Abstract

ABSTRAKTeripang pasir  (Paracasudina australis) memiliki bentuk yang silindris dengan bagian belakang memiliki ujung kecil dan tidak memiliki kaki tabung dengan kulit  licin yang hidup di habitat pasir berlumpur. Daerah penangkapan P. Australis di perairan Socah terdapat di stasiun 1 pada kedalaman 2-7 m. Diketahui unit operasi penangkapan, yaitu kapal dengan spesifikasi panjang 9 m, lebar 2 m, dan tinggi 0,7 m, alat tangkap (garuk), dan alat bantu penangkapan (layar air). Kemudian analisa unit usaha untuk jumlah rata-rata CPUE penangkapan teripang, yaitu  137,1 kg/trip dan RPUE senilai Rp 120.048,00 Rp/trip/hari. Sehingga diketahui penghasilan nelayan rata-rata per bulan selama penelitian, yaitu Rp 569.640,00 selama penelitian (Januari – Maret 2020). Sedangkan berdasarkan asumsi rata-rata jumlah trip per bulan (20 trip), yaitu Rp 1.741.920,00. Sedangkan Tingkat kematangan gonad (TKG) dari teripang pasir (Paracaudina australis) di perairan Socah sebaran nya meliputi TKG I sampai TKG IV.Kata Kunci: Upaya Penangkapan, Unit Operasi, Unit Usaha, Tingkat Kematanagn Gonad  (TKG)ABSTRACTSea cucumbers, Paracasudina australiswhich are the livelihoods of some fishermen in the Socah area, are caught throughout the year with a garuk gear. Using a garuk gear in the fishing area where the fishermen catch the fishing area, the purpose of this study was to determine the fishing effort and Gonad Maturity Level (TKG) of the catch. The results show that the fishing ground of P. Australis in the waters of Socah is at a depth of 2-7 m; the average Catch Per Unit Effort(CPUE) of sea cucumbers, 137.1 kg / trip and Revenue Per Unit Effort (RPUE) worth Rp 120,048.00 / trip / day. Gonad Maturity Level (TKG) of captured sea cucumbers vary from TKG I to TKG IV.Keyword: Fishing effort, operating units, business unit, rate of ripeness gonads (RRG)

Abstract

ABSTRAKPulau Gili Ketapang merupakan salah satu daerah pusat perikanan tangkap di Kabupaten Probolinggo. Daerah ini memiliki luas wilayah sekitar 68 hektar dengan jumlah penduduk 8.402 jiwa, dimana sebagian besar penduduknya berprofesi sebagai nelayan. Ikan kerapu merupakan komoditas perikanan yang diunggulkan di Indonesia dengan nilai ekonomis tinggi, memiliki harga mahal dan termasuk komoditas ekspor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui luasan laut yang cocok untuk digunakan atau dibangun sebuah keramba jaring apung untuk ikan kerapu di Pulau Gili Ketapang Probolinggo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan luasan keramba jaring apung yang Sangat Sesuai (S1) 22%, Sesuai (S2) 52%, dan Tidak sesuai (N) 26%. Faktor yang menyebabkan adanya luasan KJA tergolong tidak sesuai maupun sesuai dengan habitat ikan kerapu macan dikarenakan kondisi luasan terumbu karang, kondisi oseanografi meliputi kecepatan arus, kedalaman perairan, suhu, salinitas, DO, kecerahan, pH,  dan ammoniak yang berbeda-beda di sepanjang perairan Gili Ketapang Probolinggo.Kata Kunci: KJA, Ikan Kerapu Macan, Parameter Oseanografi, Gili Ketapang. ABSTRACTGili Ketapang Island is one of the capture fisheries centers in Probolinggo Regency. This area has an area of around 68 hectares with a population of 8,402 people, where most of the population work as fishermen. Grouper fish is a superior fishery commodity in Indonesia with high economic value, has a high price and is an export commodity. The purpose of this study was to determine the area of the sea suitable for use or the construction of a floating net cage for groupers on the island of Gili Ketapang Probolinggo. The results showed that the area of floating net cages were very suitable (S1) 22%, suitable (S2) 52%, and not suitable (N) 26%. Factors that cause the KJA area is classified as not suitable or in accordance with tiger grouper habitat due to the extent of coral reefs, oceanographic conditions include current speed, water depth, temperature, salinity, DO, brightness, pH, and ammonia that vary along the waters Gili Ketapang Probolinggo.Keyword: KJA, Tiger Grouper, Oceanographic Parameters, Gili Ketapang Islands

Abstract

ABSTRAKMeningkatnya kandungan karbon dioksida (CO2) di udara akan menyebabkan kenaikan suhu bumi karena efek rumah kaca/pemanasan global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kerapatan vegetasi jenis tegakan mangrove, total biomassa atas permukaan dan bawah permukaan, mengetahui stok karbon atas permukaan, bawah permukaan dan stok karbon tanah dan mengetahui serapan CO2 atas permukaan, bawah permukaan dan stok karbon tanah pada kawasan hutan mangrove di Desa Lembung Paseser. Pengambilan data stok karbon mengunakan metode non-destruktif sampling yaitu tanpa merusak dengan menggunakan model persamaan allometrik. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 3 stasiun dan setiap stasiun tardapat 6 plot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada kawasan penelitian ditemukan 9 jenis mangrove yaitu Rhizophora mucronata, Rhizophora stylosa, Rhizophora apiculata, Sonneratia alba, Avicennia marina, Avicennia alba, Ceriop tagal, Ceriop decandra, Aegiceras c. Total kerapatan jenis mangrove pohon sebesar 2.900 ind/ha, pada anakan 206.400 ind/ha dan tingkat semai 3.480.000 ind/ha. Nilai rata-rata kandungan biomassa di atas permukaan sebesar 87,21 ton/ha, bawah permukaan (akar) 36,07 ton/ha. Total rata-rata stok karbon sebesar 231,69 ton/ha, terdiri dari: stok karbon di atas permukaan 40,75 ton/ha, bawah permukaan 16,95 ton/ha dan tanah 173,98 ton/ha. Total rata-rata serapan CO2 mangrove sebesar 849,51 ton/ha, yaitu di atas permukaan 149,44 ton/ha, bawah permukaan 62,15 ton/ha, dan tanah 637,93 ton/ha.Kata kunci: Mangrove, Biomassa, Stok Karbon, Serapan CO2. ABSTRACTThe increasing of carbon dioxide (CO2) in the air causes an increase in earth's temperature which occurs due to the greenhouse effect / global warming. Mangroves play an important role in preventing global warming. It is because mangrove forests are able to absorb and store carbon (C) in the form of biomass. This research aimed at determining mangrove stand density, surface layer and subsurface layer of total biomass, as well as to determine surface and subsurface carbon stock, and soil carbon stock. In addition, this research also tried to find CO2 uptake on surface layer, subsurface layer and soil carbon stock of mangrove forest area in Lembung Paseser village. The data of carbon stock was taken using a non-destructive sampling method, by using the allometric equation model, therefore there was no damage during the process. Meanwhile, the research was conducted in 3 stations and each station had 6 plots. The results showed that in the study area it was found 9 types of mangrove Rhizophora mucronata, Rhizophora stylosa, Rhizophora apiculata, Sonneratia alba, Avicennia marina, Avicennia alba, Ceriop tagal, Ceriop decandra, Aegiceras c. The total density of mangrove tree was 2.900 ind / ha, in saplings was 206.400 ind / ha and seedlings level was 3.480.000 ind / ha. The average value of biomass content in the surface level was 87,21 tons / ha, in the subsurface (roots) was 36,07 tons / ha. The average value of total carbon stock was 231,69 tons / ha, consisting of: carbon stocks above the surface of 40,75 tons / ha, the subsurface (roots) of 16,95 tons / ha and the soil layer of 173,98 tons / ha. The total average value of mangrove CO2 uptake was 849,51 tons / ha, consisting of: in the surface level of 149,44 tons / ha, the subsurface (roots) of 62,15 tons / ha, and the soil of 637,93 tons / ha.Key Words: Mangrove, Biomass, Carbon Stock, CO2 Uptake

Abstract

ABSTRAKPerairan Soccah merupakan lokasi nelayan mencari ikan atau organisme laut lainnya seperti udang rebon (Acetes Sp). Udang rebon (Acetes Sp) pada perairan ini memiliki banyak peminat dan ada beberapa dikirim ke Gresik. Pada perairan Soccah juga menjadi jalur transportasi untuk kapal-kapal besar seperti kapal batu bara dan adanya perusahaan reparasi kapal di sekitar situ sehingga banyak kapal terlihat di daerah situ. Adanya kegiatan tersebut bisa menjadi sumber masuknya Pb keperairan. Sifat logam berat yang terakumulasi menyebabkan dampak berbahaya bagi biota laut dan manusia yang mengkonsumsinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi Pb pada udang rebon (Acetes Sp), air dan batas konsumsi. Pengambilan sampel diambil 3 kali per stasiun. Sampel terdiri dari sampel udang rebon (Acetes Sp) dan sampel air yang dianalisa nilai konsentrasi Pb pada udang rebon dan perairan menunjukkan hasil pada stasiun 1 memiliki nilai sebesar 0,154 – 0,165 mg/kg dan 0,021 – 0,032 mg/l untuk stasiun 2 memiliki nilai sebesar 0,163 – 0,174 mg/kg dan 0,013 – 0,024 mg/l. Batas konsumsi maksimum udang rebon pada pada stasiun 1 sebesar 9,27 kg 1 dan stasiun 2 sebesar 8,21 pe rminggu.Kata Kunci: Pb, Batas Konsumsi Mingguan, Udang Rebon (Acetes Sp).ABSTRACTSoccah waters are the location of fishermen looking for fish or other marine organisms such as rebon shrimp (Acetes Sp). Shrimp rebon (Acetes Sp) in these waters have many enthusiasts and there are some sent to Gresik. In the waters of Soccah it is also a transportation route for large ships such as coal ships and there is a ship repair company around there so that many ships are seen in the area. The existence of these activities can be a source of entry into Pb water. The accumulation of heavy metals causes harmful effects for marine biota and humans who consume them. This study aims to determine the Pb concentration in rebon shrimp (Acetes Sp), water and consumption limits. Sampling was taken 3 times per station. The sample consisted of rebon shrimp samples (Acetes Sp) and water samples analyzed Pb concentration values in rebon shrimp and waters showed results at station 1 had a value of 0.154 - 0.165 mg / kg and 0.021 - 0.032 mg / l for station 2 had a value of 0.163 - 0.174 mg / kg and 0.013 - 0.024 mg / l. The maximum limit of weekly consumption of rebon shrimp at station 1 is 9.27 kg 1 and station 2 is 8.21 kg.Keywords: The Concentration of PB, Limit of Weekly Consumption, Rebon Shrimp (Acetes Sp).

Abstract

ABSTRAKProduksi garam krosok di Salt House mempunyai kualitas yang masih rendah yaitu dilihat dari segi fisik yang kurang bersih dan dari segi kandungan NaCl belum mencapai standar garam industri. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan purifikasi untuk mencapai SNI (standar nasional Indonesia) garam konsumsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar H2O, NaCl, pada garam krosok dan garam hasil purifikasi. Serta mengetahui pengaruh pemberian NaOH terhadap kandungan NaCl. Pengambilan sampel di Salt House UTM, kemudian dilanjutkan analisa laboratorium untuk menganalisa kadar air dan natrium klorida. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan kadar air pada garam krosok sebesar 1,391%, pada purifikasi penambahan 3 ml NaOH 2N sebesar 0,545, penambahan 6 ml NaOH 2N sebesar 0,810 dan pada Penambahan 9 ml NaOH sebesar 0,590%. Kadar NaCl pada garam krosok sebesar 93,238%, pada purifikasi penambahan 3 ml NaOH 2N sebesar 94,818, penambahan 6 ml NaOH 2N sebesar 95,904 dan pada Penambahan 9 ml NaOH sebesar 96,517%. Purifikasi dengan penambahan NaOH berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan NaCl. Kata Kunci: Garam Krosok, Salt House, Pengaruh NaOH, Kandungan H2O dan NaCl.ABSTRACTCrude salt production at the Salt House has a low quality, which is seen from the physical side that is less clean and in terms of NaCl content has not yet reached the industrial salt standard. Therefore, purification is needed in order to achieve INS (Indonesian National Standard) for sal comsumption. This study aims to determine the levels of H2O and NaCl in crude salt and salts from purification. As well as knowing the effect of giving NaOH towards the content of NaCl. The sample taking is at UTM Salt House, then it followed by laboratory analysis in order to analyze water content and sodium chloride. The results of the study showed that the water content in crude salt was 1.391%, the purification of the addition of 3 ml of NaOH 2N by 0.545%, the addition of 6 ml of NaOH 2N by 0.810% and the addition of 9 ml of NaOH by 0.590%.The level of NaCl in crude salt was 93.333%, The level of NaCl in krosok salt was 93.238%, the purification of the addition of 3 ml of NaN 2N was 94.818, the addition of 6 ml of NaN 2N was 95.904 and the addition of 9 ml NaOH was 96.517%.Purification with the addition of NaOH  has an effect on increasing NaCl.  Keywords: Crude Salt, Salt House, Effect of NaOH, Content of H2 and NaCl.
