Abstract

In an increasingly digitally connected world, it is imperative to provide education on network and information technology crime trends. Where networks and information technology are an integral part of everyday life. Nevertheless, a small number of individuals are vulnerable to cybercrime, including data theft, phishing emails, and computer viruses, as a result of a lack of education and understanding of information technology trends. Therefore, it is imperative to have a comprehensive understanding of cybercrime threats, including phishing, scam/malware viruses, and Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks on a network. This will increase awareness and security in the use of information technology in the community, especially among students of SMA Negeri 2 Baubau, Southeast Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. The method used to implement abdimas for students of SMA Negeri 2 Baubau. This method consists of four stages: Laying the groundwork, planning, information gathering/analysis, and following up on findings The results of the students' CPD activities showed an increased awareness and understanding of cyber threats and how to protect themselves online. Indicators of success are changes in student behavior in safer internet use, such as changing passwords regularly and being more careful in sharing personal information online. It is hoped that this education on crime trends in the field of information technology and networking can be useful in developing self-awareness, self-protection, and mitigating the impact of cybercrime attacks in the digital realm.

SMKN 3 Sukawati has competent teaching staff in their fields of study so that it is qualified and becomes one of the best SMK in Gianyar Regency. The SMKN 3 Sukawati library is good but has not been managed digitally, because IT staff have not specifically handled the library and the need for library staff to be trained in library management using information technology. In addition, the results of the interview found that teachers needed to improve their digital skills in terms of developing digital teaching materials. The solution offered is the implementation of an e-library in the form of installing a web-based library system, training in the use of the Web-Based Library System and training in the use of learning media using the Canva Application. The achievements of the community service outputs are in the form of installing a library system on the school's internal network, understanding of library staff regarding the function of the library system, and increasing teachers' knowledge of the use of digital learning media by 50% based on a comparison between pretest and posttest scores. Abstract

Hate speech and hoaxes have become significant problems in the current era of democracy and digitalization. Advances in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), especially social media, have facilitated the rapid and widespread spread of hoaxes and hate speech in Indonesia. The main problem in dealing with hoaxes is the lack of critical thinking about the information received. Therefore, prevention of hoaxes through education is important. Education can help people detect hoax news and reduce its spread. To conduct this education, the research method used is socialization and education at MAS Muhammadiyah Bayongbong school, especially at the high school level. This activity involved students, partners, and participants. The stages of the activity include surveys, delivery of material on hoaxes and education, and practice using ICT. This activity showed that some participants experienced an increase in knowledge after participating in the socialization. However, there were some difficulties in answering the test questions given. In addition, analysis of the average score of the questions showed an increase from pre-test to post-test. However, there are some materials that are still an obstacle for participants in understanding them.

Abstract

Technological advances in the 21st century demand Computational Thinking skills that are increasingly important in the digital era. However, the application of Computational Thinking (CT) at the primary and secondary education levels in Garut Regency is still limited. This study aims to improve the understanding of CT among students in elementary schools, junior high schools, and vocational high schools through a training program that includes pre-test, interactive training, and post-test. The training method was designed according to the educational level of the participants, using Bebras questions to train CT skills. The pre-test results showed an average initial score of 47.19, while the post-test results increased by an average of 25.75 points to 72.94. The findings show that the training successfully improved participants' understanding of CT through a structured approach, including introduction of concepts through sample Bebras problems, practice problems, as well as a comprehensive question and answer session.
