Abstract

Kanker serviks utamanya disebabkan oleh infeksi HPV (Human Papilloma Virus) yang sebagian besar ditularkan melalui kontak seksual. Sebagian besar infeksi virus HPV akan sembuh dengan sendirinya dalam jangka waktu 2 tahun, namun HPV tipe high risk (onkogenik) dapat menyebabkan infeksi persisten dan mengakibatkan lesi pada sel epitel serviks. Proses alamiah perkembangan infeksi HPV menjadi kanker serviks dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yang salah satunya adalah paparan asap rokok. Penelitian ini merupakan literature review yang dilakukan dengan metode PICO (Population, Intervention, Comparators and Outcome), dengan melakukan penelusuran database elektronik yaitu Pubmed, Proquest dan Science Direct. Dari hasil penelusuran database tersebut didapat 803 artikel. Setelah dilakukan review terhadap kesesuaian judul dan abstract sebanyak 75 artikel yang eligible. Dari artikel yang eligible dilakukan penyaringan sesuai kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi sehingga didapat 9 artikel yang terdiri dari 3 penelitian dengan disain cohort dan 6 penelitian dengan disain case control. Hasil telaah dari 9 artikel tersebut menunjukan bahwa paparan rokok baik dengan merokok aktif maupun pasif dapat meningkatkan risiko perkembangan lesi prakanker baik lesi ringan (CIN 1/LSIL) maupun lesi berat (CIN2/CIN3/HSIL) dan berlanjut menjadi kanker serviks. Mekanisme biologis berupa penurunan sistem imun oleh senyawa kandungan di dalam rokok sehingga meningkatkan risiko infeksi HPV menjadi persisten memengaruhi perkembangan infeksi HPV menjadi lesi prakanker. Selain itu, kandungan karsinogenik di dalam rokok dapat menyebabkan kerusakan DNA pada sel epitel serviks yang kemudian berisiko mengakibatkan kanker serviks invasive.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this research are to review and analyze the effect of tax incentives on MSME Taxpayer compliance, to review and analyze the effect of tax sanctions on MSME Taxpayer compliance, to review and analyze the effect of understanding taxation can moderate tax incentives on MSME Taxpayer compliance, as well as to review and analyze the effect of understanding taxation can moderate tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance MSMEs. The type of research used in this study is research with a quantifiable method in a descriptive form. The research method used is the causal method (causal explanatory). The population in this study is individual taxpayers and MSME actors in the Tangerang City Prohibition District area, which is 1,590 taxpayers. The results obtained from the research that has been carried out, Tax Incentives have a significant positive effect on MSME Taxpayer compliance, Tax Sanctions have a significant positive effect on MSME Taxpayer compliance, Tax Incentives on Taxpayer Compliance with Moderated by Tax Understanding have a significant positive effect on MSME Taxpayer Compliance and Tax Sanctions on Taxpayer Compliance moderated by Tax Understanding have a significant positive effect on MSME taxpayer compliance in the Tangerang City Prohibition District Area.

Abstract

Deixis is included in the study of pragmatics which is a link between the structure of language and the context of the situation used. The use or phenomenon of deixis usually appears in dialogs between characters in literary works including short stories. The research entitled "Deixis Analysis of Short Story "Rembulan Di Mata Ibu" by Asma Nadia" aims to examine the use of deixis in the short story "Rembulan Di Mata Ibu" by Asma Nadia. This study focuses on five kinds of deixis, including social deixis, time deixis, discourse deixis, persona deixis, and place deixis. In analyzing the data, the researcher uses pragmatic analysis method with qualitative-descriptive technique. The data underlying this research are words, sentences, or dialogs that have the use of deixis in them, both social deixis, discourse deixis, time deixis, persona deixis, and place deixis. The stages in analyzing the use of deixis are the stages of reading short stories, recording data, identifying, classifying, analyzing, formulating, and presenting data. The data analysis shows that there are social deixis, time deixis, discourse deixis, persona deixis, and place deixis found in the short story "Rembulan Di Mata Ibu" by Asma Nadia.

Abstract

This study aims to capture the determinants of graduate unemployment in Indonesia by including macroeconomic factors such as inflation, trade openness, GDP per capita, and foreign direct investment. We utilize panel data used from 33 provinces in Indonesia between 2010 to 2020. The fixed effect model is employed to estimate the effect of these independent variables on graduate unemployment. The result shows a significant relationship between graduate unemployment and trade openness, GDP per capita, and foreign direct investment.

Abstract

The basic right to life is a human right protected in the Indonesian constitution. In this case, residents of the assisted communities still have the right to life as part of their human rights so that the state is obliged to try to protect them from the dangers of the Covid-19 pandemic which threatens the location of prisons where assisted residents live. The implementation of the policy of the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number M.Hh-19.Pk.01.04.04/2020 has not been very effective because there are still prisoners and children who are returned to prisons or detention centers for returning to commit crimes. In the field of supervision, there are still shortcomings, namely that supervision only involves elements of the Bapas and the Prosecutor's Office which are limited.

Abstract

Mastery of foreign languages, especially Mandarin, is something that must be done by the younger generation, but Mandarin is very difficult to learn, even though educators have used flash card media and PowerPoint media, their use is too monotonous, so this still causes boredom for students. the students. The purpose of this study was to examine whether the game method combined with flash card media and PowerPoint slides could increase the learning interest of Methodist Charles Wesley students. The data analysis used is Miles & Huberman's data analysis. The results of this study are: (1) The game is not the most important in learning, but is a complementary method to increase students' interest in learning. (2) Educators must be creative in choosing games. And in the game method which is combined with flash card media and powerpoint slide media, it also has its own challenges, namely: educators must spend more time preparing materials and learning how to use these media more creatively.

Abstract

Literature about relation between Self-esteem and academic achievement was analyzed and reviewed. Method Reviewing fourteen literature (international journal) and using Meta-analysis method to correlation effect size self esteem for academic achievement. Result from fourteen literature indicate that self-esteem and academic achievement have medium effect size correlation (r= 0,448 with higher heteregonity (I2= 96,7%) and without publication bias (E= 0,09). Conclusion there is indirect correlation size effect correlation between self-esteem and academic achievement.

Abstract

The research was conducted to create an expert advisor who can interact with the forex market automatically using the MQL4 language. Expert Advisor System is a design that consists of an array of technical analysis algorithms and indicators. The exponential moving average indicator is used in the creation of trading robots or better known as expert advisors. In designing this expert advisor, it starts with the process of making coding, implementing or designing coding, as well as testing GBP / USD and EUR / USD. In this study, the design of expert advisors that have been designed creates a system that facilitates and helps traders to trade foreign currencies. Based on the design by backtesting from January 1, 2022 to May 1, 2022 with a capital of 10000 USD, with GBP/USD pair, 4H timeframe, 1:100 laverage and EUR/USD M15 timeframe pair, leverage of 1:100 can generate a total net profit for GBP/USD of -43.81 and for a total net profit of EUR/USD of -16.35. The output of this study concluded that the use of moving averages is the basis for expert advisor logic to assist in making trading decisions even though the results have not been maximized.

Abstract

Effective communication skills need to be owned by students as capital in entering the world of work. Students need to be facilitated to hone and improve their effective communication skills in order to have an impact on their courage and confidence in their abilities. Effective communication training is an alternative choice of intervention. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to assist students in increasing self-confidence, both in the learning process on campus, as well as for establishing relationships with others, as well as preparation for entering the world of work later. The design of this study was a pretest-posttest control group design. The research subjects were determined using non-random sampling techniques which were divided into two groups, the experimental and control groups. The instruments used are the Self-Efficacy in Communication Scale (SEFFICAC) and the Communication Skills Scale (CSS). The results of the analysis of the paired sample t test showed that there was a significant difference in the pre-test and post-test values. Thus, effective communication training is able to have a positive influence in increasing student self-confidence.
