Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The independent variables are Capital Adequacy (CAR) and Liquidity (CR) while the dependent variable is Profitability (ROA) in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (ISE) for the period of 2015-2018. The sample in this study consisted of 8 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (ISE) for 4 years in the 2015-2018 period. The data used in this study is to use the company's financial statement data published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (ISE) website and the official website of each company. The data used are secondary data and the method used is panel data regression analysis with the help of the Eviews 9 program to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between one variable with another variable. The results showed that CAR significantly influenced ROA, CR did not influence significantly ROA, CAR and CR simultaneously had an effect on ROA. The effect of CAR and CR on ROA of 92.47% while the remaining 7.33% is influenced by other factors not included in the research model.

Abstract

Competition between banks is currently very tight. To win the competition the bank must pay attention to the needs and desires of its customers. The quality of services and marketing programs is thought to play an important role in the growth of Third Party Funds. This study aims to examine the Effect of Service Quality and Marketing Programs on Third Party Funds at DKI Bank Sunter Branch. This research uses quantitative research methods by distributing questionnaires. The population of this research is all new customers in 2018 at DKI Bank Branch Sunter, which numbered 1000 customers, with a sample of 150 respondents. The results showed that partially and simultaneously the quality of services and marketing programs had a significant effect on Third Party Funds

Abstract

This electric train transportation facility is a means of transportation that avoids traffic congestion because it has its own route. Transportation competition can be seen through aspects of service quality to transportation service providers. The excellence of the company can be demonstrated by providing good quality service and striving for affordable ticket prices by the public. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Service Quality and Prices on Commuterline KRL Passenger Interest. This study used 125 respondents who used the commuterline train at Tanjung Priok station. This study used a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis taking data by distributing questionnaires. Sampling in this study using nonprobability sampling techniques. The results of the analysis partially and simultaneously show that service quality and price affect the interests of passengers.

Abstract

The Mergers are carried out by the companies to get a number of benefits. Mutually beneficial conditions will occur if the merger activities carried out can create the synergy, which finally, it is expected to improve the company's performance. This study aims to determine whether the financial performance after the merger has changed or not. The financial ratios studied are financial ratios four years after the merger and before the merger. This research was conducted by quantitative methods, by taking data from PT. Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906, Tbk, which has merged in 2014 and has engaged in banking financial services. Sampling in this study uses quota sampling. the data is obtained from one bank, that is, a bank which has merged. The parametric test used to answer the hypothesis in this study was the Paired Sample T-Test. The results of this study indicate that in partial testing of the seven financial ratios, there was a significant difference in the ratio of BR and EPS, while the CAR, TATO, NPM, ROI, and ROE ratios showed no significant differences. So the merger process carried out by banks does not show a significant difference because the synergy has not yet been achieved after the merger.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of marketing strategy variables and service quality on parents' decisions. In this study, the dimensions of marketing strategies include products, prices, promotions, places, people, processes and physical evidence. Service quality dimensions include reliability, responsiveness, confidence, empathy and tangibility. Quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis were processed using SPSS for windows version 22. The results showed that there were simultaneously the effects of marketing strategy and service quality variables on parents' decisions. Partially, the marketing strategy variable did not significantly influence the parents' decisions at PAUD Al Hidayah Pertiwi. While service quality variables significantly influence the decisions of parents of students in PAUD Al Hidayah Pertiwi.
