Abstract

Posyandu, which stands for Integrated Health Family Planning Service Post, is a basic health activity organized for people who are assisted by health workers, one of which is the Posyandu Teratai Putih Bahalayung Village. There are several obstacles in this manual system, including Posyandu cadres who often experience difficulties in the data search process, this is because these cadres may not remember the location of the data being searched for or do not understand the data written by other cadres. The system development method used is the Waterfall methodology, from the requirements analysis stage to system testing. For system requirements analysis, the data taken is posyandu data from 2019. For the system design stage, using ERD and DFD, namely Context Diagram and DFD Level 1. For the implementation stage of the system using the Codeigniter framework, programming languages ??PHP, HTML, and Javascript, and the MySQL query language. And the last stage for testing the system uses the Black Box Testing technique.

Abstract

The Puskesmas is a functional health organization which is the center for community health development and fostering community participation. Existing services at the puskesmas must be carried out properly and correctly in order to simplify and speed up the flow of services, a medical record data processing information system is very appropriate to simplify existing services at the puskesmas. This study aims to produce a patient medical record information system at Tambarangan Public Health Center. This system is built on a web-based basis using the CodeIgniter framework and will be developed using the waterfall medote.

Abstract

Datacom is a private company engaged in the sale and repair of computers. Services in the datacom must be done properly and correctly to facilitate and speed up the flow of services, a computer data processing information system is very appropriate to simplify services on the datacom. This study aims to produce a computer service information system in Datacom, this system is built based on a website using the Codeigniter Framework and will be developed using the Waterfall method. Testing on this system using Blackbox Testing results in the system being able to check the status of computer service, can print service data, and can print data service reports per month.

Abstract

The tuition fee payment system is a mechanism for transferring funds charged to students for educational institutions to expedite the lecture process in terms of learning and teaching. Design of an SPP Payment Information System at Hasnur Polytechnic Using the Codeigniter 3 Framework was created using the programming language PHP, codeigniter framework 3 and database MySQL. This application was made in order to facilitate the financial section for managing payment data and students can find out the tuition payments they have made and will be paid. The research method uses a waterfall from the analysis stage to application testing. Then the system design is carried out using DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and design is interface also done at this stage. Furthermore, writing the program code is done using the PHP programming language and the codeigniter framework. Then the results of the study were tested using the method black box testing. The test results state that the program is in accordance with the described functional require.

Abstract

Islamic Vocational High School (SMK) Sabilal Muhtadin Is One Of The Private Vocational Schools That Uses Islam As The Main Guideline For Religious Education But In The Process Of Calculating Employee Payrolls, It Is Still Manual Using A Calculator. This Is What Makes SMK Islam Sabilal Muhtadin Also Need A System That Can Manage The Data Contained Therein. This Is What Underlies The Author In Making Java And Mysql-Based Employee Payroll Information Systems. The Research Method Uses A Waterfall And System Design Is Carried Out Using UML (Usecase, Activity And Class Diagram).

Abstract

Currently this technology has had a major influence on the way of life and lifestyle so that it has spread to all domains, including credit applications that have made major changes to digital forms. Applications for credit at the Tanah Laut people's credit bank are still done manually starting from the credit application process, processing data and files, to preparing reports. This causes the credit application process to be ineffective and takes a long time, so that it can negatively affect customer satisfaction. This credit application system was developed on a web basis using a codeigniter framework, with the waterfall development method. This system can apply for credit online, helps make it easier to make decisions in determining the receipt of credit applications, helps in making monthly reports.
