Abstract

This examination means to acquire demonstrated informative discoveries in regards to the impact of correspondence, profession advancement and work discipline somewhat and, at the same time, representative execution at the Medan Halfway Expense Administration Office. The speculation proposed is: There is a critical impact of correspondence, profession improvement and work discipline to some degree and mutually on representative execution at the Madya Dua Medan Expense Administration Office. The examination was led at the Madya Dua Medan Expense Administration Office Jalan Sukamulia No.17 A, North Sumatra DJP Local Place of Business I Floor 3, A U R, Medan Maimun Region, Medan City, North Sumatra Territory, postal code 20151, with a population of 117 individuals, and the exploration test included upwards of 54 individuals. Abstract

This research aims to reveal the hidden power of Employer Branding in the recruitment process at PT Menara Terus Makmur. In an effort to understand how Employer Branding influences recruitment at the company, a qualitative approach was used to explore employees' experiences and perceptions related to Employer Branding and the recruitment process at PT Menara Terus Makmur. The research method involved in-depth interviews with various hierarchical levels of employees, direct observation in the work environment, and analysis of internal company documents. The results showed that Employer Branding has a significant role in influencing the recruitment process at PT Menara Terus Makmur. Findings show that employees have a strong perception of the company's image as an attractive place to work, supported by an inclusive organizational culture and emphasized company core values. Effective communication of the company's culture, career opportunities, and employment benefits through various channels, including social media and recruitment events, proved to be an effective strategy in strengthening the company's Employer Branding. The implication of this study is that it is important for companies to actively pay attention to their Employer Branding strategy in a bid to attract and retain quality talent. Effective communication strategies, emphasis on positive organizational culture, and satisfying employee experiences are key in building a strong corporate image as an attractive place to work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan finansial budidaya lebah madu skala mikro di Kabupaten Pesisir Barat dengan jenis komoditi Trigona. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling dengan pertimbangan jumlah kepemilikan stup/koloni lebah terbanyak. Metode penetilian menggunakan metode kombinasi kuantitatif-kualitatif. Analisis nonfinansial dilakukan untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha budidaya lebah madu dengan menggunakan dengn melihat aspek dimensi kelayakan pemasaran, dimensi kelayakan produksi, dimensi kelayakan manajemen, dimensi kelayakan finansial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari segi aspek finansial yang meliputi analisis kelayakan usaha tidak berdiskonto dan analisis kelayakan usaha berdiskonto usaha budidaya lebah madu di Desa Pemerihan Kabupaten Pesisir Barat menguntungkan dan layak untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut. Kemudian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis sensivitas, ketika terjadi penurunan tingkat produksi mencapai angka 30 persen usaha budidaya lebah madu di Desa Pemerihan Kabupaten Pesisir Barat ini tetap layak dilanjutkan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan yang signifikan dalam pola konsumsi masyarakat. Salah satu perubahan tersebut adalah meningkatnya minat masyarakat untuk berbelanja secara online, termasuk berbelanja produk skincare. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh online customer review, brand image, dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skintific di TikTok Shop. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian explanatory research. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 responden yang merupakan pengguna TikTok Shop yang pernah membeli produk skintific. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis desktiptif dengan menggunakan uji asusmsi klasik. Berdasarkan data dan analisis yang telah dilakukan, penelitian ini menunjukan hasil bahwa ulasan pelanggan online secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk Skintific di Tiktok Shop. Selain itu Brand Imager secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk Skintific di Tiktok Shop. Pada variabel kepercayaan konsumen secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk Skintific di Tiktok Shop. Dan secara simultan, ulasan pelanggan online, citra merek, dan kepercayaan konsumen secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk Skintific di Tiktok Shop.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of environmental accounting disclosure, environmental performance disclosure, company size and corporate social responsibility disclosure on firm value. The method in this study uses the SPPS 24 method by testing individually between the independent variables on the dependent variable and simultaneously. The population in this study took 90 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2017-2021 period. The data collection technique used purpose sampling. The results obtained from this study are that simultaneously the environmental accounting disclosure variable, environmental accounting disclosure and company size and corporate social responsibility disclosure have a significant effect on Firm Value while individually, company size has no effect on Firm Value. Individually, the results show that Environmental Accounting Disclosure has an effect on Firm Value with a P-value of 0.036 at a significant level of 5%. Similarly, Environmental Performance Disclosure has a significant effect on Firm Value with a P-value of 0.037 at a significant level of 5%. And simultaneously independent variables have a significant effect on company value or by 16.8%. Company size variable has no effect with a p-value of 0.707 greater than 0.05% significant level

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of profitability and investment opportunities on cash dividend policy in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2009 to 2012. The population in this study consisted of 552 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Using purposive sampling method as the sampling technique, the sample in this study consisted of 152 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2009 to 2012. The data will be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that return on investment (ROI) and market value to book value of asset (MVBVA) simultaneously influence dividend payout ratio (DPR) by 14.5% with a significant value of 0.000. Meanwhile, it was found that return on investment (ROI) positively influences dividend payout ratio (DPR) with a significant value of 0.000, and market value to book value of asset (MVBVA) negatively influences dividend payout ratio (DPR) with a significant value of 0.007.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh content marketing dan dukungan influencer terhadap niat beli produk MS Glow pada e-commerce Shopee. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Bandar Lampung yang telah membeli produk MS Glow di e-commerce Shopee dan telah melihat content marketing serta pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh influencer produk MS Glow pada e-commerce Shopee. Menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling sebanyak 140 sampel. Sebagai penelitian kuantitatif, maka data diambil melalui penyebaran kuisioner menggunakan Google Form. Metode analisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif menggunakan software SPSS For Windows 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa content marketing dan dukungan influencer berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat beli konsumen. Perusahaan MS Glow harus membuat content marketing yang dapat dipercaya. Content marketing tidak dibuat dengan durasi yang begitu panjang dan tidak berisi konten teks. Dukungan influencer dalam me review produk MS Glow harus jujur sehingga apa yang disampaikan dapat dipercaya oleh konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh leverage, profitabilitas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kepemilikan manajerial sebagai variabel moderasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019-2022. Metode pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa moderated regression analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, dan kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan Kepemilikan manajerial tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan namun Kepemilikan manajerial dapat memoderasi pengaruh leverage dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Nilai perusahaan sangat penting karena dengan tingginya nilai perusahaan akan diikuti oleh tingginya kemakmuran pemegang saham. Nilai perusahaan dimata investor dan kreditur penting untuk diketahui karena akan memberikan sinyal positif dimata investor untuk menanamkan modal pada sebuah perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, komite audit, dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan di perusahaan perbankan pada tahun 2020-2022. Pendekatan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sebanyak 117 data yang memenuhi kriteria observasi. Pendekatan analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan bukti bahwa kepemilikan manajerial dan leverage berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, namun kepemilikan institusional dan komite audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

The results of this research show that the meaning of costs in the "Dutu" inter-property tradition is as a form of transaction, as budgeting and planning, costs as sincerity, costs as a symbol of commitment, and is interpreted by the community as symbolic and traditional as well as sacrifice. This shows that costs have more value than just the goal of gaining financial profit or income, but have a deeper meaning when viewed from a cultural perspective. From the Dutu tradition, it can be concluded that Tulus Ikhlas is a strong basis for interpreting costs. With sincerity, the costs incurred become more than just numbers on an accounting sheet; it is an expression of affection, appreciation and sincere commitment in living life together.
