Abstract

PT Grandspot Cipta Solusi is a company engaged in the field of information technology which focuses on leasing systems and hardware for call centers. The recording of hardware data is still done manually through Excel media files. The current manual recording method is less effective and efficient and has the potential for data discrepancies and loss of goods. Therefore, we need a system that can help work so that it becomes more effective and efficient. The system development model used in designing this system is Rapid Application Development or RAD. Rapid Application Development is a fast system development method that usually takes 60 to 90 days. There are 4 stages in this method, namely: 1) Requirement Planning stage, 2) Design, 3) Construct, 4) Cutover. Entity Relationship Diagram is a depiction of a database conceptual design that represents the relationship between objects in the real world. PostgreSQL is one of the database software that has been actively developed to date and has been tested for its reliability. PHP is a programming language that can be integrated with HTML. The Goods Administration System is a system designed to help the user's work. With the creation of this system, it can make it easier for users to record existing hardware and make it easier for users to make reports addressed to superiors. In addition, recording also becomes more organized so that the user's work becomes more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Hospitals are Health Facilities or Health Services for the community. In hospitals, medical records are a mandatory and important component that should not be ignored in hospitals. With medical science, law, health technology, and public awareness of their rights, medical record management must change and needs to be done effectively. Moreover, the development of technology and computer devices has become very sophisticated. The aim of the author's research is to make the hospital service process more efficient, including patient satisfaction and speed up the claims process against insurance underwriters, so an adequate and ideal information and communication technology service system is needed, namely an Electronic Medical Record System or medical record application to improve service quality. Apart from that, hospitals must have good medical records to facilitate and speed up the claims process with insurance underwriters. Implementing an electronic medical record system that can help employees no longer record and process medical record data manually. If it runs, there will be changes, namely the faster the process of insurance claims against hospitals and the system which was originally manual will become computerized, thereby speeding up service times at hospitals.

Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, companies are required to strengthen their information technology (IT) infrastructure in order to compete effectively in an increasingly competitive market. Selection of the right IT vendor is crucial for the success of corporate projects that involve implementing, repairing, or upgrading IT systems. However, the vendor selection process is often complicated and complex, involving multiple criteria and considerations that must be carefully analyzed. To overcome these challenges, this study aims to implement a Decision Support System (SPK) based on the Weight Product (WP) method in selecting IT vendors for corporate projects. The WP method was chosen because of its ability to handle various criteria and provide the right weight for each criterion. The results of this study indicate that DSS based on the WP method can be an effective and efficient tool in helping companies choose the most suitable IT vendor for their projects. By reducing bias and subjective judgments, SPK can provide more objective and data-based results, which can increase the chances of project success and optimize company investment in information technology. This research contributes to companies facing the challenges of selecting IT vendors with a more structured and measurable. It is hoped that the use of DSS based on the WP method can help companies increase their competitiveness and achieve business goals through the application of appropriate and efficient information technology.

Abstract

Service quality is one of the top priorities for e-commerce providers to enhance public trust, especially in attracting customers to use e-commerce services more extensively. The current conditions, where efficiency and ease are demanded in all aspects, have made e-commerce transactions the preferred choice. With the increasing use of the internet in Indonesia, e-commerce service providers are competing to improve the quality of their services to provide user satisfaction, with the hope of increasing the number of transactions carried out by users. The abundance of e-commerce options has made it challenging for the public to differentiate which e-commerce services offer more comfort and security in transactions. To address this issue, researchers will present a comparison of the available e-commerce service quality. In evaluating e-commerce service quality based on end-users' perceptions, particularly the three largest e-commerce providers in Indonesia, namely Shopee, Lazada, and Tokopedia, researchers will collect data through questionnaires using the Webqual 4.0 method and the Smart PLS application for data analysis and predicting the relationships between variables in the questionnaire used. The aim of this study is to evaluate the service quality of these three e-commerce providers, Shopee, Lazada, and Tokopedia, and then map the evaluation results and provide information to the public about the trends in online transactions that occur in society.Based on the overall research using the Webqual 4.0 variables, the influence of the variables studied on user satisfaction is as follows: Shopee at 62.1 percent, Lazada at 70.7 percent, and Tokopedia at 63.5 percent.

Abstract

Technological advancements are rapidly evolving, particularly in organizations or businesses that heavily rely on valuable information to enhance their strategies. St. Carolus Hospital has integrated an HIS (Hospital Information System) to harness the power of information technology. The vision of St. Carolus Hospital is “To become a trusted family health partner that provides international standard medical and nursing services, supported by appropriate medical & digital technology, by 2025.”. Effective management of information data enables companies to gain insights into industry trends and the progress of other organizations within their respective fields. COBIT 2019 provides a comprehensive framework designed to assist organizations in planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating their information technology. Following the analysis, specific evaluation objectives were identified, namely APO02 – Managed Strategy, APO03 – Managed Enterprise Architecture, and DSS06 – Managed Business Process Controls. Based on the capability level evaluation, both APO02 and APO03 achieved level 2, indicating operational processes that have achieved their goals but fell short of expectations. On the other hand, DSS06 reached level 3, indicating the usage of a defined process in achieving results, despite some processes not being fully operational. Thus, these three domains require improvement based on the discovered gaps to reach the expected level.

Abstract

Tutoring is an activity carried out to help students solve problems in terms of learning. Tutoring is carried out in a conducive teaching and learning atmosphere to avoid learning difficulties. Tutors in tutoring help students overcome learning difficulties, develop an effective learning atmosphere, help students to be successful in learning so that they are able to adapt to educational demands. A web-based registration information system is a process for registering prospective students through a website page that uses internet media with the aim of registering themselves to become students at the school. Managing new student admission information online aims to create effective and efficient performance, because it is easier to get information and there is no need to waste a lot of time and money. Currently, not many tutoring schools in Indonesia use an online system for accepting new students. With the existing benefits and conveniences, this system should be developed by each school. Thus, the I Can Count tutoring registration system requires an online registration method via the official I Can Count tutoring website to make it easier for prospective students and admins to manage new student registration data. The method used in this research is data collection methods including interviews, observation and literature study. Meanwhile, the website method used is the Prototype method and the programming language used is HTML, CSS, PHP and Java Script and the database uses MySQL. The results of this research are that the website runs well and makes it easier for prospective students to obtain information and register at I Can Count tutoring, as well as making it easier for the I Can Count Admin to accept prospective students and store prospective student files.

Abstract

Education is to develop the potential that humans have because human existence cannot be separated from the environment. One of the institutions for developing human potential is school. School is a center of learning and as a process of socialization and cultivation of abilities, values, attitudes, character and behavior can only occur with the conditions of infrastructure, educational staff, curriculum system and community environment. PPDB at PGRI GANDOANG SMP still uses manual methods which indicate that forms are lost, damaged, reports are time-consuming as well. There is an error in PPDB biodata when inputting manually. And also reporting to the Principal regarding PPDB is less effective and efficient. To solve existing problems. For this reason, a website-based PPDB information system was created with a limited time using an agile method, this method uses a short development cycle, or what is also called a "sprint" to focus on continuous improvement in the development of a product or service. In its development, there are 7 types of agile modeling models, including crystal, dynamic system development methodology, adaptive software development, feature driven development, extreme programming (XP), and SCRUM.Therefore, a new student registration information system is needed that improves human resources. The results that will be achieved are PPDB information that is easily accessible anywhere, committee reporting is more efficient, accurate, does not take time, errors or errors in PPDB biodata occur, so an appropriate method is needed to maximize the registration information system.

Abstract

The development of technology in recent years has transformed the way humans interact with computers and has extended to various aspects of life, including the tourism sector, contributing to the distribution of more interactive information about tourist attractions, particularly through mobile applications. One of the emerging applications is the zoo tour guide application. Based on questionnaire results and processed using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method with an average score of 99.5 and a rating of "Excellent," an application was created and evaluated, known as the Zoo Tour Guide Application, to enhance the User Centered Design (UCD) approach. The design process involved wireframing and resulted in a prototype. The evaluation indicated that users could successfully navigate the testing scenarios. The UI/UX design yielded three main requirements for the application: animal page, map page, and ticket page.

Abstract

The election of the OSIS Chair at the high school and vocational school level plays an important role in forming student leadership. However, conventional methods of selection are often inefficient and prone to unclear results. This research develops an e-voting application to facilitate the election of OSIS Chairpersons in SMA and SMK in Growth Village. This application was designed with the aim of increasing integrity, transparency and efficiency in the election process. Based on trials carried out, this e-voting application shows a significant increase in the accuracy of results and voter satisfaction compared to traditional methods. Apart from that, this application is also easily accessible to the people of Growth Village, thereby increasing voter participation.

Abstract

Information technology is growing from time to time, more and more corporate agencies, both government and one, apply information technology in carrying out their work. By using this information technology can facilitate a job that used to use a manual system has switched to a computerized system. This study aims to build an E-Picket application that will be applied at the Pertumbukan Village office, Wampu District, Langkat Regency. The benefits of this research can provide convenience for the Pertumbukan Village Office, Wampu District in making employee picket schedules in serving the needs of the community using a computerized system. Based on trials conducted, this e-picket application shows an increase in the performance of village office employees in serving the needs of the village community by scheduling employee pickets properly and supporting Pertumbukan village to make one of the villages that improve facilities and infrastructure in processing digitization-based picket data, namely using information system technology using electronic computer devices.
