Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are one of the sectors most affected by the pandemic. This is indicated by a decrease in business and service production, a decrease in labor and a reduced income turnover. The affected Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are dominated by the fields of trade, services, creative industries and tourism. The government seeks to encourage economic recovery by providing BLT assistance funds for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises as an economic stimulus so that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises can revive. In order for the grants to be right on target, special research using the TOPSIS method is needed. TOPSIS is used to find the preference value that is closest to the optimal final result by calculating and testing alternative criteria. The results of research conducted in the Districts of Dramaga, Tamansari Ciomas and Tenjolaya show that the provision of BLT funds for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises should be prioritized for MSME actors who have never received Micro Business Aid (BPUM) funds

Abstract

In a company, many systems are made to help the company run better, one of which is an accounting information system. In this study, the author raises the issue of how to create an online system that can be controlled remotely by company leaders in order to know the current state of the company. The method used in this study is a method by carrying out 4 stages, namely, the first stage is the boundary stage, the second is the input stage and the third is the process stage and the fourth is the output stage with these four steps, which are certain steps that will clearly be carried out in order to answer the problem existing research. The problem raised in this research is how to create a system that can be monitored remotely. Because there are many shortcomings of the existing system in the current system. Therefore, making an online system is one solution that is made in order to be able to monitor a company remotely. This study aims to make it easier for company leaders to monitor companies online because there are many problems if they are not monitored regularly with this online system, the company can be assisted in thinking online by company leaders.

Abstract

Mobile phones or what can be called mobile phones are tools for electronic communication that can be used wherever and whenever you are and can send and receive messages. To understand this, a recommendation system is needed to assist mobile phone buyers in choosing, finding, and finding phones that match what the user wants and according to the specifications desired by the user. The author makes the Application of the Weight Product Method in the Latest Mobile Recommendation Decision Support System. Here the author uses two methods, namely the waterfall method for the initial system development process, the second is the Weight Product method to find alternative values or the best results using several calculation formulas and get the best results 0.4183

Abstract

Innovation is very important in developing a smart city. Therefore, Innovation must be flexible to be applied when developing an area. We must not look only at one side in developing Innovation; Innovation must be broader than it should be and can provide significant changes in others' lives. This article is a long-term process, where this is gradual research, starting from a concept that will then be continued on a prototype and an application to measure a smart city's performance. The main problem is that there are still gaps and difficulties in understanding and implementing innovations. A definite basic concept is needed to execute Innovation right on target. In this article, the method used is from previous research, some formula from smart city 5.0. Moreover, this article's results are the basic concepts of Innovation, formulas, four basic types of Innovation, and seven types of innovation profiling: the innovation profiling framework. We have explained this research roadmap so that readers will know and understand the research process we are doing. It is very important because producing something must have a strong concept. What is produced can be more structured, systematic and on target in its application, especially smart city profiling.

Abstract

North Sumatra is the largest palm oil-producing province in Indonesia. The region of North Sumatra has an extensive area of oil palm plantations compared to other provinces in Indonesia. To produce a good clustering of oil palm production using the K-Means Clustering method, it is necessary to compare several calculation methods to find the shortest distance in K-Means Clustering. This study focuses on comparing Euclidean Distance with Manhattan Distance on K-Means Clustering. To determine the best method of calculating the shortest distance, the researchers looked for the smallest Davies Bouldin Index (DBI). The smallest DBI value is at k=2 0.145. The result of grouping oil palm production in Sumatra province with k=2 is the high group being Asahan, Langkat and North Labuhanbatu regencies, while 30 other regencies/cities are in the low group

Abstract

The impact of COVID-19 on learning activities in Indonesia has caused problems for students. Research that has been conducted on the failure of pedagogic delivery by teachers and difficulties in adapting to the use of technology and learning models, cannot be used as references and conclusions. The need to conduct research and literature studies becomes urgent to obtain accurate, reliable and up-to-date information. The research, which was conducted in vocational high schools and high schools in Tangerang district, was related to the readiness of students to learn about conditions during the pandemic and the learning tools used. The results of the study from this research are that there are differences in learning readiness, namely that senior high schools are more prepared than vocational schools. To find out the difference in online learning readiness, the statistical analysis used is ANOVA (analysis of Variance), the calculation uses the help of the SPSS version 20.00 application. Furthermore, this research will be a reference for education providers to innovate learning methods so that students can better participate in the learning process during the pandemic without reducing the quality of learning outcomes

Abstract

The background of this research is how to find out the variables that can affect a company, especially in the field of audit architects. With a company audit, the advantages and disadvantages of a company can be known. Therefore, knowing the variables that know the shortcomings of the company will be able to help add value to the company. The method used in this research is how to use the literature review method and survey method to 100 employees which was carried out randomly so that real data can be seen in the field. Therefore, this research method will be able to assist researchers in determining a clear research direction. The problem raised in this research is how to find out the relationship between e-commerce and accounting information systems to the audit needs of a company, with an audit, the direction and goals of the company can be known in the future. This study aims to find out the direction of the company's goals in order to be able to develop the company, especially in business development in the field of marketing in the field of commerce, by incorporating accounting information systems. Then accounting information system and audit system.

Abstract

Disasters have become a threat to every citizen in this country. The government is responsible for protecting residents by evacuating victims, repairing damaged roads and building infrastructure as well as distributing logistics through the National Disaster Management Agency or BNPB. The goal is to provide a safe life for citizens. After a disaster occurs, the government through BNPB must immediately respond to location information to save lives and help victims. So that information can be sent quickly from information sources and received by the government, a reliable geographic information system is needed. The function of this information system will be to provide top management support to make decisions. An Android-based integrated GIS will serve as a guide for post-earthquake, flood and landslide action services by building collaborations for victim data collection and road and bridge infrastructure with the National Disaster Management Agency, Community Health Centers and private and private hospitals. This development will apply the latest technologies such as Data Warehouse, Big Data, Data mining, machine learning, knowledge management, Decision Support Systems and so on that handle structured and unstructured data. The development of an information system will be built on a smartphone application by digging information on the location of Indonesia's earthquake victims from social media.

Abstract

The background of this research is how the use of a software can help find forensic data, which is needed so that the tool used is the right tool in helping forensic problems. The method used in this study is the NIJ method using 5 stages in a process of determining the answer. The first stage is preparation, the second stage in collecting data, the third is testing and the fourth stage is analyzing and the last is the reporting stage with the five stages. The direction of the research will be clearer. The problem raised in this research is how to find evidence using FTK images software. Using this software, you can search for the desired forensic data so that it can be proven that there is forensic evidence. The purpose of this study is how to prove data, especially photo data, can be used as forensic data that can be used as evidence, by using the right tools, namely the existing FTK images software, with the software, it can help parties in proving, especially in terms of forensics

Abstract

A running text is one of the media for promotion or we can call it advertising media where the writing will run and repeat. This running message or running text is very useful and helpful for someone who wants to promote a business that is running. For that date, it can be needed and a tool that is easily assembled is needed. The author made it entitled Design of Time and Running Messages with LED Matrix P 10 Using Arduino Uno. With this tool, it can be easier to promote something by displaying a running message, and this tool can also display the desired day, date, month, year
