Abstract

Hindu priests in Bali have an important role in the concept of the pupils. In the concept of the pupils contained the meaning of the relationship between teachers and students. What is meant by teachers in this case is the pastor, while the intended disciple is a Hindu who needs the spiritual  guidance  services  of the  priest in  question. Associated with the  relationship  of the students there is a masurya term that merupankan esteem as a priest honor the bonds of the relationship of the students. While the term solar as a denominator of the pastor is a pronoun of honor to the pastor as a spiritual teacher. The formulation of the problems that need to get the discussion as follows: (1) How Hindu priests exist as capable of ceremonial leaders and provide a religious quality in the transformation of Balinese culture ?, (2) What is the form of Hindu priests’ activity in improving the quality of Hindu religiousity in Balyarsakat Bali? ) How is the role of the Hindu priest in the effort to improve the quality of Balinese Hindu religiosity? Each research activity is inseparable from the desired goal. Similarly, this research has the following research objectives: (1) To know the existence of the phenomenon of changing various aspects of socio-culture of Balinese society as a logical consequence of modernisation, globalization,  and  economic transformation,  (2) To  know the importance  of  socialization  of Hindu religion values Which is reflected in the teachings of philosophy, ethics, and ceremonies as an anticipatory step for the Balinese in the cultural trasisi period; From agrarian culture to industrial culture and modernization, and (3) to know how far the function of Hindu priests in trying to give the weight of Balinese faith. Anything as the findings of this study is as described below. Ida Made Sidemen and Ida Made Made Kemenuh are two prominent Hindu figures who have concretely worked in a concerted effort to give a weight of faith to the Hindu community in Bali.  Ida Pedanda Made  Sidemen  gives the weight  of faith to the Hindu community in Bali through literary works. While Ida Pedanda Made Kemenuh disseminate the beliefs of faith to the Hindu community through religious lectures (dharma discourse). From the literary works of Ida Pedanda Made Sidemen is studied the conception of faith from the manuscript of his work (1) Kidung Pisacarana, (2) Kakawin Candraberawa, and (3) Geguritan Salampah Laku. While Ida Pedanda Made Kemenuh studied the conception of the faith of his lectures on (1) Fungsi Agama, (2) Dasa Sila Hindu Bali, and (3) Fungsi Pura. Abstract

Hindus in worshiping God (Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa) with all its great, almighty, abstract manifestations can not be reached by human reason, so that Hindus in worshiping him by using symbols / embodiments. As with the embodiment of  ratu ayu  (rangda) and  barong, various types of statues, statues. The worship of Palinggih Be Julit as a function of relegi is a medium to meet the longing of the religious sense of society. As a function of protection, the presence of Palinggih Be Julit is not only a tool of concentration for society. He also has the power capable of giving people a sense of comfort for penyungsungnya, as well as a function of conservation, where with the worbling palinggih Be Julit community in the village of Bestala Seririt district Buleleng district is a form of citizen participation to always preserve Be Julit (Ikan Sidat) So that it does not quickly experience extinction due to excessive hunting. \Keywords: Worship, Palinggih Be Julit, Buleleng

Abstract

The role of cultural values   as a form of local wisdom that is rooted in the teachings of Hindu religious literature, of course, should be revived to collaborate with a variety of learning paradigm that developed today in order to gradually reflected in shaping human decency. Tri Kaya Parisudha is one of the many forms of teaching began to be forgotten. Though the concept of Tri Kaya Parisudha is a form of local wisdom that comes from the Hindu doctrine that is full of meaning  and value that can later  be applied in life keluraga, meningat family is the first educational institution  and the main  yan.  Tri Kaya Parisudha  provide  an  emphasis  on the importance of the establishment of the livelihood of the simplest to stick to the truth, namely thinking, berkatadan do the right thing, which starts from oneself. Tri Kaya Parisudha indicate a wide range of values   that can be transformed to form a human morals. The essence of the teachings of Tri Kaya Parisudha covers three main topics, namely the purification of thoughts, words purification and sanctification by works. Thus the doctrine of Tri Kaya Parisudha is a form of wisdom Lokai very refresentatif raised as one alternative to improve the understanding of the teaching of ethics and deontology. Abstract

Research on the revitalization of local culture-based tourism area aims to describe: (1) cultural values  that can be used in tourism sector in Buleleng,  (2) revitalization strategy of local culture-based tourism area that can be used to improve the existence of local culture in Buleleng. This research is a qualitative descriptive research.  Informants in this research are cultural and community who work in the cultural and tourism sector. Data were collected by interview. Data analysis was done by descriptive method. The result of revitalization research of local culture-based tourism area shows that: local cultural values (Buleleng) that can be used in tourism sector are cultural values based on Tri Hita Karana philosophy. Implementation of the concept of parahyangan can be done by building places of worship around the tourist area, conducting praying activities. Implementation of the concept of pawongan can be done by greeting each  other with  "Om  Swastyastu" to  all  people  encountered  and  maintain intimacy  among religious  people.  Implementation  of the  concept  of  palemahan  can  be  done  by  not littering, keeping the  environment free  of  air  pollution,  greening  and tree  planting,  maintaining  the environment. Strategy of revitalization of local culture-based tourism area that can be used to improve the existence of local culture in done through four things, namely: (1) tourist attractions, (2) tourist attractions, (3) tourism promotion, (4) tourism partnership. Associated with tourist attractions, revitalization efforts made more on efforts to improve tourist sites. Related attractions revitalization efforts undertaken in the form of improvement of every activity / activity of art and local culture. Related promotion tour. Done by offering cultural tour packages. Related to tourism partnerships can be built cooperation to introduce the culture of Buleleng Regency. Abstract

Hinduism has a doctrine that guides its people to always exist in the way of dharma in living life. Religious teachings that although very old, but still relevant to the development of the era. Kaliyuga said that the role of punia fund is very important in religious life. Dana punia is said to be the culmination of religious life. The Hindu scriptures teach that punia funds can not only be done with only the members of the treasures, but can also be done with a gift with a sincere heart and sincerity despite sacrificing feelings and punia in the form of gift in the form of body and soul. Dana punia also means giving to eliminate fear.
