Abstract

Profit is a form of management demand whose quality needs to be proven to show the company's development. However, if it turns out that there are unreported earnings, it cannot provide the actual situation where there may be opportunities to practice earnings management. To reveal earnings management, there are various strategies in it, including tax planning. The study was conducted by the author to examine the effect of tax planning on earnings management in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the food and beverage sub-sector for the 2019-2021 period. The sample used as many as 26 companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The type of data used was quantitative data with descriptive data analysis techniques, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, F test and T test using SPSS 26. Based on the results of the F test and T test, it was concluded that tax planning has a negative effect on earnings management and there is no simultaneous effect between variable X and variable Y.

Abstract

With the development of internet technology, it makes it easier for humans to do work. Many ways or systems from a job that is still done manually (conventionally) are changed to computerized so that it is more effective and efficient. One of them is in the financial management system at SMAN 2 Cikarang Pusat which can be done using a computerized system. The method used is the prototype method, which is a software development method, which is a physical model of the system's work and serves as an initial version of the system. With this prototyping method, a prototype system will be produced as an intermediary for developers and users so that they can interact in the process of information system development activities. The purpose of this study is to build a financial management system for SMAN 2 Cikarang Pusat, which is expected to assist officers in managing school finances more regularly, effectively and efficiently. The results achieved from the design and manufacture of this financial management system are assisting financial officers in the process of data collection, reporting, and filing of finances as well as introducing developed information technology.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the morale of employees at PT. PLN (PERSERO) UP3 BIMA. Where the sample used is 43 permanent employees. The results of the validity test indicate that the career development and work spirit variables are all declared valid because r correlation > r comparison 0.300, the reliability results of the statement instrument on career development variables (X) and work spirit (Y) obtained Cronbach's Alpha Career Development (X) values of 0.906 and Work Morale (Y) of 0.936 and in accordance with existing standards, the Cronbach's Alpha value is > 0.60, which means that all the answer items on the questionnaire are declared reliable. morale value is 19,309. The career development variable regression coefficient is 0.662; This means that if career development has increased by one unit, then the morale will increase or increase by 0.662. The results of the correlation coefficient obtained a simple correlation coefficient value of 0.613, The results of the coefficient of determination obtained a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.375 or 37.5 The % level of influence is said to be low, while the remaining 62.5 is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. T-test results (partial) Based on the SPSS output in the t-test table above, the t-count value is 4.963 and the sig value of 0.000 will then be compared with the t-table value of 2.019, it can be concluded that the t-count value is greater than t-table (4.963 > 2.019 ) and the sig value obtained is 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) so Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means career development has a positive and significant effect on employee morale at PT PLN (PERSERO) UP3 Bima.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions on shopee consumers STKIP PGRI Jombang students. This study uses a quantitative approach with a research population of 298 students. The total population is more than 100, so by using simple random sampling, 75 samples are obtained. Data collection is done by using questionnaires and documentation. Each variable was measured using validity and reliability tests. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis with F test, t test, and determination test and used classical assumption test which included normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test. From this research, it was found that the promotion results had a significant effect on the purchasing decisions of the students of STKIP PGRI Jombang, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. The quality of service has a significant effect on the purchasing decisions of students of STKIP PGRI Jombang, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. Promotion and quality of service simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions in students of STKIP PGRI Jombang, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, meaning that promotion and service quality together can influence purchasing decisions. This shows that promotions and good service quality will support the purchasing decisions of Pgri Jombanh stkip students as expected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of Quizizz learning media on the learning motivation of STKIP PGRI Jombang students, based on the results of the study during learning there is interaction between lecturers and students, there are tools to deliver material. The tool is in the form of teaching materials or learning media so that students are motivated to participate in learning. However, in the use of learning media, there are several obstacles as is the case for students sometimes wanting creative and not boring learning. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The type of research used is a type of research ex post facto, namely research that is carried out after an event occurs and looks at the factors that can cause the event. Sampling in this research uses proportional random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques use questionnaires or questionnaires and documentation. Hypothesis testing is carried out by simple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis that has been obtained by researchers, it proves that the use of Quizizz learning media has a positive and significant effect on learning motivation by the correlation or relationship value (R) which is 0.754. from the output obtained a determination (R Square) of 0.568. which means that the influence of free or independent variables (the use of Quizizz learning media) on bound or dependent variables (student learning motivation) was 56.8% and the remaining was influenced by other variables that were not present in this study.

Abstract

The level of customer desire to use a food delivery service provider platform is the urgency of conducting research to knowing the effect of trust and promotion on buying interest in the ShopeeFood application. This research uses a case study on students from Adventist University of Indonesia, primary data collection through questionnaires, and the use of purposive sampling method in selecting respondents. The results obtained from 106 respondents indicate that customer buying interest in the ShopeeFood application is influenced by the trust and promotion variables in the form of vouchers available at Shopeefood. This is indicated by the sign value of 0.001 < 0.05 and Fvalue > the Ftable value is 37.256 > 3.08 which gives positive results from the data processing process.
