Abstract

Code switching is a part of sociolinguistic phenomenon that often occurs in the community by using more than one language combination in one phrase or sentence. Code switching can be found anywhere. One of the common places where code switching can be found is in TV program. In the case, the aim of this study was to identify and analyze the types of code switching found in Hitam Putih talk show and the reasons for using the code switching. The theory used to analyze code switching in this study is related to tags, intrasentential, and intersentential is proposed by Stockwell (2002), while the theory used to analyze the reasons for using code switching is proposed by Hoffman (1991). The study uses qualitative research. The object of the study is code switching found in the Hitam Putih talk show. The results of this study showed that, out of 73 data that was analyzed, 19 of them contain switching tags. 48 data contain intrasentential switching, while the other 6 data contain intersentential switching. The writer also found a reason to use code switching in Hitam Putih talk show because of interjection, discussing a particular topic, being emphatic about something, repetition used for clarification, intention of clarifying the speech content for interlocutor, and expressing group identity.

Abstract

Effect of Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance of the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Konawe Regency, this study aims to analyze how much influence the Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment on employee performance at the Office of Population and Civil Registry Office of Konawe Regency. The population in this study amounted to 35 employees of the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Konawe Regency, with sampling techniques using saturated sample techniques. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables of Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment have a significant and positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research is conducted to measure whether there is a correlation between English reading aloud and English reading comprehension. It consists of two variables namely; English reading aloud as independent variable and English reading comprehension as dependent variable. The population of this research is the students of SMP N 192 Jakarta that consist of 60 students and divided into two classes and the method that is used is simple random sampling, with the sample consist of 30 students. The method that is used in this research is survey. It means that, the research use oral test for reading aloud and multiple choice tests for reading comprehension. Then, all of answers which are got by researcher are noted, processed and analyzed. The oral test is related to the theme above that is used for getting information of population. In this research, first of all the researcher tests the population through reading English text loudly to know the students’ reading aloud score. Then, researcher gives multiple choice tests to know student’s reading comprehension.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of supervision on increasing employee productivity at PT Simpatik Citra Adi Sarana Unaaha Konawe District. Data collection methods used are the method of observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The analytical method used is a simple linear regression analysis. Based on the discussion of the results of research that has been done, conclusions can be drawn relating to the effect of supervision on increasing employee productivity of PT Simpatik Citra Adi Sarana Unaaha Konawe Regency that the influence of supervision has a role and relationship to increasing employee productivity at PT Simpatik Citra Adi Sarana Unaaha Konawe Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi startegi pemerintah daerah kabupaten konawe dalam mengembangkan ekonomi daerah melalui pengembangan UMKM pertanian dan mengungkap faktor-faktor apa saja yang mendukung dan menghambat implementasi strategi pemerintah daerah dalam mendorong tumbuh kembang UMKM pertanian kabupaten konawe. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan fenomenologi dalam pendekatan kualitatif dimana model ini berusaha memahami arti dari suatu peristiwa yang terjadi karena adanya interaksi dari pihak-pihak yang terlibat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM sektor pertanian di kabupaten konawe dan instansi terkait yaitu Dinas Pertanian, Disperindag, Koperasi UMKM Kabupaten Konawe, serta pihak akademisi pengamat UMKM. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi dengan Teknik pengolahan analisis perumusan matrik IFAS, EFAS, analisis strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats (SWOT) dan QSPM. Hasil penelitian yang memiliki nilai TAS sebesar 610 sebagai strategi penetrasi pasar, pengembangan pasar memiliki nilai TAS sebesar 6,3, strategi pengembangan produk dengan nilai TAS sebesar 6,53. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, maka ditarik kesimpulan bahwa implementasi strategi pengembangan produk pertanian memiliki total nilai daya Tarik paling besar yaitu 6,53 dibandingkan dengan strategi penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan pasar.

Abstract

Laju pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia saat ini tidak lepas dari peran tiga pelaku ekonomi, yang telah memberikan kontribusinya terhadap perkembangan perekonomian Indonesia itu sendiri, sehingga diharapkan akan dapat mengantarkan bangsa Indonesia dalam mewujudkan cita-citanya, yaitu mewujudkan masyarakat adil dan makmur. Ketiga pelaku ekonomi terse-but, salah satu diantaranya adalah UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah). Peran BPR bagi masyarakat di daerah perdesaan diharapkan mampu menjadi ujung tombak dalam pembiayaan sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil (UMK), dengan cara menyalurkan kredit ke UMK dalam jangka panjang dan melakukan pembinaan usaha agar kredit yang diberikan dapat memperbaiki kinerja keuangan UMK penerima kredit tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan hasil pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan serta berdasarkan teori yang mendasari penelitian ini, maka penulis menarik kesimpulan bahwa peran BPR dalam pembiayaan Usaha Mikro dan Kecil masih menempati porsi yang relatif kecil jika dibandingkan dengan pembiayaan oleh Bank Umum. Kredit modal kerja yang disalurkan oleh BPR kepada UMK memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap rata-rata net profit margin UMK selama periode tiga tahun setelah penerimaan kredit modal kerja

Abstract

Today the rapid development of information technology has a very important role for any company in preparing and processing data. Computer information technology of a set consisting of hardware and software for data processing which can provide any information required and will increase effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency of a company. CV. Cimanggis Jaya is a company range in the field of repair and maintenance services and trading motor vehicle spare parts of motorcycles and cars. In the purchase, calculation of purchases is manually so it can cause the occurrence of human errors. In search and checking data items takes a long time so it is not effective, and if the employee wants to make a purchase report often occur errors. These problems can be avoided by using a computerized system, by making a purchase application program that can speed in completing the work and the company produced accurate data at a faster time.

Abstract

This study aims to find empirical evidence of how the effect of profitability, solvency and audit fees affects audit report lag on extractive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2017. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done, there is no significant effect between profitability and audit report lag because it is obtained the t value of -2.012 with a significant value of 0.61> 0.05. So, the profitability of a company is high or low does not affect the delivery of financial statements in a timely manner. There is a significant influence between solvency and audit report lag because it is obtained the t value of 5.646 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. So, the smaller the debt to the total assets generated will extend the audit report lag. There is no influence between audit fee and audit report lag because it is obtained the t value of 0.219 with a significant value of 0.830> 0.05. So, the size of the audit costs incurred by the company does not affect the audit report lag.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of regional financial performance in North Sulawesi Province based on the regional fiscal decentralization ratio, regional financial dependency ratio, regional financial independence ratio, regional financial effectiveness ratio and regional financial capability ratio. The analysis shows the calculation of the degree of fiscal decentralization ratio, the ratio of regional financial dependency, the ratio of regional financial independence, the ratio of effectiveness of PAD and the ratio of financial growth of the North Sulawesi Provincial Government for the period 2014 - 2019. Financial Performance of the North Sulawesi Provincial Government is still considered to be very poor when viewed with using Fiscal Decentralization Degree Ratio. This is because the average ratio is still in the interval> 25% - 50%. The Financial Performance of the North Sulawesi Provincial Government is still classified as moderate when viewed using the Regional Financial Dependency Ratio. The Financial Performance of the North Sulawesi Provincial Government is still relatively low when viewed using the Regional Financial Independence Ratio. The financial performance of the North Sulawesi Provincial Government can be categorized as effective if seen using the PAD Effectiveness Ratio. The Financial Performance of North Sulawesi Provincial Government when seen from the PAD Growth Ratio grew positively. The average growth was 8.69% when compared to the realization of total regional expenditure.
