Abstract

The Qur'an is the noblest holy book, which was revealed to the noblest Apostle, through the intercession of the noblest angels, to be a guide for the noblest ummah. This article discusses the efforts made by the Palu ODOJ Community in creating a generation of Al-Qur'an love among ODOJ members, Palu City, Central Sulawesi. It describes how the Palu ODOJ Community is trying to become the background for the increasing love of the Qur'an for ODOJ members of Palu City itself. The results of this study indicate that the efforts made by the Palu ODOJ Community are very influential in increasing the love of the Qur'an in this generation, especially for those who are members of the Palu City ODOJ Community, which in achieving this goal, the Palu ODOJ Community made several efforts, namely: (1) requiring one day to read the Koran one juice (2) holding monthly recitations (3) holding out-door recitations (4) holding recitations in the school environment (5 ) held recitations in the campus environment. With these efforts, they can have several impacts on the members of ODOJ Palu themselves, such as: (1) becoming accustomed to continue reading the Qur'an one day one juice, (2) increasing motivation to continue to recite the Qur'an. An, (3) a change in the rigid impression on the activities of reading the Qur'an which has been influencing the minds of Muslims, (4) the creation of generations of love of the Koran in schools, (5) the creation of a generation of love for the Koran Qur'an on campuses.

Abstract

The purchase decision is a problem identification process carried out with several series of processes in accordance with consumer wants and needs. This study aims to analyze how the decision to purchase Matoa watch products. In this study, the method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques using the Research library technique and field studies or field research by interviewing 5 informants. Based on the research results, the results of the decision making of Matoa watches through online media are based on several factors such as problem recognition, information search, information before using the product, purchase decisions, and post-purchase evaluation.

Abstract

If implemented with optimal planning, tourism development will encourage economic growth and improve people's welfare. However, if tourism development does not go through good planning, it will hurt people's lives around the Lake Toba area. Efforts to develop tourism objects in terms of economic potential by increasing the diversity and competitiveness of local community products and facilitating and fostering community tourism businesses through tourism marketing programs. Tourism development also opens up job opportunities and can build regional economies and local communities in tourism areas such as Lake Toba. Various economic potentials that can be developed in the Lake Toba area include improving the quality of local community handicrafts such as making sculptures, souvenirs, and weaving, which carry the characteristics of the Lake Toba region. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method and analyzed by SWOT analysis. The results of this study generate opportunities and challenges in developing tourism in the Lake Toba region through planning for the economic potential so that there is a grouping of economic potential according to its type. The advantages of the developed economic potential are characteristic of the area around the Lake Toba area and becoming a supporter of the development of Lake Toba tourism. One of the results is realizing a tourist village which is the hallmark of tourism in Samosir Regency, namely Ulos Village in Lumban Suhi Suhi Touran Village.

Abstract

Todays business competition is getting more challenging because every organization is relied on to compete and build a robust system. Therefore, competition at present cannot be avoided by companies for example, companies engaged in trading, especially PT. Sinar Galesong Pratama Palu. Even with this competition, it is essential to move the company to marketing exercises. By looking at the changing desires of buyers, businesses are required to understand what buyers expect according to the customers choice, one of the models is seen from the section the quality of the brand and as far as price. The reason for doing this research is to find out, the influence of brand quality and cost on the choice of buying a Suzuki motorcycle at PT. Sinar Galesong Pratama Palu. Logical strategy used in this examination is the analysis technique of multiple linear regression. The number of samples used is 100 respondents. The results showed that all factors, brands and costs affect purchasing decisions. It is hoped that management should improve its marketing program to compete with other competitors.

Abstract

Islamic education has a vital role in forming a sakinah family because through education, and family members can behave well as required in Islamic teachings. Education provides understanding to husband and wife in carrying out their rights and obligations, giving knowledge to parents in educating their children, interacting islamically and placing islamic teachings in the process of family interaction to create a sakinah family. This is the finding in this study.

Abstract

Dahlia Farmers Group has been engaged in the traditional instant powder drink industry, namely ginger. Of the various kinds of health drinks that this farmer group has produced, instant drink products are made from ginger, increasing sales every year. Currently, the Dahlia Farmers Group still has limitations in carrying out activities related to product marketing. This limitation impacts the lack of knowledge of producers regarding the marketing of instant red ginger powder. There are 3 (three) channels occur in the instant marketing of ginger powder in Mpanau Village, Sigi Biromaru District, Sigi Regency: Channel I: Producer Trader Consumer Retailer, Channel II: Consumer Online Producer, Channel III: Consumer Producer. Margin obtained from these three channels: First channel I: The margin earned in this channel is Rp.25,000,-/pack, Channel II: The margin obtained in this channel is Rp.15,000,-/pack. Channel III: Margin earned in this channel is Rp. 0,/pack. The Total Marketing Margin obtained in these three channels is Rp. 40,000.

Abstract

Leaders in organizations including company managers who have a goal to increase production and efficiency in order to maximize results for the organization they lead. A leader must be able to bring the organization or company and all its employees with a clear vision. Only with a clear vision, concepts and organizational goals can be described properly, but leaders must also be able to mobilize all resources within the company to move together and work together to achieve goals effectively. Leaders must have a clear vision in building and developing a business, especially those related to product quality improvement. A clear vision and mission of the company and implemented together is the key to the company's success to compete in the business world, such as PT. Inalum Coal North Sumatra which produces quality products and is able to compete in the world. The objectives of this study are 1) to determine the role of leadership in continuous improvement and its implications for the quality of the product division of PT. North Sumatra Coal Inalum; 2) to determine the factors that affect the improvement of product quality in the Division of PT. North Sumatra Coal Inalum. This research is a case study which was analyzed with a qualitative approach. This research shows that the role of leadership is very large in making continuous improvements so as to produce quality products that can compete in the business world on a national and international scale.

Abstract

Cutlery is one factor that plays a role in transmitting disease because eating utensils that are not clean and contain microorganisms can share conditions through food (foodborne illness). The purpose of this study was to determine the test results for the number of germs on tableware at Roadside stall Mas Joko in Palu City in 2021. The type of research was descriptive with an observational approach. With a total of 8 samples from Roadside stall Mas Joko in Palu City. The results of the examination of samples taken at Roadside stall Mas Joko, Palu City, it was found that install one the inspection of the plate sample was 372 CFU/cm2, the glass sample was 420 CFU/cm2, Roadside stall 2 plate sampled 290 CFU/cm2, the glass sample was 353 CFU/cm2, stalls 3 sample plates 148 CFU/cm2, glass samples 363 CFU/cm2, and stalls 4 sample plates 465 CFU/cm2, glass samples 371 CFU/cm2. Based on the results obtained, it can be said that the tableware in the four Roadside stall Mas Joko has not met the requirements; this is based on the Minister of Health No. 1096 of 2011 concerning hygiene sanitation of catering services, which requires all tableware to be 0 CFU/cm2. Suggestions For the Puskesmas, especially sanitation installations, it is better to routinely provide counselling to food stall owners to always pay attention to the cleanliness of their eating utensils by Permenkes No. 1096 of 2011 concerning Hygiene Sanitation for Catering services which require tableware to be 0 CFU/cm2.
