Abstract

Professional Code of Ethics is an ethical order that has been agreed upon by a certain community group. It can also be interpreted as a pattern of rules, procedures, signs, ethical guidelines in carrying out an activity or work. But in fact many professional actors do not know or care about the code of ethics of their own profession. The problem that occurs is that the professional code of ethics is generally written in a code of ethics book which is difficult to carry everywhere when compared to other books that are already application-based, either web-based or mobile-based. For this reason, with the application of this professional code of ethics, professional actors and the entire community can easily find out the desired professional code of ethics by searching for a professional code of ethics that has been determined according to the existing pattern. This professional code of ethics search application is designed using the string matching method. Application development uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) planning method and is built on the android platform.

Abstract

A panchromatic image is an image that uses the entire spectrum visible to the eye from red to purple. The capture power of a panchromatic image recording device is almost the same as the sensitivity of the human eye. Taking images or pictures when using a camera often experiences noise or noise in the image caused by a bad camera lens or camera position when taking images so that it can cause noise in the image. resulting from. Noise or noise in the image greatly affects the clarity of an image where the image results are less clear when seen by the eye, therefore noise in the image must be removed so that the image can be clearer and have much better quality. The contraharmonic mean filter method is a filtering technique that works by replacing the intensity of a pixel with the average pixel value of the neighboring pixels, with the contraharmonic noise method in the image can be reduced so that the image is clearer than before. The contraharmonic method is very well used to remove noise in the panchromatic image so that the noise in the panchromatic image can be reduced by using the contraharmonic method which has a good role in reducing salt and pepper noise

Abstract

In the selection of department heads, elections are held once a year, namely every new academic year. Constraints or problems that occur in the selection of department heads are when the data collection process for prospective department heads only determines the criteria. While the requirements to become head of the department are not carried out. So that the selection of the head of the department is not optimal or efficient. With a computerized decision support system for selecting department heads, it can make it easier for us to make decisions, so that it can produce more accurate information than before. In addition, the criteria set must also be more varied and complete so that the selection of the head of the department is not bound by education and years of service but must also be supported by the personality and competence of the candidate for the head of the department. The solution was carried out in the selection of department heads to facilitate the process of selecting department heads at SMK Budisatrya Medan. so as to get optimal results in the election of the chairman of the Budisatrya Medan Vocational School. Abstract

Sales sales are one of the professions that spearhead the company in introducing its products to be known for and benefit to the public, as well as lead the prospects for a company meeting its established sales goals. In order for continuous sales conditions to be motivated to meet the company's established target of sales, appreciation should be given in reward for gains. In order for the reward to be conducted with objective and targeted objectives, it is necessary for a decision support system that helps indosat ooredo city of stabilizers to determine which sales are the best. In view of the fact that sales restructurization will not be done properly, it will create a stigma on both the management and the spirit and motivation of sales and retail sales. The research aims to identify the most influential criteria for best sales suppressors. The weight and priority of the criteria tested by the analytical network process (anp) are also intended to generate intermutual relationships between those criteria beyond the criteria for prioritizing alternatives.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Morawa is one of the leading public high schools in Deli Serdang Regency which always participates in the Olympics, especially the chess Olympiad. In the selection of Chess Olympiad participants, there are problems. The problem faced in this research is that the principal and teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Morawa are still selecting Chess Olympiad participants based only on criteria, namely the accuracy possessed by students, even though there are several criteria that can be considered by the school in selecting students. prospective chess Olympiad participant. These criteria are accuracy, skills, strategy, achievement, class, time, and size. In order to assist the school in selecting prospective chess Olympiad participants, an SPK is needed. The ROC and MOORA methods are one of the methods that can be applied to solve this problem, which can provide assistance to the school in determining the feasibility of selecting chess Olympiad participants. As for the result of the research on the selection of the best Chess Olympiad Participants at SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Morawa, the best alternative is A22 with a score of 0.244 in the name of "Andre"

Abstract

Penentuan tempat tinggal di daerah yang baru dikenal dipengaruhi oleh banyak factor, diantaranya biaya, jarak, fasilitas , luas kamar. Jurnal ini menentukan kriteria-kriteria yang digunakan didalam pemilihan tempat kost. kriteria-kriteria tersebut dianalisis menggunakan metode simple addtive weighting (saw).Penggunaan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) pada sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan salah satu jalan pemecahan masalah yang dapat menangani hal tersebut, dimana konsumen akan merasa terbantu dengan adanya sistem ini dengan memberikan rekomendasi atau saran tempat kost yang sesuai dengan kriteria konsumen dengan cara menginput kriteria pada sistem oleh pengguna. Sehingga pada akhir prosesnya, pengguna akan mendapatkan daftar rekomendasi tempat kost yang direkomendasikan berdasarkan kriteria masukannya.
