has obstacles that often occur such as errors in sales, searching for data that is long enough, recording sales that are still done manually, errors in the calculation of sales so that reports that require a long time. So that with a computerized system this is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this company, and with a computerized system can be achieved an activity that is effective and efficient in supporting the activities of this company.

Abstract

Principal leadership has a strategic leadership style in realizing successful implementation and management of education. This study aims to assess the leadership style of principals on teacher performance. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and carried out in November to all SD Negeri Jatisari II teachers in Bekasi City. SPSS 23 is used to analyze data. Saturated Sample Method was carried out in this study. The results show that the Leadership Style has very strong results. The results of the coefficient of determination in accordance with R Square amounted to 0.866 teacher performance influenced by leadership style. Simple linear regression analysis between Leadership Style on Teacher Performance is Y = 1.045 + 0.968 (X = Leadership Style and Y = Teacher Performance. Thus the direction of leadership style towards teacher performance is one-way positivity. Respondents' assessment of leadership style of SD Jatisari Elementary School II is quite good, but it needs to be improved in its leadership style, given the importance of leadership style in accordance with existing rules.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to find the differences between mathematics learning achievement, and the students who are taught with free-inquiry, guided-inquiry and conventional learning method. This research carried out in SMP Negeri 267 Jakarta, whose all of grade IX students as the population and class IX-A, IX-B and IX-D as the sample, which obtained by using Cluster Random Sampling. This research uses experimental method with Static-Group Comparison design, where mathematics learning achievement as the dependent variable, learning method as the treatment (independent variable). The mathematics learning achievement data were obtained through mathematics achievement test instrument, the data were analyzed with descriptive and inferential analysis (hypothesis test) with one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) to test that the differences exist among the means and Dunnett test for the one-way ANOVA post hoc test. This research revealed that: (1) There are differences in mathematics learning achievement, between the students who are taught with the free-inquiry, guided-inquiry and conventional learning method; (2) Mathematics learning achievement of the students who are taught with free-inquiry is higher than the conventional learning method; (3) Mathematics learning achievement of the students who are taught with guided-inquiry is higher than the conventional learning method; and (4) Mathematics learning achievement of the students who are taught with free-inquiry is not higher than the guided-inquiry learning method.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the company’s stock price in Indonesian capital market especially in Consumer Goods Industry Sector. The variables used in this study is Current Ratio, Dividend Policy, Leverage and Return on Assets. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis model. This study uses the period 2013-2016. The number of observations used in this study were 36 observations. The results showed that the variable Current Ratio, Dividend Policy, Leverage, Return on Assets has negative not significantly effect on stock price.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of variables of capital structure, liquidity, earning per share, and profitability on the value of the company in the manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2014-2017. This study used secondary data taken by documentation method that is the company’s annual financial report 2014-2017. This research used quantitative approach and the 52 sampels were drawn using purposive sampling technique out of 152 company data that me criteria. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially, capital structure, liquidity, and earning per share has no significant effect on the firm value. Simultaneously, profitability have a significant effect on firm value of the company companies of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2014-2017.

Abstract

Learning Method is a way that is done by a teacher so that learning processes occur in students to achieve learning goals. This study aims to know significantly the influence of the Team Games Tournament learning method on the ability to recognize vocabulary about nouns students of Medan Charles Wesley Methodist Middle School. The learning material taught to students of Medan's Charles Wesley Methodist Middle School is a book from Taiwan, namely Hello, 华语! which is a Chinese language textbook at the Medan Charles Wesley Methodist Middle School. This research was conducted in the school of Charles Wesley Methodist Middle School in Medan, specifically 7th grade students of junior high school, namely classes 7A and 7B. The research design used was a quantitative research design. The analysis of the results of the research used is the analysis of the t-test. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic factors on banking stocks on the Indonesian stock exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Analysis of the data used is the method of multiple regression analysis using SPSS 20. The empirical results of this study indicate that microeconomic factors namely Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Performing Loans have a negative but not significant effect on stock returns while Operational Costs on Operational Income have a negative and significant effect on return stock. The macroeconomic factors namely inflation shows a negative and significant influence on stock returns. The implication is that this research can strengthen signal theory and arbitrage pricing theory and add insight to future researchers, as well as additional references for banking companies in considering the role of predictor variables as in this study. which affects stock returns.

Abstract

Investment is one of the tools used by many investors or shareholders to maintain their wealth. That is by way of investing its shares in the capital market. The hope of obtaining maximum returns is very important for investors to evaluate financial statements for information related to how investors can easily make investment decisions. This study aims to look at the effect of Capital Structure, Net Profit Margin, Current Ratio, and Price Earning Ratio on Stock Returns in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2017. Determination of samples using purposive sampling method and the samples studied were 23 companies. Data analysis method using multiple regression analysis.

Abstract

Information Technology (IT) is growing very rapidly. Information Technology is a technology that can be used to get more benefits from an ongoing system The application of information technology systems will be useful if the application is in accordance with the goals, vision and mission of the organization that has been translated into business strategies and information technology strategies. The alignment between the information technology strategy and business strategy will provide added value in the form of competitive advantage in business competition. The application of good information technology has a big influence in achieving the goals of an educational institution, it is hoped that this can be implemented properly. This can be seen from the application of the information technology whether it has conformed to the process carried out within the educational institution. Luftman has built a method that can help a company know the level of strategic maturity that the company has. Luftman's method is known as the Luftman Framework or the Luftman strategic alignment maturity model. An organization if the information technology maturity has approached expectations that are expected, the organization of the technology will be more effective in carrying out the process of aligning information technology and business, so that the alignment process can take place better
