Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the division of labor in increasing work effectiveness at the Sibolga District Court Office by appealing to the hioptesis that there is an influence of the division of labor on increasing work effectiveness at the Sibolga District Court Office. The research method used is a causal comperative descriptive method. The author uses 31 respondents as samples taken from the entire population. The results showed a positive relationship between the Division of Work with Work Effectiveness at the Sibolga District Court Office of 0.757, so that if interpreted on a scale of values ​​can be categorized as a strong relationship. The regression equation obtained Y = 9,419 + 0.782 X which shows the effect of the division of labor on work effectiveness, which means the effectiveness of work will increase by a regression coefficient / slop (0.782) if the division of labor variables are added by one unit. The t test showed that the hypothesis was accepted to be correct, where t count 6.233> 2.04523. While the coefficient of determination is known that the division of labor only accounts for 57.3% of work effectiveness at the Sibolga District Court Office and the remaining 42.7% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

”Article 4 of the Child Protection Act that every child has the right to live, grow and participate properly and participate in accordance with human dignity and dignity, and get protection from violence and discrimination . The problem in this study is how the characteristics of children in conflict with the law can be detained. The research method used is normative legal research. "Legal research is a process to find the rule of law, legal principles, and legal doctrines in order to answer the legal issues at hand". The legislative approach method is used to understand the hierarchy of laws and principles contained in legislation. The law approach is carried out by examining all laws and regulations relating to the legal issues being addressed. The results of the study are an argument to solve the issue at hand. The conceptual approach is carried out when it does not depart from existing legal rules. This was done because there was indeed no or no legal rules for the problems faced "Against the perpetrators of child crime, which was detained by the police is a violation of human rights by depriving the freedom of children in conflict with the law. Children should get special treatment, not detention detention, but house arrest. Thus making children able to overcome their mistakes without feeling pressured by law enforcement.

Abstract

This research is based on the theory of Marketing Management science related to the development of the digital economy in modern global-based platform organizations as one of the applications that accelerates and facilitates the use of online shopping application services in Indonesia. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach with the nature of the research is explanatory. The population in this study is the number of digital marketing service users by 120,856 respondents and the sampling technique using the Slovin formula obtained as many as 100 respondents used in this study. The results obtained in this study are that partially the use of digital marketing obtained tcount > ttable (1,588 > 1,290) and easy access to services obtained tcount > ttable (1,434 > 1,290) has a significant positive effect > 0.10 in increasing people's purchasing power Medan city, while simultaneous use of digital marketing and the ease of access of services obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable (2.337 > 2.36) has a positive and not significant effect on increasing the purchasing power of the people of Medan City in the era of the marketing industry revolution 4.0

Abstract

This study is aimed to investigate the effect of image formation factor components such as physical identity, non physical identity, organitation management, product quality, activity and relations. Besides, it is also used to know which component has the biggest part in influencing the public opinion. Variable X1 is physical identity, variable X2 is non physical identity, variable X3 is organitation management, Variable X4 is product quality, Variable X5 is activity and relations, and variable Y is public opinion. Related literature used in this research is image formation and public opinion. This research belongs to quantitative research with corelational description. Sample employed here is 100 people. In gathering the data, questionnaire is used and the result is counted by using likert scale. Moreover, to make the data valid, some tests are also used. They are validity test, reliability test, and classic assumption test that covers normality test and multicollinearity test. Furthermore, the data are analyzed by using double linier regression analysis. From the results of data analysis and discussion it was found that together the variables of physical identity (X1), non physical identity (X2), organitation management (X3), product quality (X4), activity and relations (X5) have a significant effect on public opinion (Y). The contribution of these five variables amounted to 59.1%, the remaining approximately 40.9% influenced by other factors besides these five variables. The existence of influence together, indicating that these five variables is what determines the level of public opinion.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the promotion strategy of Zone Therapy Clinic through promotion mix to build brand value and loyalty of traditional health customers. This study uses marketing theory, Marketing Mix Theory, Marketing Mix Communication Theory and SWOT Analysis. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study research method. The results of this research are the Zone Therapy Clinic using marketing communication strategies using Advertising activities, Direct Marketing and then Word of Mount (word of mouth marketing) with the Segmentation, Tactics and Value approach. In building brand value and customer loyalty, the Zone Therapy Clinic always makes an innovation to improve both its marketing strategy both online and offline, by creating the latest content and design for marketing needs to be easily accepted by the public both with advertising, direct marketing and marketing patterns by word of mouth or word if mounted by first determining the segmentation, tactics and values ​​that will be given later. In addition, in terms of service, which is trying as much as possible to provide the best by aligning themselves with its consumers then asking more questions, greeting and providing education in accordance with the needs of its customers.

Abstract

The topic of discussion of mining crimes outside the permitted area is discussed to address issues related to corporate criminal liability in case Number: 1066 K / PID.SUS / 2017 for mining actions outside the mining business permit area. Research with issues of corporate criminal liability in case Number: 1066 K / PID.SUS / 2017 for mining activities outside the mining business permit area, the following conclusions are obtained:Whereas although a person (the company management) does not commit a criminal act himself and does not have an error in the ordinary sense, it can be accountable. Managers do, managers and corporations are criminally responsible for the actions that occur, namely the felling of trees in production forests for mining even though they are outside the permitted location.Mining outside the permitted area, which means the destruction of the forest and the environment has been damaged, therefore the perpetrators should be charged simultaneously so that criminal sanctions will be more severe and deterrent. In connection with the perpetrators of the crime as the main director, the sanctions imposed not only on the management but also on the corporation as additional crimes other than the main crime.

Abstract

Facebook is one of the instances of web 2.0. It provides the opportunity to the user of that social media to develop writing skills by means of synchronous and asynchronous communication tools. The objectives of this study are three-fold: (1) to examine the effect of giving feedback through Facebook group on students’ writing achievement. (2) to scrutinize possible changes in students’ intrinsic motivation as a result of using facebook, and (3) to gauge students’ perceptions of using Facebook group in writing class. This study was conducted in Muhammadiyah University involving 120 students of English Study Program registered in academic years of 2014/2015. Purposive sampling technique was employed in recruiting the participants. This study was conducted using mixed method. Quantitave data originated from test scores & questionnaires. Qualitative data are obtained from in-depth interviews with sample participants. The researcher used thematic analysis in analyzing the results of the interview. In-depth interviews with sample students indicate that Facebook is perceived to be effective in improving their writing skills. Paired samples t-test shows that post-test scores are significantly higher than pre-test scores, -4.637 (31) 0.000 < 0.05 which in turn suggests that use of Facebook has resulted in improved writing skills. By the same token, students’ intrinsic motivation too undergoes a significant increase, -2.250 (31) 0.032 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study provides an overview of the implementation of Village Fund management in Konawe District, as well as the factors that influence implementation and strategies that must be carried out in order to improve implementation, as well as providing assistance to Local Governments in developing Village Funds. The implementation of the Village Fund management policy in Konawe District has been carried out since 2015. However, with the approval of the goals, the implementation of the Village Fund in Konawe District has not been optimal. The planning formulation process has not yet been approved according to established procedures, discussion of the objectives of improving governance, development and community empowerment, has been carried out optimally, but the goal of continuing to increase the capacity of community institutions in the village in planning, implementing and developing development has not run optimally. Likewise, the accountability program has not been carried out optimally which does not have a standard operating procedure on the systematic arrangement of the responsibility. Some of the factors that influence the implementation of the Village Fund in the Konawe Regency are communication, resource capabilities, implementing attitudes, and bureaucratic structures. the main instrument in research is the researcher itself. Data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data relating to policies and empirical requirements for the implementation of the Village Fund Management Policy. In this study, also using survey research to obtain primary data on village funding policies in Konawe District.

Abstract

This study aims to find out Community Empowerment Based Tourism Development in Toronipa Coastal Tourism Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. This study uses a qualitative approach, and the methods used are interviews, observation, and documentation study The results of this research are to find out what should be done by the Regional Government for the development of tourism in Toronipa Beach, Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi, explored from communication, resources, implementing attitudes and bureaucratic structures. the resource has been implemented and shows a good situation, but in the aspect or dimension of communication, the bureaucratic structure cannot be implemented properly Factors that influence the implementation of tourism development in Toronipa Beach, Kon Regency awe Southeast Sulawesi, is a supporting factor consisting of natural resources, affordability, safety and comfort of tourists and social media technology used for tourism promotion. While the inhibiting factors consist of, local government service factors, limited facilities and infrastructure and supporting facilities for Toronipa beach tourism.

Abstract

This study reveals the policy of village funds in Belalo Village and Lalowaru Village as a research locus. Village funds as a policy that has been decided by the central government in the framework of accelerating village development must be able to be implemented appropriately and effectively by village government officials as not implementing. Village funds as a government policy can achieve the goals or objectives and positive motivation of the village government as an implementer which is supported through activities or programs that are needed by the community. The facts revealed were contrary to the non-implementation of village funds in Belalo Village and Lalowaru Village such as the questionable facts that were not implemented in implementing village fund policies were the village financial technical implementers consisting of village heads, village secretaries, section heads and village treasurers. There is no village fund implementer to manage village funds with a pattern of self-management.
