Abstract

This study aims to research methods used qualitative methods with reference to the Strategy to Build E-Business for MSME Actors Towards Digitalization. Data collection techniques through interviews with similar companies and Product Launching experts. The results of the analysis show that there are 4 things that must be done in building e-business for MSMEs including:1.Development of E-Business Architecture 2. Installation3. Selection of Development Options, 4.Applications that have been selected and implemented are expected to be well integrated with all existing applications.5. Operation/Maintenance.In building E-Business, it is not merely transferring conventional business into E-Business, but the most important thing is consistency in terms of updating information, technology, good systems, good management, fast service and response, and communication with customers or consumers. So that consumers become satisfied and continue to make repeat orders, it remains only for MSME entrepreneurs to continue to develop the market with promotions on various promotion platforms.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the reserve for bad debts loss at the company CV. Service Partners for the balance sheet reporting period as of September 30, 2022. From the results of the research that the authors did for 5 months and on the basis of the data of the Balance Sheet report as of December 31, 2021 and the Balance Sheet report as of September 30, 2022, CV. Service Partners have not made a provision for uncollected receivables. In this study, the author uses the age of receivables analysis to calculate and estimate the allowance for losses on receivables on the basis of the detailed list of accounts receivable data as of September 30, 2022. Furthermore, from the details of the receivables, an analysis of the age of receivables is compiled, namely the age group of accounts receivable 0-30 days, 31- 60 days, and >60 days with allowance for accounts receivable rates of 10%, 15% and 15% (table-3 & table-4). From the results of multiplying the receivables allowance rate and the amount of receivables that have been grouped based on the age of the receivables, an allowance for losses on bad debts is Rp. 75,641,783,- (table-5) and the effect on the current year's profit and loss forecast decreased to Rp. 397.201.853,-.

Abstract

PT Wilo Pumps Indonesia is a supplier company in the field of building services, water management, and industry. Has a wide range of products, especially pumps for building service markets, water management markets, and industrial markets. Wilo is synonymous with high efficiency, high quality, and reliable products. Product innovation regularly sets new standards in terms of energy efficiency and sustainability in the handling of natural resources. Public and private sector organizations, in administrative activities will always be associated with archives. The organization's archive procedures can provide information that is important and needed for the running of the organization. With the increasing activity and dynamics of the organization, it will bring a tendency to increase the need for information to support the decision-making process to achieve goals. The data collection method in the preparation of this article is the method of observation, interviews, and literature study with the analytical method in the form of qualitative analysis, namely the method of data analysis without using static analysis. The results of the implementation of archive management at PT Wilo Pumps Indonesia through the receptionist, secretary, and archivist. Implementation of archive management in the form of sorting, naming documents, indexing, inputting, and storing.

Abstract

Communities is important aspect in the survival of a tourist destinations and the community also an important aspect in the success a program a television show where in the program present information devoted to the communityAs for the kind of research used is research quantitative with the methods descriptive verifikatif which is to explain x, y and looking for relation of them in size sample as much as 140 respondents. The sampling techniques used is random sampling .Analysis techniques the data used analytics linear regression multiple. The research results show positive results and significant on variables subjects that is content program, format program, duration program and simultaneously to interest visit community. Magnitude impact of the Program of interest visit communities is a very important aspect for the continuity of tourism places in the program.

Abstract

This android-based spatial knowledge application was created as a media to support the learning of Class V students of SD Islam At-Taqwa about building space that can be done anywhere and anytime, helping students to recognize the theory and concepts of building space, in addition so that students - students have alternative learning media besides books and foster student interest in learning mathematics. Based on the application that has been made by the author, it can be concluded that, Smartphones with the Android operating system are the ones that are widely used in the community, Android is an operating system that supports script writing using the Java language, The spatial application created by the author helps in learning geometry for students. Grade V elementary school students and the general public who want to use the application to help calculate the results of calculating the area and volume of each shape and the manual calculation formula.

Abstract

Dana is an Indonesian digital wallet designed to make every non-cash and non-card transaction digitally, both online and offline, run quickly, practically and with guaranteed security. The purpose of this journal is to find out and examine how the Concept of Content Creative 4.0 PT. Espay Debit Indonesia in improving Brand Image and reviewing the Engagement Rate Content Creative 4.0 through Instagram @dana.id Media to increase Brand Image Users, Dana Followers. This research uses digital revolution theory, New Wave Marketing and Engagement Rate analysis. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study research methods and constructivist research paradigms. The results of this study are how Content Creative can improve Brand Image through Dana's Instagram social media, how through Content Dana tries to attract images with its consumers, this is in accordance with the concept of Content Marketing where the relationship between a Brand and its consumers is horizontal. In improving Brand Image through content on Instagram social media, Dana uses the elements contained in the New Content Marketing 7 (Seven) steps of Content Marketing, namely: setting goals, mapping targets, determining the major themes of the content presented, determining when and who makes Content, distributing Content, strengthening Content and evaluating. Brand Dana already has a strong character for online business activists because Brand Dana has 7 steps of Content Marketing.

Abstract

This research is to find out solar panels produce electric current depending on the intensity of sunlight. In addition, temperature, humidity and other environmental parameters affect the energy conversion process. Commercial solar panels are widely available in the market. The price depends on the selling capacity of diesel as well as the materials that determine the performance of the power plant. This paper compares monocrystalline and polycrystalline solar panels using a sensor circuit. The impact of environmental parameters on solar panels is also assessed. The results show that monocrystalline outperforms polycrystalline. The voltage, current and output power of monocrystalline were 2.8%, 7.73% and 6.41% higher than polycrystalline. Monocrystalline solar panels are also more stable to environmental changes. This is how the stability of efficiency.

Abstract

Currently, futsal has developed in various cities and regions. Futsal is a soccer game that is usually played indoors with a smaller field size than a football field. In a futsal tournament held in a certain area, the implementation of the tournament system is still done manually. The author designed a web-based futsal tournament scheduling application using the waterfall method. The web created can make it easier for admins to manage tournament data, teams, groups, tournament schedules and results, along with standings. In addition, this website can also produce fast and accurate information about the tournament to be held.

Abstract

The target for compliance with the Annual Tax Return (SPT) reporting which is expected by the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) of the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkee) in 2019 is 85%. Taxpayer compliance in the South Cikarang KPP environment fluctuated during the 2015-2019 period. One of the factors decreasing taxpayer compliance is the lack of awareness of the taxpayers themselves. Another policy from the government is to issue a tax amnesty policy. The purpose of this study was to determine the tax amnesty, taxpayer awareness and taxpayer compliance contained in KPP Pratama Cikarang Selatan, to determine the effect of tax amnesty on taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Cikarang Selatan, to determine the effect of tax amnesty on taxpayer compliance. awareness of taxpayers on taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Cikarang Selatan, and the effect of tax amnesty and awareness of taxpayers together on taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Cikarang Selatan. The design of this research is a quantitative analysis method. The data analysis method in this research is descriptive analysis method and associative analysis method. The research population is taxpayers, both individuals and entities who are in the South Cikarang Pratama Tax Service Office. Determination of the sample using a quota sampling method with incidental sampling technique. The sample in this study were 50 people. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. Testing the instrument using the classical assumption test with the help of SPSS software version 23. The data analysis techniques used in this study were simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that Tax Amnesty, Taxpayer Awareness and Taxpayer Compliance at KPP Pratama South Cikarang were quite good. There is an influence between Tax Amnesty (Tax Amnesty) on taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama South Cikarang because the value of tcount > ttable (6,176 > 2,009). There is an influence between Taxpayer Awareness on Taxpayer Compliance at KPP Pratam Cikarang Selatan because the value of tcount > ttable (9.656 > 2.009). There is an influence between Tax Amnesty and Taxpayer Awareness on Taxpayer Compliance at KPP Pratama Cikarang Selatan because the value of tcount > ttable (48.672 > 3.20).

Abstract

Communication is something that cannot be separated in human life because in essence humans are social creatures who need other people. Interpersonal communication is a form of communication that occurs every day in human life. Likewise in the marketing process carried out by a marketer with his clients. In this process there is a form of communication called interpersonal communication. Celebrity fitness has several programs that must be marketed to its members through a marketing. When the marketing process requires a marketer to visit members who are exercising. Then when you are marketing that is what is called interpersonal communication. Broadly speaking, the role of marketing is to market the company's products to customers. The scope of the discussion in this journal is to find out the processes and activities in interpersonal communication between marketing and members at celebrity fitness.
