<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the company's financial performance by looking at theinfluence of factors of acceptance and expenditure on financial performance This study sees theeffectiveness of managing and realizing budget revenue and expenditure PT. Tirta Raya AbadiMedan. Data used are primary and secondary data. The results showed that the performance of PT.Tirta Raya Abadi Medan see table and graph of financial performance development at PT. TirtaRaya Abadi Medan, the influence of revenue and expenditure in the management of corporate financehave a significant effect on the improvement and decrease in the graph of the performancedevelopment of PT. Tirta Raya Abadi Medan in the effectiveness of managing and realizing therevenue and expenditure budget, at least can know or make future policy design. In 2015 total assetsof the company reached 49% and in 2016 total assets of the company PT. Tirta Raya Abadi Medanreached 51%. This shows that the assets of PT. Tirta Raya Abadi Medan experienced a significantincrease so it can be said that the company's financial performance is good. In 2015 the company'stotal liabilities reach 68% and in 2016 total liability company PT. Tirta Raya Abadi Medan reached32%. This shows that the liability company PT. <![CDATA[Distribution is closely related to transportation where without transportation the distribution cannot run smoothly as expected. Every company has various obstacles in distributing goods, one of theobstacles is the amount of costs that must be spent for the distribution of goods.The purpose of thisresearch is to find out the activities of cigarette distribution applied by the company and help thecompany in minimizing transportation costs in the process of distributing cigarettes from one placeto another as well as analyzing the plans that will be done company for distribution runs as expected.The technique of data analysis is descriptive and comparative analysis.Based on hypotersis used bywriter in this case, hence in analysis chapter show that hypothesis accepted because at distributionprocess can minimize transportation cost from Rp. 168,000,000 to Rp. 84.000.000 there is a decreasein cost of Rp. 84.000.000 which is very profitable for the company without reducing the largecapacity of goods distributed. The results obtained and at the same time become the conclusion thatthe influence of distribution to the cost is very significant because if the distribution is done withoutthe plan will increase the cost, so before doing the distribution it is better to create a strategic planto avoid cost increment]]>

<![CDATA[Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) are the biggest players in the economic sector that engages intrading and services. In general, the problems faced by MSEs in Medan Denai in which microentrepreneurs of small businesses do not have enough capital to do business. The purpose of thisstudy is to analyze the differences and the development of MSEs between before and after obtainingfinancing from BMT Kalifah Amanah including venture capital, sales turnover and profit. <![CDATA[This research includes quantitative research. This study aims to test the hypothesis and is a study thatexplains the phenomenon in the form of relationships between variables. The main purpose of this studyis to identify the causal relationship between variables. In this study, researchers wanted to test the effectof non-cash transactions using virtual business to Consumer Satisfaction. The population used in thisstudy is the consumer who ever made a virtual purchase / payment. Sampling method used is nonprobability sampling. While determination of the number of respondents (samples) is done throughaccidental sampling method. So the sample in this study amounted to 20% of the population of 70consumers. Variable Measurement Scale in this study was measured using the Likert Scale. ModelAnalysis of daa used is a simple linear regression analysis model that is to predict the degree of influenceof independent variables on the dependent variable. To test the hypothesis, a Simple Linear RegressionModel is used. The t test result obtained from the output table is 24.24. While ttable 0,24 with α = 5%.With thitung> ttable (24,24> 0,24). <![CDATA[Efforts to improve the performance of the State Civil Servant (ASN) as a servant of the State andpublic servants, the government seeks to further optimize the function of the State Civil Apparatus(ASN). This is done, among others, by improving the personnel system, empowering and improvingthe accountability of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) itself. The low quality of service provided bythe State Civil Apparatus (ASN) to the community which is one of the benchmarks to assess theperformance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) could be caused by many things. When thegovernment is unable to act decisively against the Civil State Official (ASN) rules and not disciplinein performing duties as servant of State and public servant, then selamnyalah performance of StateCivil Apparatus (ASN) will be dilapidated and far from what expected. However it is necessary toconsider the communication within the State Civil Servant (ASN). The result of this researchconcludes that there is influence of work discipline, leadership, communication and mutation toperformance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Local Secretariat Environment of TanjungbalaiGovernment partially or simultaneously. And the ability of work discipline, leadership,communication and mutation in explaining the performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is equalto 60.9% the remaining 39.1% is explained by other variables not included in this research model]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this case study is to analyze the effect of equity multiplier and return on total assetsto return on equity. The variables studied were equity multiplier, return on total and return on equity.The research method used is descriptive analysis using multiple linear regression analysis as a toolof analysis. The population and samples used in the data used in this case study are state-ownedconstruction sector 2012-2016 with census method. The result of the partial regression analysisshows that the equity multiplier and return on total assets have a positive and significant effect onreturn on equity. Then, from the regression analysis simultaneously shows that the equity multiplierand return on the total assets have a positive and significant effect on return on equity.]]>

<![CDATA[Computer Operating Systems widely used by companies are Windows and Microsoft Excelapplication programs to compile raw material inventory reports. If the preparation of inventoryreports manually it will take a long time and company management is slow in decision making. Fromthe description above is clear that the accounting information system plays an important role in thecompany, both to take decisions in preparing and presenting stock inventory report of raw materials.The types and sources of data obtained in the study are primary data and secondary data. Based onthe research data that has been obtained, the author uses data collection methods by interview anddocumentation study. The results showed that the company uses a computer-based accountinginformation system with a database program equipped with Oracle applications online in thepresentation of raw material inventory reports. Reports The inventory of raw materials is done onlineso as to facilitate the decision making by the central manager whether goods in the branch office canbe sent to overseas companies or sent to the head office in accordance with production needs. TheCompany undertakes the assessment of raw material inventory by the perpetual FIFO method. In thedatabase program has a weakness, especially frequent errors if employees who lack the skills inusing accounting information systems in the input penginputan purchase, delivery and return notcarefully it can cause the difference or error on the amount of raw material inventory]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of bankruptcy potential with Altman Z-Score modelon stock prices at chemical industry basic manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia StockExchange period 2014 - 2016. The method used in this research is using simple linear regression.The data in this study were obtained by processing the annual financial data of manufacturingcompanies of the basic and chemical industry sectors listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange whichbecome the sample in this research as many as 102 samples with 34 companies. The results showedthat on average the manufacturing companies of the basic and chemical industry sectors listed onthe Indonesia Stock Exchange have a value of 2.1635 which indicates that on average themanufacturing companies of the basic and chemical industry sectors in the Indonesia StockExchange are used as research data this can be predicted to experience failure and Ability variationsof free variables, which in this case is the potential bankruptcy of Altman Z-Score to the variation ofdependent variable that is stock price is equal to 0,135 (13,5%). This means that there are otherfactors (other variables) of 86.5% affecting the price of shares in the Indonesia Stock Exchange]]>
