Abstract

This research was conducted to prove the extent of changes in social norms among young people in a small town. The case study are the two cities: Indramayu and Cirebon. It aims to analyze the things that cause a change in norms of the youth association. The method is survey and observation, with quantitative data collected by questionnaire. The samples in this study were 300 respondents using quota sampling; i.e., 150 respondents drawn from high school in Indramayu, and the rests were taken from Cirebon. The analysis was done by scoring techniques. Based on the results there are changes in social norms among the youths. For about 91 percent in Indramayu male and female respondents have dated at least once. Meanwhile in Cirebon, the pattern shows only 80 percent. There is also evidence that 53 percent young men and women in Indramayu have ever been kissed, and 29 percent for case in Cirebon. One of the causes of the change in norms is the globalization involving technology improvement, especially spreading of internet. The survey revealed that the most dominant in influencing the youngster relationship such as kissing, hugging, holding hands and even sexual intercourse is porn video. Approximately at56 percent or 167 people of the 300 respondents get the motivation after watching it.

Abstract

Abstract

In the village, Batu Jong-Jong Village, Bahorok District the land is very fertile. Lush plants that can be used as a mixture of traditional medicines. Housewives with a hereditary recipe to produce herbs derived from plants that become traditional business ingredients Karo. The purpose of this research is to find out alternative strategies and priority strategies that can be used as an effort to develop karo traditional ingredients in Batu Jong-Jong Village. Research methods with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection through interviews, observations, discussions. Interviews were conducted with the owners of the traditional herbs Karo business in the stone frog hamlet and also a questionnaire with forestry counselors and village heads. The results of the study, based on the results of the calculation of the IFE (Internal Factor Evalution) matrix, found that the total score was 3.15. While the results of calculations on the EFE (External Factor Evalution) matrix table, obtained a total weighted score of 2.87. The conclusion is that the traditional herb business in Karo is of moderate value because the score weight is above 2.50. So that the right strategy is market penetration and product development strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The independent variables are Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Earning Per Share (EPS) while the dependent variable is the Company Value at PT Indosat, Tbk for the period 2004-2018. The sample in this study over the past 15 years, namely from the period 2004-2018. The data used in this study is to use the company's financial statement data published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website and the company's official website. The data used are secondary data and the method used is regression analysis that is Time series data with the help of SPSS version 20.0 to get a picture of the relationship between one variable and another. The results showed that DER has no effect and no significant effect on firm value, EPS has no effect and no significant effect on firm value, DER and EPS simultaneously have no effect and no significant effect on firm value. The influence of DER and EPS on Company Value is 36.4% while the remaining 63.6% is influenced by other factors not included in the research model.

Abstract

Inflation and poverty are important indicators in the economy, the pace and growth are always strived to be low and stable so as not to cause macroeconomic diseases which will later have an impact on instability on the economy. This study aims to analyze the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The independent variable in this study is inflation while the dependent variable is poverty in the City of Bima in the period 2013-2018. The sample in this study is in the form of inflation and poverty data for the past 6 years, namely from 2013 to 2018. The data used in this study are in the form of a list of tables regarding inflation and poverty for 6 years obtained from the Office of the Statistics Indonesia (BPS) office in Bima City. The data used are secondary data and the method used is simple linear regression analysis, simple correlation coefficient, simple linear determination and t-test (2 parties) using SPSS Version 20.0 to get a comprehensive picture of the relationship between one variable with another variable. The results showed that inflation had no effect and was not significant on poverty in Bima City.

Abstract

This study aims to do understanding: (1) the effect of work conflict to the spirit at work; (2) the impact of work stress on the spirit at work; (3) the effect of a work conflict and work stress to the spirit at work of PDAM employee in South Solok Regency. This research used quantitative research method by casual associative approach. The sampling technique that used was purposive sampling technique with 39 people. The method used to compile data was questionnaire method. The method that used to analyze data in this research was descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression by SPSS programs v 20.0 for windows. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, it was known that the work conflict (X1) has a significant effect on the spirit at work (Y) with beta coefficient 0.283. Work stress (X) has a significant effect on the spirit at work (Y) with beta coefficient 0.631. This result shows that work conflict and work stress have a significant and positive effect on the work spirit of PDAM employee in South Solok Regency with sig. Score F < 5% (0.000 < 0,05). In conclusion, work conflict and work stress are the factors which affect the spirit at work with 61.7%, while the other percentage 38.3% is affected by the other factors which are not becoming research object from this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze whether there is an influence between Non Performing Loans and Capital Adequacy Ratio both partially and simultaneously on the Profitability (ROA) of PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk. The approach taken in this research is associative and quantitative. The population of this study was all subjects at PT. Bank Central Asia (BCA), Tbk for 44 years, namely 1974-2018 with a total sample of 9 years, namely 2010-2018. The sampling method is a purposive sampling method. While the data analysis technique uses classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (t-test and F test) and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study prove that Non-performing Loans do not affect the Return On Assets. However, Capital Adequacy Ratio has a significant effect on Return On Asset. While simultaneously this study proves that Non-Performing Loans and Capital Adequacy Ratio affect the Return On Assets at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk.

Abstract

Purpose: The reasons for the paper are: first, recognize the components of the online transportation Services with shopper conduct (utilizing, reusing, item returns); second, comprehend the connection between Services acknowledgment and purchaser conduct; third, for Research and improvement of client support system that considers this social reaction to arrange execution results. Design/methodology/approach: This paper depends on a precise survey of customer conduct and Services execution (particularly in the field of online transportation), which distributed in the International Journal from 2005 to 2017. Findings: The article shows that present writing on purchaser conduct centers around the utilizing of instruments for advertising to improve client support. There are not many examinations on the utilization of purchaser Services instruments to direct buyer conduct or to deal with the execution of corporate Services. The outcome is a system that incorporates the components of transportation Services and the relationship to shopper conduct. Originality/value: This article is a thorough audit of shopper conduct, thinking about all parts of Services execution from the point of view of business technique.

Abstract

The study was conducted at PT. Bima Indo Persada in Bima City. This study aims to determine how to manage the cash at PT. Bima Indo Persada. The type of study is descriptive. The data analysis techniques used are the one-sample test analysis by determining cash in and cash out (cash flow) in the financial statements of PT. Bima Indo Persada. Judging from the results of the data tabulation at PT. Bima Indo Persada, cash management is still unstable. Therefore, PT. Bima Indo Persada experienced an increase in cash in 2014 of 16.56%. In 2015, there was an increase in cash of 32.65% and 34.08% in 2016. In the previous three years, the cash management at PT Bima Indo Persada has been well by seeing this increase. The data collection techniques in this study use 4 methods, namely the method of observation, interviews, documentation, and study of literature. The authors hope that in the future PT. Bima Indo Persada will be better than the previous year in cash management. The problems at PT. Bima Indo Persada is the cash management that has not been balanced yet. The authors also hope that PT. Bima Indo Persada establishes good partners with the various financial institutions in Indonesia and in Bima City.
