Abstract

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women, and men have a 1: 1000 chance of developing this disease. One in three people in the world will create some form of cancer in their lifetime, and in women, the most likely is breast cancer. This research is defined as an analytical study which aims to obtain an explanation of the risk factors associated with a disease. The method used was observational with a case-control approach, which is an epidemiological study design that studies the relationship between exposure and disease by comparing the case group and the control group, the sample size in the study, both cases and controls, each of 30 people. Based on the results of the study, age is a protective factor against the incidence of breast cancer at Undata Hospital Palu with an OR = 0.87 95% CI = 0.316-2.14, age of menarche is a risk factor for breast cancer with an OR = 1.52 CI 95% = 0.53-4.36, age at first gestation is a risk factor for the incidence of breast cancer in Undata Palu Hospital OR = 1.31 95% CI = 0.47-3.65, a history of breast cancer is a risk factor for the incidence of breast cancer in RSUD Undata Palu OR = 1.30 95% CI = 0.47-3.61. The hospital should cooperate with the city and provincial health offices in terms of promotion and prevention of breast cancer so that people know about breast cancer risk factors and people can carry out early detection so that breast cancer can be prevented or detected early and people living with breast cancer can be reduced by checking your breasts (BSE).

Abstract

In encouraging quality early childhood education (PAUD) services, it is hoped that PAUD mothers can join hands with all elements of society and the Sigi district government, so that the provision of early childhood education services (PAUD) is optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the leadership of early childhood education mothers in early childhood education in Sigi Biromaru District. The results of the study illustrate that the leadership of PAUD mothers in Sigi Biromaru Subdistrict in providing directions about the care or guidance of their students has intrinsically strong motivation so that it has a positive impact on their students. It must be understood that the purpose of early childhood education is a basic foundation of education. The ability of educators to play a very important role in the development of basic abilities and the potential for children's intelligence which will influence them at higher levels.

Abstract

In carrying out investment activities, it is to seek a profit and expect the invested funds to be stored safely and can be retrieved quickly if they want to be needed again, Mutual funds are a new investment vehicle that has minimized risks because the funds that have been collected can be invested in various types of investment vehicles, such as bonds, stocks and money market instruments. In this study aims to determine the "comparative analysis of the performance of Islamic mutual funds with conventional mutual funds through equity mutual funds and fixed income mutual funds.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effectiveness of the work implementation of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Sigi Regency according to standard operating procedures. The results of the study indicate that the quantity of work is related to work concentration, work completion, expertise and additional work time. The amount of work can be obtained from the results of the answers to the questionnaire of the state civil apparatus, which reveals that the level of work quantity can optimally complete the workload given. The quality of work at the Regional Secretariat of Sigi Regency is closely related to the effectiveness of the work produced; this is due to the level of accuracy of the state civil servants. In optimizing working time, and the greater the knowledge they have, especially theoretical ones. The Regional Secretariat of Sigi Regency is a government organization that cannot be separated from services to the community, the use of time in work is required to improve organizational governance and use of resources to complete work by established operational standards

Abstract

The school level's learning conditions in general and especially at SMP Negeri 1 Pammana are still coloured by the emphasis on the aspect of knowledge, and there is still little that refers to the involvement of students in the learning process itself. As a result, students get the learning result score is still below the average of 60.00. This research is a Classroom Action Research, which includes four stages of implementation, namely: planning, action/implementation, observation/evaluation, and reflection. This study consisted of two variables, namely: first, the free variable type card sort cooperative learning. Second, the dependent variable is the quality of knowledge of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Pammana. The results showed that the learning quality of Islamic religious education for VIII B grade students at SMP Negeri I Pammana in the 2007/2008 academic year had increased through the application of card sort type cooperative learning. Namely, the increase in student activity in the learning process, indicated by student learning outcomes with an average value of 60.70 in the first cycle, increased to 70.70 in the second cycle.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the workload of employees at the Central Sulawesi Province Food Service is by government regulation No. 46 of 2011, as for this study is to find out how to analyze the workload of employees at the regional food office of Central Sulawesi Province based on regulations government No. 46 of 2011. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method which is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation—data collection. The results of this study indicate that the employees at the Central Sulawesi Provincial Food Service have optimally used 8 hours of work per day with the number of each field reaching 8-10 employees. According to the results of the comparison between the number of employees and the workload of each lot, they can carry out the task effectively because each assigned job is always done simultaneously. According to one employee, the provision of workload is very influential, especially on employee skills and behaviour.

Abstract

Anemia in pregnancy can have an adverse impact on the mother, even during pregnancy, childbirth, as well as during the puerperium and beyond. One of the government programs to overcome anemia in pregnancy in Indonesia is by providing iron tablets (Fe) which are distributed through health centers and posyandu. The effectiveness of this program is difficult to achieve because it is influenced by the low knowledge of pregnant women about the benefits of consuming iron (Fe) tablets. Good knowledge will lead to a positive attitude in consuming iron (Fe) tablets. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and adherence to consuming iron (Fe) tablets with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the first trimester at Bulili Public Health Center. The design of this research is analytical research. The research approach used is the Cross Sectional Study approach. This study used the Lemeshow proportion estimation technique with a total sample of 96 respondents. The test used in this study is to use the Chi - Square test. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in trimester I with p value = 0.000 (p <0.05) and there was no significant relationship between adherence to taking iron tablets (Fe) and the incidence of anemia in trimester pregnant women. I at Puskesmas Bulili with p value = 0.826 (p≥0.05). This study suggests that the midwives at the health center are expected to provide information or health counseling that is more directed at preventing anemia during pregnancy to pregnant women regarding the procedure for consuming iron (Fe) tablets to visitors to the Bulili Health Center, especially KIA (Maternal and Child Health).

Abstract

This research aims to: to know optimal of asset management in Monetary Management Body Office and Asset of Central Sulawesi Province. Optimalisasi did/conducted by Monetary Management Body and Asset of Central Sulawesi Province seen at action process done/completed by that process optimalisasi done/conducted by for example Planning, Research of Goods Requirement ( RKBMD), Compilation RKA, Levying And Record-Keeping ( Asset Stocktaking) as according to Regulation of Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic Of Indonesia of Number 19 the Year 2016 about Guidance of Goods Management Own the Area. The technique of data collecting used in this research that is an observation technique, interview the documentation. As for method analyze the data in research qualitative done/conducted by if empiric data obtained by that is data qualitative in the form of extant corps of words and non-number network cannot be compiled in category or structure klasifikasi and is ready to use by through/ passing record-keeping, typing, or expert write the. The asset of Ownership Land Monetary Management Body and Asset of Central Sulawesi Province have useful and efesien as according to its role is which do not orient at an advantage as organizer as does SKPD On duty Earnings with the status Borrow To Utilize The. Building Asset Own The Monetary Management Body and Asset of Central Sulawesi Province have according to previous building Levying requirement, have been done/conducted by a goods research to be used. Asset Vehicle Own The Monetary Management Body and Asset of Central Sulawesi Province in the form of a motor vehicle and car just to importance on duty, covering Vehicle individualness, Vehicle on duty operational / Vehicle on duty position/occupation and Vehicle on-duty unique operating / field.
