KSPPS BMT Dana Mentari Muhammadiyah Purwokerto is a financial institution that runs on a sharia system. The KSPPS BMT Dana Mentari Muhammadiyah company has many products, one of which is student savings. Every company, including financial companies, requires a marketing strategy, which is an important aspect to achieve targets. Marketing is a social and managerial process that involves individuals and groups getting what they need and want by creating, offering and exchanging valuable services with other parties. Marketing strategy is contained in four marketing mix positions, namely price strategy, promotion strategy, promotion strategy, place strategy and product strategy. To achieve marketing targets, you must consider the four marketing mixes. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive analysis approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The aim of this research is to find out the marketing strategy for KSPPS BMT Dana Mentari Muhammadiyah Purwokerto student savings. The results of this research show that KSPPS BMT Dana Mentari Muhammadiyah Purwokerto has a good marketing strategy for student savings products seen from qualified products, affordable prices, targeted promotions and strategic office locations. This is a factor in students using and choosing savings products at KSPPS BMT Dana Mentari Muhammadiyah Purwokerto.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of personality, discipline and emotional intelligence at work on employee performance at the Lebong Regency Agriculture and Fisheries Service. The sample in this study was all employees at the Lebong Regency Agriculture and Fisheries Service who had become ASN, totaling 76 employees. Data were collected using a questionnaire and the analysis methods used were multiple linear regression, determination tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the multiple regression test show a positive direction with the regression equation Y = 7.565 + 0.178X1 + 0.354 X2 + 0.311X3. Variable X1 (Personality) has a significant effect on Y (performance). This can be seen from the significance value of 0.045 <0.05, so it can be concluded that hypothesis 1 is accepted. The variable X2 (Discipline) has a significant effect on Y (performance). This can be seen from the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. then it can be concluded that hypothesis 2 is accepted. Variable X3 (emotional intelligence) has a significant effect on Y (performance). This can be seen from the significant value of 0.001 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that hypothesis 3 is accepted. Simultaneous test results show that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, between the independent variables, namely X1 (personality), X2 (discipline), smaller than 0.05.

The data sources used were primary data sources and secondary data from the Village APBDes of Bandar Agung Village, Ulu Manna Sub-District, South Bengkulu Regency. Based on the results of existing data processing, the effectiveness ratio based on the calculation of the Effectiveness Ratio it can be seenthat the Village Fund Allocation Effectiveness Ratio (ADD) for the village office in 2018 was 98.83%, in 2019 it was 99.20%, in 2020 it was 99.66%, and in 2021 it was 100% and in 2022 it was 99.88%. The effectiveness of the financial performance of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) of the Bandar Agung Village office for 2018-2022 is categorized as Effective according to the financial performance in the village. While the growth ratio from the results of data processing, it was found that the Village Fund Allocation Revenue Growth Ratio (ADD) for the finance of the office in 2018 was 0% or normal, while in 2019 it was(-0.58%), and in 2020 it experienced another increase, namely (14.90%). In 2021 it decreased by 5.06% and in 2022 it increased by 18.47%.

This research aims to determine the influence of compensation and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Yamaha Thamrin Brothers Manna-Kaur. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research methods. The population used in this research were employees from PT. Yamaha Thamrin Brothers Manna-Kaur. The number of respondents in this study was 50 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and uses analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesis testing, namely the t test and f test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation form Y = 2.224 + 0.531 X1 + 0.497 (2.192> 1.677) and (sig α = 0.001 < 0.005). This means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the results of the t test showing the value of tcount > ttable (2.097 > 1.677) and (sig α = 0.001 < 0.005). This means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Compensation (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) together have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Yamaha Thamrin Brothers Manna- Kaur, this is proven by the F test showing the value of fcount > ftable, namely 11.254 > 3.19 and (sig α = 0.000 < 0.005). This means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted.

The aim of the research is to determine the influence of product quality and price perception on Smartphone Realme consumer buying interest at Cahaya Cell Argamakmur. And to find out which factors most dominantly influence consumer buying interest. This research used quantitative methods on 160 respondents. The population used in this research were consumers at Cahaya Cell Argamakmur and sampling in this research was a non-probability sampling technique. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation Y = 5.347 + 0.225 (X1) + 0.261(X2) is obtained. The research results and hypothesis show that product quality and price perception have a partial or simultaneous positive effect on consumer purchase interest

This study aims to determine the effect of work life balance and reward system on employee job satisfaction at Pt.Agro Muko Estate. The sample used in this study amounted to 65 people. In this study the authors used data collection methods by means of observation, questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results of this study, it states that work life balance (X1) has an effect on job satisfaction (Y) in using the product, this can be seen from the results of research conducted with a path coefficient of 0.780 while the reward system (X2) has an effect on job satisfaction (Y) in using the product. It can be seen from the results of the research conducted that is equal to 0.821, and Job Satisfaction (Y) on Employee Performance (Y1) at PT Agro Muko. This can be seen from the efficiency β of 0.567 or 56.7% with a significant level of 0.000 <0.050, then H0 is rejected, which means that there is a positive and significant effect between Work Life Balance on Employee Performance.

A good organization is an organization that seeks to improve the capabilities of its human resources, because this is a key factor for increasing employee work productivity. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on the productivity of employees of the Tirta Hidayah Regional Public Company, Bengkulu City.This research can be classified as causal associative quantitative research. Respondents are permanent employees at the Tirta Hidayah Regional Public Company, Bengkulu City. Data were collected through questionnaires and data analysis using multiple linear regression models and processed with SPSS software.The results showed that work motivation had an effect on the work productivity of employees of the Tirta Hidayah Regional Public Company, Bengkulu City t_count (3.320) > t_table (1.986). This explains that the higher the employee's work motivation, the higher the work productivity will be. The work environment influences the work productivity of employees of the Tirta Hidayah Regional Public Company, Bengkulu City t_count (6.017) > t_tabel (1.986). This explains that the better the work environment, the higher work productivity will be. Work motivation and work environment influence the work productivity of employees of the Tirta Hidayah Regional Public Company, Bengkulu City F_count (67.122) > F_count (19.485). This explains that the higher the employee's work motivation and the better the work environment, the higher the work productivity will be.

This study aims to determine the influence of training and career development on the performance of PT employees. Indofood Bengkulu City. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research methods. The population used in this study was employees of PT. Indofood Bengkulu City. The number of respondents in the study amounted to 55 people. The method of data collection is using questionnaires and using analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis test and hypothesis test i.e. test t and f test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the form of regression equation Y= 2.441 + 0.479 X1 + 0.351 X2 and the results of t test and f test this study can be concluded that Training has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, this is evidenced by the results of t test showing the value of thitung > ttable (3.392 > 1.674) and (sig α = 0.002 < 0.005). This means that H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Career Development has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, this is evidenced by t test results showing thitung values > ttable (3.197 > 1.674) and (sig α = 0.001 < 0.005). This means that H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Training (X1) and Career Development (X2) together have a significant effect on the Performance of Employees (Y) at PT. Indofood City Bengkulu, this is proved by the F test showing a count value > ftable, i.e. 21,277 > 3.17 and (sig α = 0.000 < 0.005). This means that H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted.

The title of this research is The Effect of Environment, Promotion and Price Perception on Clothing Purchasing Decisions at PTM Bengkulu City. This study aims to determine which factors are most dominant in influencing Purchasing Decisions. The research was conducted from November 2023 to January 2024. The sample of this research is consumers who have made purchases and have consumption experience at the Modern Traditional Market (PTM) Bengkulu City. This research uses quantitative methods on 170 respondents. The sampling technique is probability sampling, the method used in this research is quantitative method with Multiple Linear Regression analysis using SPSS 24 for windows. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation Y = 1.189 + 0.438 (X_1) + 0.251 (X2) + 0.641 (X3) and the coefficient of determination Adjusted R Square (R2) obtained a value of 0.683 or around (68.3%). The research results and hypotheses in this study indicate that Environment, Promotion and Price Perception have a positive effect partially or simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions at the Modern Traditional Market (PTM) Bengkulu City.

The title of this study is the effect of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and organizational commitment on the performance of employees of PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur Central Bengkulu. This research is based on the importance of employee performance in an organization. Employee performance is influenced by several factors, including organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment on the performance of employees of PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur Bengkulu.This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population of this study were all employees of PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur Bengkulu. The number of research samples was 175 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis techniques.The results of data analysis obtained multiple linear regression equations as follows: Y = 1.083 + 0.513 X1 + 0.696 X2. The results of the analysis show that organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (tcount = 7.239 and Sig. = 0.000) and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (tcount = 6.808 and Sig. = 0.000). Simultaneously organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment to employee performance (Fhitung = 175,649 and Sig. = 0.000).It is recommended to the management of PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur Bengkulu to be able to improve employee performance by increasing organizational citizenship behavior and employee organizational commitment.
