Abstract

Slow and bad administrative services are a phenomenon that people commonly complain about. The responsiveness of public services has become a phenomenon. Public service institutions can provide fast, firm, and uncomplicated services as well as commit and respond to excellent public services. Responsive services are a service model expected to be established in all institutions in Indonesia at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Ambon City. Based on data analysis of NVIVO 12 Plus software analyzing 100 research articles about responsive public services that had been carried out in the previous year, it is found that there is still a lack of Scopus data publication documents published by Indonesian researchers in the theme of responsive public services. The research on the responsive aspect of services has not optimally discussed the aspects of service quality, information technology, organizational culture, work experience, work motivation, lack of facilities, cooperation, and work procedures. Therefore, this study aims at analyzing data from interviews regarding the responsive public services at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Ambon City focusing on these eight aspects using the NVIVO 12 Plus software.

Abstract

The study aimed to assess the potential economic value of carbon within PT Strata Pacific's IUPHHK-HA area. The methodology involved collecting, processing, and analyzing numerical data using statistical methods. Sampling techniques included stratified systematic sampling or simple random sampling, with a maximum allowable sampling error of 20%. The study found that the carbon content reserve in tree stands within PT Strata Pacific's IUPHHK area in East Seram Regency, Maluku Province, is 44.95 tonnes per hectare. Assuming a conservative carbon value of US$ 5 per tonne, the total potential economic value of tree stands and the root shoot ratio in this area ranges from US$ 12,962,231.50 to US$ 15,221,643.25. Direct benefits for the local community include improved access to agricultural and plantation roads, social management activities (CSR) by businesses, and job opportunities. These benefits are estimated to have a direct value of Rp 3,525,000,000 per year.

Abstract

The study examines the impact of product attributes and pricing on consumer purchase intentions for sago tumbu, a traditional Maluku snack. It employs a quantitative approach with explanatory research design, focusing on the relationship between independent variables (product attributes and price) and the dependent variable (purchase intentions). Data from 120 respondents, patrons of specialty snack outlets in Ambon City, were collected using a 5-point Likert scale and analyzed through multiple regression analysis using SPSS 23. The findings highlight the significant positive influence of both product attributes and pricing on consumer purchase intentions. Recommendations include enhancing product packaging and labeling attractiveness while maintaining affordable pricing to stimulate consumer purchasing intentions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of Regional Regulation Policy Number 1 of 2020 concerning Regional Spatial Planning in the development of Green Open Space in Probolinggo City. This investigation utilizes qualitative research methodology, employing a case study approach. Data gathering involves observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results of the study show that the implementation of regional spatial plan policies in the provision of RTH in Probolinggo City has not been implemented optimally which does not achieve the target in the 2019-2024 RPJMD. This is because, in the aspect of resources, namely human resources and budget, there still needs to be an addition in optimizing the RTH development and preservation program. In addition, economic and social conditions also need government attention because the people of Probolinggo City still do not care about the environment.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of workload, burnout, and organizational commitment on cyberloafing actions. The rapid advancement of technology has led to significant changes in work patterns. A negative effect of internet technology is the indication that internet usage has no relation to work-related interests (cyberloafing). Increasing workloads have caused burnout and impacted organizational commitment. The method used in this research is quantitative. The test results show that, of the three hypotheses tested, one hypothesis was not supported, namely the effect of workload on cyberloafing." This study concludes that organizations need clear regulations and internet usage monitoring. Development and training are also necessary to build a culture of innovation and creativity.

Abstract

The activity of calibration/re-calibration has influenced consumer behavior in purchasing goods. The purpose of this study is to understand consumer behavior in determining purchases from sellers whose measuring, weighing, and related equipment (UTTP) have been calibrated/re-calibrated, and its implications on seller income. This research uses a qualitative method. The data used is primary data obtained by conducting interviews with 50 consumers and 50 sellers using incidental sampling techniques. Data and information obtained were analyzed qualitatively through descriptive analysis and narrative. The research results indicate that consumers tend to choose sellers whose UTTP equipment has been calibrated/re-calibrated, except in situations of necessity, such as indebtedness or hurry. This has an impact on increasing seller income than before calibration/re-calibration.

Abstract

The structural characteristics in the Eastern Indonesia Region, such as human capital, demographics, unemployment rates, and government policies, lead to regional polarization with varying growth levels. This study examines the influence of foreign investment, information and communication technology, human resources, and spatial dependence on productivity and its convergence from 2015 to 2022 using the Spatial Durbin Model. The findings show productivity divergence, with foreign investment positively impacting TFP divergence, while ICT and human resources do not affect TFP between regions. Spatially, foreign investment and ICT positively impact TFP, whereas human resources negatively impact TFP, influencing both the region and its neighbors.
