<![CDATA[This study aims to test Independence, Competence, Expectation Auditor, Auditor's Accuracy to Audit Quality simultaneously and partially.The sample in this research is Inspectorate of Tanjungpinang City, Inspectorate of Regency of Bintan, And Inspectorate of Batam City. The type of data used is the primary data which is obtained data collected by the researchers in a direct way from the source. Data were collected by using questionnaires distributed directly to respondents. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression model. To test the hypothesis simultaneously and partially used F Test and Test T. The result of hypothesis test and test show that simultaneously variable of Independence, Competence, Expectation Auditor, Auditor's Dignity has Influence on Audit Quality. Partially Independence, Expectation Auditor, and Auditor's Accuracy does not have an effect on Audit Quality, while Competence Affects Quality of Audit.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style, motivation and communication on employee performance at private hospitals in Batam City. This study used questionnaires distributed to employees of private hospitals in Batam City by distributing questionnaires 200 respondents. This study uses the level of individual analysis. The object of research is the employees of private hospitals in Batam City. This study uses multiple linear regression test which includes the validity, reliability, normality, and r square test. The results showed that the coefficient of determination (R2) has a value of 0.740 which means that the variable of employee performance variable can be explained by the variable of leadership style, motivation and communication equal to 74,%, while the rest is 26,% influenced by factors that do not exist in research this.]]>

<![CDATA[E-KTP (KTP-el) is a state document that must be owned by every citizen who has been aged 17 years or has married or been married. every citizen has only 1 E-KTP card in which there is a Population Identity Number (NIK). NIK became the sole identity number for public service affairs (Law Number 24 of 2013 About Amendment To Law Number 23 of 2006 About Population Administration). However, the implementation of E-KTP is still not maximized, one of the problems is the lack of socialization and information on E-KTP to citizens. As the result of a poll conducted by e-ktp.com up to the beginning of 2016, it was found that 58.0% of people complained about the lack of socialization and information on E-KTP, and only 3.0% -9.0% expressed satisfaction with the socialization and information which exists. In fact, until the middle of 2016 there are about 22 million inhabitants scattered in various areas that have not done recording E-KTP. Therefore the authors try to make multimedia animation in the form of public service ads to provide education and explain how the process of making and the E-KTP for the community. The design of multimedia animation using Luther-Sutopo version of multimedia development method with 6 stages is concept, design, collecting material, assembly, testing and distribution.]]>

<![CDATA[The development strategy of Economic Community of Fishermen in the Village of South Maitara, Sub District of North Tidore, Province of North Maluku. Marine fishery resources is a resources potential for economic development and wii-being of coastal communities, especially fishermen. To achieve these objectives be effectively and efficiently we need a strategy. This research was conducted in the village of South Maitara, District of North Tidore, Tidore Island, North Maluku Province. The sample is this study was 21 fishermen. The data used are secondary and primary data and are analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results showed that the economic development of fishermen still can be done by implementing the following strategies: (1). Increase the number of and quality of fishing equipment (2). Improving the quality of human resources through training (3). Improve the quality of facilities and infrastructure (4). Increased access to financing from financial institutions, and (5). The government’s policy of pro fishermen and the quality of natural resources.]]>

<![CDATA[The agricultural sector is the primary sector and plays an important role for the national economy. One result of the agricultural sector is rice which is the staple food of Indonesian citizens. This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial production, and price of rice consumption Kerinci regency, as well as to analyze the variables that have the most dominant influence on rice consumption in Kerinci regency for the period of 2010 - 2015. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. The results showed simultaneously production and price variables significantly affect the consumption of rice in Kerinci regency in 2010 - 2015. Partially, the variables of rice production and consumption of rice did not affect the consumption of rice in Kerincitahun 2010 - 2015. Production and price variables have a positive and significant on the consumption of rice in Kerincitahun 2010 - 2015.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study refers to: (1) determine the amount of household expenditures to fuel the kitchen before the uses of biogas, (2) the expenditures of households to fuel the kitchen after the uses of biogas, and (3) determine the amount of the reduction of kitchens household expenditure using biogas fuel. The results showed: (1) the amount of fuel expenditures household kitchen's before using biogas average of Rp. 269 ​​516 per month. (2) the amount of fuel expenditures household kitchen's after using biogas average of Rp. 92 581 per month, (3) a reduction in fuel expenditure household in the village of Giri Mulyo after using biogas amounted to Rp. 5.485 million or an average of Rp. 176 935 per month / families or assuming a reduction in fixed expenditure then the average of Rp 176,935 x 12 equals 2,123,225 per year / families.]]>

<![CDATA[Research entitled "The Concept of Christian Students at Muhammadiyah University of North Maluku". becomes an interesting sight if the campus becomes an option for Christian students. The purpose of this study is To find out how Christian students to form their own concept at the University of Muhammadiyah North Maluku. The type of research used in this study is the type of descriptive qualitative research that aims to describe precisely the properties of an individual, circumstances, symptoms or specific groups to be studied, in this case is the self-concept of Christian students at the University of Muhammadiyah North Maluku. The theory used in this research is self concept. The results show that, Christian students while in the middle of the majority environment of Islamic students form their own concept with their respective judgments and in accordance with the environment in which they are located. They have a positive self-concept. They are not choosing friends, they are friends with everyone without discriminating their religion, ethnicity, culture, physical and status. Initially they were not too close to feel awkward and afraid if not accepted by Islamic students. However, over time they feel happy and familiar with Islamic students.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract Kailan (Brassica oleraceae var Acephala) is one of vegetable commodity which is quite popular and sought after by Indonesian society because it has high enough nutrient content. One important factor that can affect the growth and yield of a plant is the availability of nutrients. Nutrient nutrients can be increased in soil availability with growth-promoting bacteria and plant health. Therefore, Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) is given to the soil to increase the availability of nutrients. There has been no recommendation regarding the right dosage of PGPR for Kailan plants. This research aims to determine the effect of PGPR on growth and yield of Kailan plants and to know the exact dosage of PGPR. The design was Randomized Block Design (RAK), consisting of 4 treatments and 6 replications, namely: P0 (without PGPR), P1 (100 ml PGPR / plant), P2 (150 ml PGPR / plant), P3 (200 ml PGPR /plant). The variables observed were plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight, and root length of the plant. The results showed that PGPR had a very significant effect on the growth and yield of kailan plants, where 200 ml of PGPR treatment gave growth and yield of the highest kailan plants and without PGPR gave the lowest yield.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem-based learning model is one of the learning approaches used to stimulate high-level thinking of students in real-world-oriented situations, including how to learn. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether the application of problem-based learning model can improve student activity on learning mathematics? Is the application of problem-based learning model can improve student learning outcomes in learning mathematics? How is the effectiveness of teacher management skills in learning mathematics with problem-based learning model? This study aims to determine the effectiveness of problem-based learning model of learning outcomes, student activities and the ability of teachers in managing learning. This research belongs to qualitative and quantitative descriptive research. Based on the results of student learning outcomes as much as 68% meet the KKM, the percentage is classified as high category. Student activity, its effectiveness belong to active category. The ability of teachers in managing learning using problem-based learning model on the subject of algebraic operations in RPP I obtained an average of 3.43 while in RPP II of 3.62 in general, including the active category.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract This study intends to explore and analyze how the implementation of the Poor Empowerment Program through Direct Social Empowerment in Gubukusuma Village, North Tidore Subdistrict Tidore Kepulauan City as one of the strategic business to increase the family's economic income in the survival, the method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, while the main instrument in the field data collection conducted through in-depth interviews, participatory observation and to obtain additional data traced also written reports from the Head of Kelurahan Gubukusuma, Joint Business Group I Kelurahan gubukusuma and Social Service Work and Transmigration of Tidore Islands The islands are concerned with the research focus. Based on the findings of the field show that: First, the existence of obstacles in the implementation of the program such as information delays by the village, the information is less accurate so that there are differences of interpretation from various target groups and socialization of programs that are less intense and maximized on the program development system. Second, the target group/KUBE I acknowledge that they have a lack of experience and information about agriculture that requires competent companions, but the government (Head of Social Affairs) says that they experience a shortage of personnel resources and monitoring funds making it difficult to provide targeted assistance to the target group. In conclusion, Implementation of Poor Empowerment Program through KUBE of Kelurahan Gubukusuma Sub-district of North Tidore has not got significant result either from quantity or quality of service, either from program development and supervisor / social assistance side.]]>
