Abstract

This research is quantitative. The population of this research was all of Micro Enterprises in Kulon Progo Regency. The sample of this research were 156 micro-entrepreneurs in the Kulonprogo district. This research used a simple random sampling technique to get the data. The researcher used a questionnaire as the instrument, which tested both its validity and its reliability. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Chi-Square test. The result showed, the majority of respondents had knowledge (79,5%), and the ability of financial literacy (80,8%) was categorized in the high-level category. There was a no different level of financial literacy for the micro-entrepreneur in Kulon Progo Regency based on the gender.

Abstract

Tempted by the economic potential offered by other countries makes people flocked to get the opportunity to improve their economy. Evidenced by the large number of international migrants throughout the world, this figure is in line with the high total remittance flow that leads to their country of origin. Countries in ASEAN become remittance recipients with quite high growth each year, so it is interesting to study further. Using panel data from six countries in ASEAN in 2000-2016, per capita Gross Domestic Product (GDP), domestic inflation, exchange rates, age dependency ratios and financial development are included as variables that affect remittances. The analytical method used is panel data with Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results of the panel data found that the independent variables, including GDP per capita, domestic inflation, exchange rates, age dependency ratios and financial developments had a positive and significant effect on remittance flows in ASEAN in the period of 2000-2016

Abstract

This research aims to find out how big the willingness of Kebun Raya Liwa visitors to pay for the ticket and to find the factors influencing that willingness. Visitors of Kebun Raya Liwa who are 20 years old or above are the subject of this report. This study uses primary data and uses a purposive sampling method to interview the subject with 304 people. The instrument used for the analysis is the Contingent Valuation Method (CVM). Each person is Rp 6.500 according to the average results of willingness to pay using Dichotomous Choice. Results of the analysis show that variables in age, education and income positively affect the willingness to pay. The perception of the visitors negatively affects the willingness to pay. While distance and frequency of visits do not affect the payment will.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Pindul Cave Tourism Object as well as create the best strategies in efforts to developing Pindul Cave Tourism Object to increase community income. This research used a descriptive approach, by collecting data in the form of primary data. The analysis technique used in this research are observation, interviews, Focus Group Discussion and documentation. The subjects on this research are managers of tourism object such as Government Tourism Office, Secretary of District, POKDARWIS of Pindul Cave, and tourism stakeholders, seller of bakso tusuk, parking guards, guide. The analysis tool of this research is SWOT analysis. Based on SWOT analysis identifications of Pindul Cave Tourism Object development strategies the results of data collected are; 1) internal factors of Pindul Cave Tourism Object which are strengths and weaknesses that can support and inhibit the development of tourism object. 2) external factors of Pindul Cave Tourism Object which are strengths and weaknesses that can support and inhibit the development of tourism object. 3) the best strategy can be executed by Pindul  Cave Tourism Object which is SO strategy (Strengths and Opportunities).

Abstract

This research aims to find empirical effect evidence of Islamicity Performance Index on the financial performance of sharia commercial banks in Indonesia. The index of Islamicity Performance Index used in this research was the profit-sharing ratio, zakat performance ratio, equitable distribution ratio, directors-employees welfare ratio, Islamic income vs non-Islamic income, Islamic investment vs non-Islamic investment. This research used a quantitative approach and used secondary data in the form of sharia commercial bank financial statements for the periode of 2010-2018. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling and obtained 13 samples of sharia commercial banks with 117 observational data.  The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression. Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded that zakat performance ratio, equitable distribution ratio, directors-employees welfare ratio, Islamic investment vs non-Islamic investment do not affect financial performance. While the profit-sharing ratio, Islamic income vs non-Islamic income have negative effects on financial performance

Abstract

This study aims to measure the value of willingness to pay and analyze the factors that affect consumer willingness to pay toward Pertamax fuel. This study's dependent variable is income, number of owned vehicles, the frequency of vehicle use, and product literacy. In this study sample of 100 Pertamax fuel users in Yogyakarta were selected using the Purposive Sampling method. This study using multiple linear regression or Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The results show that the value of consumer willingness to pay toward Pertamax fuel is Rp. 10,545. The factors that influence willingness to pay are income, frequency of vehicle use, and product literacy. Abstract

This study aims to determine what affect GDP (Gross Domestic Product) in constant Indonesian prices. The dependent variable used is GDP (Gross Domestic Product), and the independent variables are Islamic stocks, Islamic mutual funds, Islamic bonds (Sukuk), and the BI rate. The data used in this study are monthly during the period 2016: 1-2018: 12 sourced from OJK, BI, and Ministry of Home Affairs. The estimation tool used in this study is the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) using E-views 7.0. Estimation results show that in the short term, the GDP variable (Gross Domestic Product) itself, Islamic stocks, BI rate, and Islamic mutual funds significantly affect GDP (Gross Domestic Product). In the long run, the estimation results show that sharia stock variables and sharia mutual funds have a significant effect on GDP (Gross Domestic Product). While the sharia bond variable (Sukuk) and the BI rate do not significantly affect GDP (Gross Domestic Product). VECM estimation results in this study also produce important Says, namely IRF (Impulse Response Function) and VDC (Variance Decomposition).
