Abstract

This research aims to (1) to analytical and know the Implementation Monitoring Function Parliament Under The Budget year 2013 Implementation in the Province of South Sulawesi. (2) to know determine the factors that affect Implementation Monitoring Function Parliament Under The Budget year 2013 Implementation in the Province of South Sulawesi.The method used in this research is a descriptive analytical and empirical, data sources are the primary data and secondary data,engineering data collection through interviews, literature studies, archives and documents. Analysis of data obtained using non profanity sampling method (no random) the group of 15 people the member of parliament, and the group of 3 people eksekutive, and the group of 2 people NGOs.This observational result points out that: supervisory logistic performing Region Parliament to APBD'S Budget Purpose at subtracted South Sulawesi Province effective. Factor-factor that regards is SDM'S quality, Commitment and Accountability and Marks Sense Parpol's Interference.

Abstract

This paper describes the use of linguistic politeness in children’s speech. This data was obtained through aqualitative approach with the aim of explaining the facts contained in linguistic politeness. The results obtained in this research are the forms of linguistic politeness including statement, question, command, prohibition, demand, and greeting. Besides that, there are alsocommunicative functions which consist of reprimand, comment, curiosities, request permission, pleasing, and informative. In addition, the use of the word containing the value of the most widely used honorifics as politeness signifier of children.

Abstract

Purpose of this research is to know form of abuse of narcotic and psychotropical at adolescent, factors influencing abuse of narcotic and psychotropical and effort done to overcome. Result of research indicates that influenced by environmental factor, lack of attention of old fellow, inharmonious family, lack of adherence believes in and available of goods market to be illegal.

Abstract

This research aims at describing the influence of American Dream on Willy Loman’s characterization as a husband, father, and a salesman. The research applied a library research to collect information about the Death of a Salesman, American Dream and the author, Arthur Miller In doing the analysis, the writer used the structural method and sociological approach. The data were analyzed the characterization of Willy Loman by using structural approach, the writer continued her analysis to find out the influence of American Dream on Willy Loman’s characterizations by using sociological approach. The result of the research shows that WillyLoman’s characterizations are influenced by his ambition to pursue his American Dream. Willy Loman’s dream for being successful salesman and as a father makes him disappointed after he knows that he is fired from Howard’s Company and when he realizes that Biff in 34 years old does not has a proper job with a big salary. The realities make Willy Loman feels that he has failure in his life.
