Abstract

The problem with TSP is an attempt to find the shortest distance traveled by a salesman in visiting each city without having to visit the same city more than once. The purpose of implementing the I-SOS algorithm in this case is to find the minimum distance traveled, a solution can be obtained after going through the calculation of the mutualism phase, commensalism phase, parasitism phase and predation phase. The resolution of TSP problems in the study begins with the process of identifying each city by providing a random value to represent each destination city. The random value used is between 0 and 1, the random results obtained will then be sorted with the provision that the smallest random value will be used as the initial for city A while the largest random value is used as the initial for city D. In the first random, the random value | 0.5 | 0.27 | 0.75 | 0.25 | the city representation of the random number is | C | B | D | A | or if the values are sorted, the city order will be obtained, namely A = 0.25, B = 0.27, C = 0.5 and D = 0.75, this process will continue until all the organisms defined in the ecosystem are formed

Abstract

Management and maintenance of IT (Information Technology) assets is one of the main tasks of the Statistical Network and Reference Function at the office of BPS-Statistics of Sumatera Barat Province. This study aims to design and build management information systems and IT asset services starting from the allocation to the reporting process on the condition of IT assets. The method used in this research is prototyping with the evolutionary prototype type which consists of the user needs stage, creating a prototype, adjusting the prototype to the user's wishes, and using the prototype. The result of this research is a web-based IT asset management and service information system using the Codeiginiter framework. This system implements the QR Code labelling and the Telegram Bot notification feature in the IT asset service process. This system is able to answer the needs of organizations in producing up-to-date IT asset data reports and easy IT asset service processes.

Abstract

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS-Statistics Indonesia) as a non-ministry government agency that organizes basic statistical activities upholds the quality of the data produced. In order to maintain the quality of the data, each component of statistical activities must meet the quality standards set. Ensuring data quality is not only about ensuring the quality of the methodology used but also on the officers deployed to carry out statistical ac-tivities. The lack of staff in implementing statistical activities makes BPS-Statistics Indonesia have to recruit statistical partners. In order for statistical partners to meet the quality standards set, so it is necessary to as-sess the performance of statistical partners. This paper presents a system design for statistical partner perfor-mance appraisal by applying the 720 degrees method. This method is able to accommodate the need for partner performance appraisal because the assessment is not only carried out by single person but many people have links to the partner in order to avoid subjectivity. The 720 degrees method also complements the 360 degrees assessment method by adding assessment feedback so that statistical partners can make improvements to their performance.

Abstract

SMS (Short Message Service) Gateway is an SMS-based system that can be developed in various fields and utilizes a web-based programming language. At STMIK XYZ, the delivery of information about the schedule for tuition payments is still by placing announcements / banners in the campus environment and sending letters to parents / guardians. These methods are not optimal because of the limitations of delivery to students and sometimes students do not pay attention to them. This is evident from the many students who are late in making tuition payments. Therefore, a system / application is needed that can provide services that can be accessed by students and parents / guardians to find out the status of their son / daughter's college payment. The design and manufacture of the SMS gateway-based tuition payment service system uses the Waterfall methodology, which is a software development method that begins with analyzing company needs, designing, building applications, to conducting trials. This tuition payment service system sends SMS to students and parents about the schedule of tuition payments and the status of payments that have been made. Information and payment status is sent to the cellphone number of each student and parent / guardian and provides warning information 7 (seven) days before the payment deadline. This application can also generate various types of reports regarding the status of student tuition payments to management. With this application / system, it is hoped that it can assist the management in accelerating the delivery of information about the schedule and status of student tuition payments.

Abstract

The need for information is increasingly high in the era of growing technology. The delivery of information quickly and actual becomes a challenge in developing an information technology. One type of public service that is the government's obligation and has a strategic role is public services in the field of population and civil registration. People are sometimes disappointed when they want to get population administration services, especially Electronic Identity Cards. By not announcing the availability of physical blank stocks of Electronic Identity Cards, intermediaries can use them in managing population administration. On the pretext that the physical blank of the Electronic Identity Card is used up, so that it can be used as a moment for intermediary individuals to seek profits in managing population administration. With this electronic Blank Information Display, it is hoped that the public will obtain information disclosure regarding available blank Electronic Identity Cards.

Abstract

A computer-based system is an absolute necessity that a government and private agency must have in managing data and obtaining information quickly and accurately. Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Bina Madani in managing inventory data and delivering information to the public related to BUMDes information is still done manually, so that some people do not know BUMDes activities. Therefore, it is necessary to design an application that can be used by BUMDes managers in managing inventory data and delivering information on BUMDes activities to the public. The BUMDes data management application is made with PHP programming and MySQL database and the development method uses the prototype method. With this application, it makes it easier for BUMDes administrators to process inventory data and improve services in marketing businesses managed by BUMDes.

Abstract

This research aims to help Bali Kembali based on community empowerment through improving the skills and productivity of the tourism business or Buyan e-tourism based on local wisdom in the village of Pancasari. The purpose of this research is to encourage the empathy of lecturers as researchers and to be able to contribute to solving problems that exist in society. The interaction between students and the community, on the one hand the lecturers get knowledge from the community, and on the other hand the community learns from the lecturer team as researchers to improve their abilities in sustainable development in their region. In this regard, specifically the goal is the development of the capacity, independence, empowerment and productivity of the community in the field of tourism or information technology-based e-tourism based on local wisdom. The results to be achieved from this research are: 1) Increasing the awareness and empathy of lecturers as researchers towards economic, social and cultural issues to be appointed as economic assets so as to increase people's income in order to achieve a more prosperous life; 2) There is a partnership between lecturers who have various skills (administration, education, information technology, etc.) and village partners so that good cooperation can be realized in developing, empowering, and increasing the independence of the tourism business as one of the pillars of the family economy; 3) Increased knowledge of information technology among people who work in the field of tourism or e-tourism in Pancasari Village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency, Bali for the success of tourism businesses, so that people continue to get benefits from an economic, social, cultural and welfare perspective; 4) Development of the potential of Buyan Lake as a tourism asset that can make it prosperous and use community stakeholders around Buyan Lake and the people of Pancasari Village.
