Meat is one of the main food ingredients consumed by humans because it contains a lot of high protein, so it can increase intelligence and increase the stamina that humans need to carry out activities of daily life. Due to the very high level of meat consumption, these meats are often found in the market. The price of pork is cheaper than beef. The price difference between the two meats has led to the emergence of fraudulent practices in the beef trade. To solve this problem, an application to distinguish beef and pork can be designed to help socialize to the public about how to distinguish beef and pork. In this study, color characteristics will be used to distinguish pork and beef, because from previous studies the color characteristics have a higher accuracy. The method that can be used to extract features from meat images is the color moment method. Color feature extraction consists of Mean, Standard Deviation, and Skewness features. Meanwhile, to carry out the process of detecting the type of meat, the Local Binary Pattern Histogram (LBPH) method will be used. LBPH is a technique of the Local Binary Pattern (LBP) method to change the performance of object recognition results. The result of this research is an application that can be used to distinguish beef and pork. The process of recognizing the type of meat using the Color Moment and LBPH methods has a high success rate so that the Color Moment and LBPH methods can be applied to detect the type of meat, with a success rate of 99.33%.

Service is an activity or sequence that occurs in direct interaction between a person and another person or machine physically, and provides customer satisfaction. In serving or accessing information at SMK Negeri 3 Kuningan, they still use conventional methods, so it takes time to access them. As students have to do when they are going to ask about grades with certain subjects, they have to meet the teacher in question. The value recap carried out by the teacher also still uses manuals with the use of file books. Therefore, with this problem, a chatbot is made as a solution to this problem as a forum to solve problems in finding this information. In addition, the value recapitulation also uses a website system to facilitate data processing. The development of this chatbot uses the waterfall method. By developing a system in the form of a chatbot as a student tool and a website as a teacher tool, it is hoped that it will be able to speed up the process of monitoring grades. The results of the study were able to produce a whatsapp chatbot application that students could use to monitor grades and a website that teachers could use to recapitulate grades.

Microstrip antennas using jeans substrates have advantages in ease of manufacture, flexibility of use because they are flexible and fashionable, and are very suitable for application in telemedicine devices with the application of Industrial, Scientific and Medical or ISM frequency bands. In this study, the use of a microstrip antenna with a textile substrate was designed with CST studio simulation software to obtain antenna performance according to the expected working frequency, namely at a frequency of 915Mhz. From the results of the initial calculations and design, the patch size obtained is 172,817mm for the patch width value and 126,7476mm for the patch length value. In testing the vswr value, the vswr value is at a value of 14 before optimization and 1.2 after optimization. In testing the S parameter value, it produces a reading of -23 after optimizing the initial value of -3.7 db. The impedance value recorded is 50ohm from the previous value of 47.4ohm so that it is in accordance with the output impedance characteristics originating from Loa915 mhz.

The research aims to develop a mobile learning app for mothers to help them identify and solve early childhood problems that are difficult to eat. The development method used is the Waterfall method, which involves structured stages such as needs analysis, planning, implementation, testing, and maintenance. At the need analysis stage, we conducted surveys and interviews with mothers who had early childhood to understand the challenges they faced in dealing with their children's eating problems. Next, at the design stage, we design an application interface, educational content, and interactive features that will help you understand this issue better. Application deployment involves software development based on the design that has been made. After that, we tested the application to ensure its functionality and effectiveness in helping mothers identify and deal with early childhood eating problems. We also involved moms as test users during this phase to get valuable feedback. The results of this study show that the use of the Waterfall method in the development of Mobile Learning for early childhood problems that are difficult to eat produces applications that can help mothers significantly. The application provides relevant information, practical advice, and community support for mothers facing this problem. In conclusion, the Waterfall method has proven to be effective in producing mobile learning applications that are useful to mothers in dealing with early childhood feeding problems. The app has the potential to enhance mother's understanding of their children's nutrition and provide better solutions to dealing with eating problems in early childhood.

Diabetes is one of the deadly non-communicable diseases that can attack humans. According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO), diabetes has killed at least 2 million people throughout 2019. Many recordings of each phase and condition of diabetes patients are done to support research. One of the most updated records of diabetes patients is the early stage diabetes risk prediction dataset. This dataset was released by the uci repository in late 2020 by the Diabetes Hospital in Bangladesh. Classification in data mining is a science that can extract data to look for patterns or data models to gain new knowledge. Several classification algorithms that are widely used and proven to be able to handle large data include K-NN, Naïve Bayes, and Decission Tree. This study compares the three algorithms to classify early stage diabetes risk prediction dataset. From the research results, the decision tree is the best algorithm for classifying diabetes datasets with an accuracy rate of 95.96%. Next is the KNN algorithm with an accuracy rate of 92.5%. Meanwhile, naïve Bayes only produces an accuracy rate of 86.92%. From this comparison it is known that the decision tree is the best algorithm for classifying the early stage diabetes risk prediction dataset with an accuracy rate of 95.96%.

STIT AL-Washliyah Binjai is one of the Technical Implementation Units of the Education Office located in Binjai. Scholarships must be awarded to deserving recipients and deserve to receive them. The selection process for those who are entitled to receive scholarships still experiences problems in the decision-making process. Because of the large number of students and the criteria determined to provide scholarship recipient decisions that are as expected. A decision support system using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method provides convenience in assessing multiple criteria with a comprehensive framework for considering a hierarchical process. The purpose of this research is to design and create a decision support system (SPK) for the selection of scholarships and so that scholarships can be given appropriately to students who deserve to receive them. With the existence of research on the eligibility of scholarship recipients, it can make it easier for parties involved in determining who is entitled to get the scholarship, because in it various comparison stages have been carried out so as to produce results to determine students to get scholarships.

This study aims to optimize the use of a website as a tool for monitoring the network of Local Government Agencies (OPD) at the Department of Communication and Informatics (Kominfo) of Medan City using the triangulation method. The triangulation method involves the use of observation, interviews, and documentation to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the effectiveness of the website as a network monitoring tool. During the observation phase, the researcher conducted direct observations of user interactions with the monitoring website and understood the dynamics of its usage. Interviews with users and network administrators were conducted to gain direct insights into the strengths and challenges in using the website. Technical data and network performance reports were also obtained from existing documentation. The results of this study illustrate how the triangulation method can provide a deeper understanding of the effectiveness of the monitoring website. Observation revealed user interaction patterns with the website interface, interviews provided user perspectives on usability and desired improvements, and documentation provided technical context. The conclusion of this study is that the use of the triangulation method yields a more comprehensive understanding of issues and opportunities in optimizing the website for OPD network monitoring. It is expected that the results of this study will provide valuable guidance for the development and enhancement of more effective website features for monitoring OPD networks. This contributes to better and more responsive information technology infrastructure management in the local government setting.
