Abstract

Although the Radiology Installation of Pertamina Central Hospital (RSPP) has used Digital Radiography (DR), repetition of thorax photos still occurs frequently due to various factors. This study aims to identify the factors causing repetition of thorax photos in the DR modality at Pertamina Central Hospital (RSPP), to minimize patients' radiation exposure risk. This study employed a descriptive mixed-methods approach. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and literature review. The sample consisted of data on thorax photo examinations over a 2-month period, from January 12 to March 12, 2025. The survey revealed 166 repeated thorax photos at the Radiology Installation of Pertamina Central Hospital (RSPP), with a repetition rate of 9.36% 4.6 times higher than the standard set by Decree of the Minister of Health Number 129/Menkes/SK/II/2008. Solutions are therefore needed to reduce thorax photo repetitions, based on the identified causative factors, to ensure patient safety

Abstract

Breast cancer is one of the malignancies with a high morbidity rate, in which the excessive activation of the Myc proto-oncogene protein (MYC) plays a critical role in tumor proliferation and progression. MYC requires the presence of WD repeat-containing protein 5 (WDR5) to bind to its target genes; thus, the WDR5–MYC interaction represents a strategic target for the development of breast cancer therapy. This study aimed to identify leaf metabolites of Annona muricata with the potential to inhibit the WDR5–MYC interaction using an in silico approach. A total of 193 metabolites from the KNApSAcK database were modeled in 3D and analyzed by molecular docking using Molegro Virtual Docker (MVD) against the structure of WDR5 in complex with a MYC inhibitor fragment (PDB ID: 6UHY). Docking validation was performed by redocking the native ligand, 1-cyclohexyl-1H-benzimidazole-5-carboxylic acid, which yielded an RMSD value < 2 Å. The docking results indicated that epicatechin gallate, muricatetrocin B, and isoorientin exhibited the highest binding affinities, with Moldock Scores of –123.522, –115.862, and –97.3305 kJ/mol, respectively, supported by strong hydrogen-bond interactions. Interaction visualization revealed that epicatechin gallate formed more key interactions with critical residues in the WDR5 active site compared with the native ligand. These findings suggest that epicatechin gallate is a promising candidate for inhibiting the WDR5–MYC interaction and may be further developed as a natural-product-based anticancer agent.

Abstract

Exploration of endophytic fungi originating from the rhizosphere of organic and inorganic cocoa plants has the potential to be used as a control for fruit rot caused by Phytopthora palmivora. The use of these fungi can reduce the negative impact caused by the use of certain chemicals in maintaining yields affected by plant pests. This study aims to identify endophytic fungi in the rhizosphere of organic cocoa plantations in Palolo Village and inorganic plantations in Sidondo Village and to test the inhibitory power of the endophytic fungi obtained as a control for cocoa fruit rot disease. This research consists of two stages: Stage I, exploration of endophytic fungi, and Stage II, selection of endophytic fungi from the cocoa rhizosphere (in vitro test). The research results identified several endophytic fungi originating from the rhizosphere of inorganic cocoa, namely isolates SAO1; Gliocladium sp., SAO2; Aspergillus niger mf-1, SAO3; Aspergillus niger mf-2, and SAO4; Trichoderma sp. From organic cocoa fields, the following isolates were found: NO1 (Gliocladium sp. mf-1); NO2 (Aspergillus niger mf-1); NO3 (Gliocladium sp. mf-2); NO4 (Aspergillus terreus); NO5 (Trichoderma sp); NO6 (Aspergillus niger mf-2). Isolates from both organic cocoa fields, namely isolate NO5, and inorganic fields, namely isolate SAO4, were able to inhibit the growth of the pathogen P. palmivora with an inhibition rate of up to 70% through a type of mechanism involving competition for space and the release of volatile exudates that were able to inhibit the pathogen.

Abstract

Introduction Continuity of Care (COC) Midwifery Care or continuous midwifery care is a concept that emphasizes the provision of continuous and integrated health care, which aims to provide optimal health services to patients by building strong and sustainable relationships between patients and health service providers. (1) Research objective : To carry out Continuity of Care Midwifery Care on Mrs. S at PMB Adibah Fitriana, S.Tr.Keb, Bdn with Varney's 7-step thinking and documentation with SOAP. Research methods : This research study uses a case study. The research subject in this study is Mrs. S G1P0A0. Data Collection Time : conducted from April to December 2025 Results : During pregnancy, Mrs. S complained of back pain, during labor, Mrs. S complained of cramps and bloody mucus coming out of the birth canal, during the postpartum period, the mother stated that her breast milk came out a little, Mrs. S's baby was fussy at night and had difficulty sleeping. The interventions that have been given are giving efflurage massage in the third trimester of pregnancy, assisting with childbirth with 60 steps of APN, doing oxytocin massage for postpartum mothers, giving massage therapy to fussy babies, the birth control used by Mrs. S is an implant birth control. Conclusion: After efflurage massage therapy was carried out for a duration of 5-10 minutes, Mrs. S 's back pain complaints decreased.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between emotional maturity and coping efficacy with authoritative parenting style as a mediating variable among late adolescents. Using a quantitative correlational design, the research involved 15–17-year-old students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using the Emotional Maturity Scale (EMS), Coping Efficacy Questionnaire (CEQ-17), and Parental Authority Questionnaire (PAQ). The data analysis was performed using mediation analysis with PROCESS Hayes version 2.14. The results showed a significant direct relationship between emotional maturity and coping efficacy, as well as between authoritative parenting style and coping efficacy. However, emotional maturity did not significantly predict authoritative parenting style. Furthermore, the mediation analysis revealed that the authoritative parenting style did not serve as a mediator between emotional maturity and coping efficacy. These findings suggest that while emotional maturity and authoritative parenting independently contribute to adolescents’ coping efficacy, authoritative parenting does not function as a mediating mechanism in this relationship. Future studies are recommended to include demographic and parenting-related variables for deeper analysis.

Abstract

This study examines the Book of Mustholah Hadith by Mahmud Yunus as one of the important works that played a role in the formation of the initial framework of hadith studies in Indonesia. The focus of the research includes: (1) the characteristics of the book of Mustholah Hadith, (2) the thought of Mahmud Yunus in formulating the concepts of hadith science, and (3) the relationship of this thought with the scientific tradition of Middle Eastern scholars. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive method with a content analysis approach. Data was collected through literature studies, mainly by examining the works of Mahmud Yunus and comparing them with the classic musthalah al-hadith books as well as references to modern Middle Eastern scholars. The results of the study show that Mahmud Yunus' work is compiled systematically and concisely in a didactic style, so it is suitable for beginner students. His thinking was heavily influenced by the works of Middle Eastern scholars such as Ibn al-Salah, al-Nawawi, and al-Suyuthi, but he rearranged the material to be simpler and in accordance with the Indonesian educational context of his time. Thus, this book serves as an intellectual bridge between the Middle Eastern scientific tradition and the needs of hadith learning in Indonesia.

Abstract

The Cyber Public Relations (PR) strategy at SMAN 9 Kabupaten Tangerang aims to build better relationships with the community through the use of social media and digital platforms. This study analyzes SMAN 9’s efforts in creating shared value by utilizing digital communication technology as a tool to strengthen both internal and external communication. The focus of the research is on how SMAN 9 leverages digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp to deliver educational content, build audience engagement, and enhance transparency and accountability. The findings show that the use of this Cyber PR strategy has successfully strengthened relationships with students, parents, alumni, and the surrounding community, creating shared value that benefits all parties. However, challenges related to human resource and budget management remain a major obstacle that needs to be addressed to optimize this strategy.

Abstract

The extension of PT Freeport Indonesia's Contract of Work is one of the strategic issues in national mining governance because it concerns legal certainty, investment sustainability, and the state's authority to manage natural resources. In this context, the principle of acting carefully plays an important role as a normative standard that regulates how parties, especially governments and companies, are obliged to exercise prudence in every stage of preparation, evaluation, and decision-making related to contract sustainability. This study seeks to examine how the principle of prudential action is applied in the process of extending PT Freeport Indonesia's Contract of Work and examines the legal consequences that can arise if the principle is ignored. This study uses a normative juridical approach through the analysis of laws and regulations, contract law principles, specific provisions of the mining sector, and relevant contractual documents. The results of the study show that the application of the principle of acting carefully is the basis for ensuring that contract renewal decisions are implemented in an objective, transparent, and oriented manner to the protection of the public interest. Imprecision in the decision-making process has the potential to cause administrative defects, weaken the legitimacy of the contract, reduce legal certainty for investors, and open up room for disputes in the future. Thus, the application of the principle of careful action is not only an indicator of integrity in the contract extension process, but also has direct implications for the validity of government decisions and the legal relationship between the state and PT Freeport Indonesia. This research emphasizes the urgency of strengthening the prudential mechanism as part of mining governance reform in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of City/Regency Councils in realizing Good Governance in the Special Region of Jakarta based on five indicators according to Dwiyanto (2008), namely, productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. The main problems found are weak work standards, lack of transparency, and suboptimal coordination with local governments due to the absence of regulations governing the City Council secretariat. This study uses a descriptive method with qualitative data, data collection through in-depth interviews, field observations, and analysis of official documents. The results of the study show that the productivity of the City Council is still low because there are no clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The quality of service varies due to the absence of standard operating procedures (SOPs). Responsiveness is quite good in following up on people's aspirations, but it has not been supported by a standard evaluation system. Responsibility is disrupted by weak coordination with local governments due to the absence of a Governor's Regulation (Pergub) that regulates the operations of the City Council. Accountability is also an obstacle because public access to performance reports is still limited. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the performance of the City Council needs to be improved through service standardization, digitization of the public complaint system, and increased transparency through the publication of periodic reports. With these improvements, the City/Regency Council is expected to play a more effective role in supporting Good Governance in Jakarta

Abstract

Global climate change is a critical issue affecting the sustainability of projects, especially in the mineral and coal mining industry. At PT Putra Perkasa Abadi, climate change was identified as the highest risk in the company's risk management profile, impacting mining operations. One significant effect is the inconsistency between planned and actual rain hours, leading to high rainfall, which hampers production and productivity targets. Dewatering management, which deals with rainwater filling the sump, is particularly affected. In extreme weather, workers must operate pumps, a high-risk activity near water. The increased frequency of pump operations during 2024’s high rainfall heightens accident risks. To mitigate this, the company developed SIC-MUFS, a tool that allows remote pump operation. This system enables workers to avoid crossing the sump in dangerous weather conditions and can also monitor the water level automatically. If the water reaches critical levels, SIC-MUFS sends notifications to the Central Control Room (CCR) for further action.
