Abstract

The reluctance of taxpayers to submit annual e-SPT reports stems from the stigma of public distrust of tax officials; very complicated tax regulations that are difficult for taxpayers to understand; a large number of tax regulations issued every year; and a lack of socialization against tax regulations. A questionnaire filled out by twenty-five employees of PT. BPR Bantoru Perintis. Respondents who filled out the questionnaire were mostly male, with the most common age range being 25 to 30 years, having the highest annual income ranging from IDR 60,000,000 to IDR 250,000,000, having a high school education level, and having attended counseling or tax socialization. If multiple linear regressions are carried out with the help of the SPSS program on questions regarding the impact of tax awareness and tax sanctions on compliance with payment and reporting of individual annual tax returns, it can be said that awareness of taxes and tax sanctions significantly and simultaneously affect compliance with payment and reporting of annual tax returns. In addition, compliance with payment and reporting of individual annual tax returns will be affected by 50.9% of awareness of taxes and tax sanctions, while the remaining 49.1% are influenced by other variables.

Abstract

An earthquake magnitude of 5.6 on the SR rocked Cianjur Regency, West Java Province, on Monday, 21 November 2022, at 13.21 WIB. The earthquake caused damage to residential buildings and caused landslides in vital and densely populated areas. The fault that occurred on the eastern plateau in Sarampad Village was in the form of a relatively long shift in land. Physical land shifts due to faults can be seen from shifts in Sarampad Village, where the huts in the fields have moved very far from their original position. Likewise, landslides occurred in the horseshoe area of the national road between Cianjur City and Puncak, with the slope of the surrounding landslide being quite steep on the upper slope of the highway and continuing down the slope on the side of the highway leading to the river below the surface of the road. The existence of a river indicates a layer of water close to the surface of the land used by the community and army dormitories near that location. This condition causes the soil to become saturated with water, making it a factor that causes landslides quickly if an earthquake occurs. Landslides on the ridge above the highway have been strengthened with stone gabion reinforcements placed with a terracing system. Meanwhile, the landslides under the highway have not been reinforced. Also, faults that occur on road sections transversely on the road body close to the horseshoe with curved contours need to be handled seriously

Abstract

Student life at school is a colorful life. At school students are filled with knowledge in order to think critically and have soft skills in organizations including religious organizations. Students' disinterest in religious activities can be caused by their lack of understanding of the importance of vision - mission and SWOT analysis in service which will have an impact on the difficulty in designing service programs. Vision and mission are fundamental things needed to be able to determine goals, objectives and make service programs. Therefore, Perkantas Lampung as a school partner conducts coaching in the form of counseling and workshops to help school fellowship administrators in formulating a vision - mission and also planning a service program for the school fellowship. Based on the worksheets provided, the student leaders were finally able to start thinking about the simple things needed in building a Christian student fellowship in their school.

Abstract

Community Service (PkM) is a means of carrying out the mission of Universitas Pelita Harapan which is to contribute to the advancement of science and culture based on Biblical Christian insights and participate in the development of individuals and society for the glory of God. PkM activities were carried out at the Indonesian Bible Christian Church on Jalan Raya Kelapa Dua, Ruko Blitz, Blok A No. 28, Gading Serpong, Tangerang, Banten. The needs analysis based on the questionnaire showed that the congregation did not fully understand how to have healthy snacks at an affordable price. The low economic condition of the congregation makes the congregation prefer to consume cheap and unhealthy food without paying attention to the health of the body. The objectives of the PkM were to 1) provide counseling on nutritious snacks, and 2) conduct training on making purple sweet potato mochi. PkM was held on September 2, 2023, attended by 20 people, delivered by lecture demonstration method. The results of PkM based on the results of the evaluation questionnaire can be seen that 77% of respondents stated that the material presented was very clear, 55.6% agreed that watching YouTube mochi making that had been given helped to practice it at home, 55.6% strongly agreed that they were interested in practicing it at home, and 44.4% of respondents strongly agreed that making purple sweet potato mochi was easy to do. Abstract

The main cause of the low survival rate for Out of Hospital Cardiac Arrest (OHCA) victims is the delay in reporting and administering Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). Remembering the importance of basic life support in determining the level of success of subsequent medical procedures and patient survival. The aim of this activity is to provide knowledge and skills to residents about BHD. This target group includes a group of people, both men and women in the Purwokerto City Asthma Gymnastics Club Association in the Banyumas Regency and surrounding areas, consisting of health cadres, housewives, 30 workers. The location for the activity is RT 4, RW 2, Sumbang Village, Purwokerto. The method of implementing activities is pre-test, post-test, lecture, discussion, simulation and demonstration. The implementation is carried out within 5 hours in 1 day consisting of 2 hours of discussion lectures, 3 hours of simulations and demonstrations. The knowledge results before the training were 93.3% lacking knowledge and 6.7% sufficient knowledge, after being given training 6.7% were good, 63.3% sufficient and 30% insufficient. Meanwhile, skills before training were 0% good, 3.3% sufficient and 96.6% poor, after training 10% were good, 66.7% sufficient and 23.3% poor. Conclusion BHD and home emergency training increases knowledge and skills in the general public

Abstract

Traveling is an activity that people do to unwind from their daily routines. There are many types of travel destinations, and one of them is a natural hot spring located in Situmeang Habinsaran Village, Sipoholon District, North Tapanuli. Besides being a tourist destination, natural hot springs are believed to have the ability to cure various skin diseases and promote healthier skin. The owner of the Karunia hot spring business is one of the entrepreneurs who provide hot spring baths, accommodations/homestays, and a restaurant. This business opportunity has become more competitive with many similar ventures opening up. Marketing and promoting this natural attraction continues. As time goes by, the promotion and business systems need to be enhanced by using information technology to improve. A website is one of the means for promotion and branding, enabling the digitization of the established business. Building a website is applied for promotional purposes and to enhance credibility with the public, making them more familiar with the hot spring tourism in Sipoholon, especially Karunia hot spring. The website also serves as a centralized platform for financial management, cash flow, and business operations, which have previously been done manually. The goal of creating this website is for partners to increase income and improve business branding

Abstract

Di pedalaman desa Damarwulan, Jepara, masyarakat hidup dalam harmoni dengan budaya kerja yang mengesankan. Masyarakat ini menempuh perjalanan ke sawah dan ladang setiap hari dengan jarak yang tak dekat, melintasi medan berat, sambil membawa peralatan pertanian atau hasil kebun. Kehidupan masyarakat ini dipenuhi beragam pekerjaan, termasuk seni pengerjaan kayu, pertanian, budidaya tanaman kopi, cengkeh, dan peternakan. Namun, yang menarik adalah komposisi penduduk desa ini, yang sebagian besar terdiri dari wanita, lansia, dan anak-anak. Pemuda dan pria dewasa pergi merantau ke kota-kota besar, mengadopsi budaya baru dan kebiasaan makanan manis. Akibatnya, masalah kesehatan seperti sakit otot, pegal, hipertensi, dan diabetes menjadi umum. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, ide penting muncul, memberikan penyuluhan tentang gaya hidup sehat dan mendirikan posko pengobatan gratis. Langkah awal ini bertujuan memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat setempat agar dapat memahami pentingnya menjaga kesehatan dan memiliki tubuh yang lebih bugar. Harapan penulis adalah agar masyarakat desa Damarwulan dapat menjalani kehidupan dengan semangat dan vitalitas yang memukau.

Abstract

Abstract Technology, which is developing very rapidly in the 21st century, has an impact on various aspects of life, one of which is the world of education. Advances in computer and smartphone-based technology are a current trend. Technological developments in the world of education, for example, include the emergence of technology-based media or learning resources such as learning media with web-based Virtual Reality (VR). Web-based Virtual Reality (VR) is a new innovation in the world of education to be able to create innovations that will have an impact on increasing students' interest in learning chemistry material. Virtual Reality is a media that combines text, animation, video, images and audio in one application. The research used wes a qualitative descriptive method by providing VR research products in class and then distributing a questionnaire regarding high school students’ perceptions of VR. The results of the research show that students’ perceptions of media using virtual reality.

Abstract

Perubahan sosial yang cepat akibat perkembangan teknologi dan ekonomi digital telah memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan moralitas remaja. Teknologi telah menggeser perilaku dan sikap remaja pada orientasi pada teknologi itu sendiri, sehingga moralitas mengalami distrupsi. Ekonomi digital, di sisi lain, menguatkan pergeseran nilai-nilai moralitas yang berdasar pada kekuatan ekonomi digital itu sendiri. Kondisi ini menyebabkan moralitas remaja mengalami ketidakseimbangan di dalam komunitas masyarakat. Penurunan moralitas remaja dalam era digitalisasi merupakan permasalahan bangsa, sehingga memerlukan penyuluhan terhadap peran orang tua. Peranan orang tua dalam pembentukan karakter remaja, khususnya di Gereja Kristen Jawa (GKJ) Cilacap Utara, menjadi prioritas dalam pengembangan program GKJ. Nilai moralitas menjadi prioritas pada penyuluhan atas pembentukan nilai pendidikan moral melalui peranan orang tua. Penyuluhan ini menjadi sebuah gerakan untuk membangun nilai moralitas melalui peranan orang tua. Oleh karena itu, penyuluhan pendidikan keluarga melalui peranan orang tua dalam pembentukan karakter remaja di GKJ Cilacap Utara. Pembentukan karakter anak remaja menjadi suatu prioritas utama bagi GKJ Cilacap Utara sebagai tulang punggung jemaat masa depan.

Abstract

Bisnis kreatif yang disebut juga industri kreatif, merujuk pada sektor ekonomi yang menggunakan kreativitas, ide inovatif dan keahlian artistik untuk menciptakan produk, layanan atau konten yang memiliki nilai komersial. Industri kreatif merupakan penciptaan ide/kreativitas dari orang atau kelompok yang pada akhirnya menghasilkan karya atau produk. Bisnis kreatif bukan hanya tentang seni murni, tetapi juga tentang bagaimana seni dan kreativitas dapat diintegrasikan dalam konteks pemasaran dan bisnis. Pemudi warga jemaat Gereja Kristen Pasundan (GKP) Klasis Jakarta-Banten yang merencanakan membangun bisnis kreatif dengan mengolah bahan limbah menjadi barang yang bernilai jual (asesoris), untuk itu dipandang perlu memahami pentingnya strategi pemasaran dalam memasarkan produk asesoris hasil olahan limbah dengan memberikan sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya penerapan strategi pemasaran, yang diharapkan dapat membantu warga jemaat Gereja Kristen Pasundan (GKP) Klasis Jakarta-Banten untuk dapat menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang sesuai. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi pentingnya strategi pemasaran produk, pemasaran produk secara online dan menghitung Harga Pokok Penjualan (HPP) asesoris hasil olahan limbah bagi warga jemaat yang bertempat di GKP Ebenhaezer Cawang, Jakarta secara onsite
