Abstract

The researcher conducted these research on look at factors than the number of members, own capital loan capital and business volume jointly influence the success of the development of student Cooperatives in Banjarmasin, and to see the dominant factors influencing the development of student cooperatives in banjarmasin. Research that uses an analysis variable unit indicator consisting of variables that affect student cooperatives in Banjarmasin.            Research shows the number of student Cooperatives registered at the Banjarmasin UKM and NAKER Cooperative Service in each subdistrict in Banjarmasin City which amounts to 7 (seven) units with an active number of 4 (four) units from all sub-districts and 3 (three) other units that are active Keywords: Cooperative, Performa and Economic

Abstract

This study aims to discovery out how the beef price, the broiler price, the price of gabus fish, the price of salty telang fish and percapita income with influence demand of beef at banjarmasin city and what the factor is the most dominant affect of beef at Banjarmasin city.The study used data during six years from 2010 untill 2015 years in a matter of the monthly. this study used analyze technic regresi linear double with variabel devenden demand of beef(Y) and variabel independen price of beef(X1) price of broiler (X2) ,price of gabus fish (X3), price of salty telang fish (X4) and percapita income (X5). from this study result variabel price salty telang fish influential significate to demand of beef at banjarmasin city and variabel beef price, broiler price,gabus fish price and percapita income with all not influential significate to face demand of beef at Banjarmasin City. The factor the most dominant demand of beef is variabel the salty telang fish. Keywords : Demand of beef, the beef price, the broiler price, the gabus fish price, the price salty telang fish and percapita income.

Abstract

This research isconducted to find out factors of initial capital, labor, raw materials and working hours. Moreover, this research is conducted to find out which factor that simultaneously affects the income, and dominantly influences the income of pastry industry in North Banjarmasin District.This research is using quantitative method in order to obtain initial capital, labor, raw materials and working hours. The data obtained using primary data is a data directly taken from the source. This data is derived from questionnaires and direct interviews with the owner of the pastry industry in the District of North Banjarmasin.Based on the researchit was found that initial capital, labor, raw material, and working hours are the factors that affectthe income of the pastry industry. Subsequently, raw material is the dominant factor that influencing earnings of the pastry industry in District of North Banjarmasin.Keywords : Initial Capital, Labor, Raw Materials, Working Hours, Revenue

Abstract

Septiana 2018 “This reasearch to find out ‘bout the influence of pdrb, population and unemployment to poverty Banjarmasin city year 2002-2016”. Poverty is a problem that has not been resolved to date even though several government efforts have been made to reduce poverty. In this study we can see how big the poverty level and which factors affect poverty so that we can find solutions and policies appropriate to overcome poverty in the city of Banjarmasin. The scope of this study covers poverty conditions in Banjarmasin using time series data by analyzing for 15 years. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis method. By using R-Square Test (R2), Simultaneous Test (F Test) and Individual Test (t test). The result of the research of the influence of pdrb, population and unemployment together have an effect on to poverty. pdrb and unemployment have no significant effect on poverty. While the number of residents significantly influence the poverty in the city of Banjarmasin. The most dominant factor affecting poverty is the population.Keywords: Economic, Poverty, GDP, Population and Unemployment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the performance of regional finance at the district and municipal governments in South Kalimantan province based on the independence and effectiveness of regional finance period 2012 to 2016 as well as the trend of regional financial effectiveness and effectiveness period 2012 to 2016. Type of research used is descriptive, Regency and City in South Kalimantan Province and the sample of all districts and cities in South Kalimantan Province. Secondary data were obtained from Regional Finance Board of South Kalimantan Province and Directorate General of Balance of Ministry of Finance. Analytical techniques used are the ratio of independence and local financial effetivity as well as percentage trend of independence and effectiveness of regional finance.The results obtained in this study are: 1) The ratio of regional autonomy in general in 2012 to 2016 into very low category. 2) The effectiveness ratio of regional finance in general from 2012 to 2016 is effective except the Upper River Central Regency is in a balanced category 3) The trend of regional autonomy has a good development unless the Regency of Banjar in 2015 and 2016 is below 100 percent. 4) Trend of regional financial effectiveness in the year 2013 until 2016 tend to positive trend there are 4 area and that tend to experience negative trend direction there are 8 area.Keywords: Independence, Effectiveness, Regional Autonomy

Abstract

This research was conducted to see employment opportunities, social assistance spending and economic growth related to poverty in the province of  Sout Kalimantan Province. The data used is time series in the period 2007-2017, using multiple linier regression analysis. The results of the study are partially employment opportunity variables, social assistance spending and growth affect poverty, while simultaneously employment opportunity variables do not affect poverty but social assistance spending and growth variables affect poverty in South Kalimantan Province.Keywords : Poverty, Job Opportunities, Social Assistance Expenditure, Economic Growth.

Abstract

This researchwas conducted to determine the contribution, effectiveness, and potential of Market service retribution acceptance on regional retribution in Banjarmasin. The data used in the form of secondary and primary data with research samples selected by purposive random sampling as many as 6 markets from 64 markets in Banjarmasin. This data analysis technique using descriptive analysis with the quantitative method.This result study indicate that the contribution of receipt of market service retribution acceptance on regional retribution in Banjarmasin during the 2011-2017 budget year was still very poor, although the condition of market service retribution in 2016 had a contribution value of 11,510% classified as not good because the percentage value was above 10%. Effectiveness of receiving market service retribution in Banjarmasin tends to fluctuate, it happens in 2011-2017. Potential of receipt of market service retribution on regional retribution in Banjarmasin is 34,82%. The amount of receipt of market service retribution based on regional regulation number 1 in 2016 is 246,89%.Keywords :Market service retribution, contribution, effectiveness, potential, regional retribution.

Abstract

Helda Yuliana, (2018), “Analysis of The Tax Revenue Fees For Acqiusition of Land and Buildings (BPHTB) in Banjar District”.            The transfer of management of Tax for Acquisition of Land and Buildings (BPHTB) and Land and Building Tax–Urban and Rural(PBB-P2) from the central government to regional government is a follow up of regional autonomy and fiscal decentralization policy. With the transfer ofBPHTB inti local taxes, BPHTB took part in contributing tothe District Own Source Revenue(PAD).  Thepurpose of this research are to knows how much thecontribution, how effectiveness and efficiency, how BPHTB potency, what are the obstacles in BPHTB collection, and what strategy needs to be done to increase BPHTB revenue.            The type of  the research isa descriptive method. The data sourece used is secondary data obtained from Bapenda Banjar district to calculate the contribution, effectiveness and efficiency, and primary data obtained from interviews to know the potential, constraints, and strategies in the revenue of BPHTB.            The results ofthis research can be concluded that contribution of BPHTB to local revenue (PAD) still deficient. The effectiveness of 2012-2016 is very effective because the effectiveness is always above 100% and the implementation of BPHTB collection is ver efficient. BPHTB of Banjar district has a very high potential and potentially will continue to increase. Obstacles faced by Banjar distict government that is not yet applied marketprice and still only refers to NJOP. Strategy that can be done is by using price comparison and Banjar district government routinely conduct evaluation meeting with BPN and notary/PPAT.Keywords: BPHTB, PAD, contribution,effectiveness, efficiency, potency
