Abstract

Banyaknya penempatan sumber daya manusia pada jabatan-jabatan yang tidak sesuai menjadikan bagian tersebut kurang potensial dalam melakukan kinerjanya yang berdampak pula pada produksi yang dihasilkan. Permasalahan dari sebuah bagian akan berpengaruh juga dibagian lain pada proses pengangkatan jabatan yang masih dilakukan secara manual yang akan memakan banyak waktu dan kurang cepat dan tepat, sehingga tidak akuratnya dalam suatu pengangkatan jabatan Staff Development Program(SDP) bagi para karyawan. Adapun solusi terhadap permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan membangun suatu sistem pendukung keputusan untuk membantu dalam melakukan pengangkatan SDP dengan tepat. Dengan menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan dapat memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan. Adapun metode yang dipilih untuk mendukung pemecahan masalah diatas adalah PROMETHEEII. Hasil yang diperoleh dari sistem pendukung keputusan ini menunjukan bahwa dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dapat membantu perusahaan dalam menentukan pilihan yang tepat sesuai dengan pertimbangan dan perhitungan yang benar. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini dapat memberikan solusi atau penyelesaian terhadap permasalahan yang ada pada Bank Mandiri

Abstract

Gamelan sendiri termasuk dalam jenis musik yang dimainkan secara bersama-sama (group) dengan alat musik lain untuk menciptakan alunan suara yang merdu. Bahkan dalam bermain gamelan juga mempunyai struktur dan aturan tersendiri yang diperlukan pemahaman dengan notasi atau disebut juga dengan not (kunci nada). Not merupakan harmonisasi dan kombinasi nada-nada yang dihasilkan ketika dimainkan secara bersamaan, not digunakan untuk mengiringi suatu lagu. Algoritma string matching merupakan pencocokan string yang bersifat mencari sebuah string yang terdiri dari beberapa karakter (pattern) dalam jumlah teks yang besar. Untuk aplikasi notasi gamelan berbasis android dirancang menggunakan algoritma crochemore perrin. Algoritma crochemore perrin juga sering disebut algoritma Two Way algorithm. Algoritma ini memfaktorkan pattern menjadi dua bagian. Fase pencocokan pada algoritma ini terdiri dari dua bagian, pertama mencocokkan karakter pattern dari kiri kekanan, lalu mencocokan pattern kiri dari kanan ke kiri. Dengan menggunakan algoritma crochemore perrin pencarian notasi akan dilakukan dengan cara memasukan judul lagu atau penyanyi dikotak pencarian, maka akan muncul notasi lagu yang dimaksud

Abstract

The decision support system is a computer-based system consisting of components, including language system components, knowledge system components and problem processing system components that interact with one another. Decision support system is an interactive system, which helps decision makers through the use of data and decision models to solve semi-structured and unstructured problems. Promethee is a method of determining the order or priority in MCDM (Multi Criterion Decision Making) or multiple criteria decision making which is a very important discipline in making decisions on a problem that has more than one criteria (Multi Criteria). The decision support system using the promethee method is able to analyze the criteria and alternatives being compared. The results showed that the use of promethee as a decision support system to determine the head of the researcher at the Deli Sugarcane and Tobacco Development Research (RTT) Sampali could assist the company in determining the head of the researcher with a faster and more effective multi-work weighting and selection process

Abstract

Scholarship recipients at the Regional Education Council are carried out by giving scholarship receipts still using a simple method so that it can lead to data manipulation. Those who should receive scholarships may not be on target due to errors in calculating criteria that are less effective. For this reason, a decision support system is needed to assist the calculation of existing alternatives and the method used in the calculation is the Wheight Aagreated Sum Assessment Product or also known as WASPAS. This system is a Decision Support System (DSS) which was built using the WASPAS method and designed using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008. The research carried out has succeeded in developing the system with all its advantages and disadvantages so that it can be utilized and it can be concluded that the research problems that have been carried out previously. According to the author, the wasapas method can answer the problems that the writer is researching, can compare the rankings and help the selection team in comparing the rankings obtained to select outstanding scholarships at the Regional Education Council Office of Subulussalam City.

Abstract

The level of security of a hospital is an important value that must be considered, because it can support a faster healing process for patients. To maintain the quality of comfort, doctors, nurses along with caricature in the hospital must always maintain the criteria determined by the hospital so that the better the value of the service. Understanding Comfort is a condition of feeling someone who feels comfortable based on the perception of each individual. Whereas comfort is a condition that has fulfilled the basic human needs of an individual nature due to several environmental conditions. In a large Indonesian dictionary, comfortable means fresh, healthy, delicious, cool, delicious. Naive Bayes is an algorithm of Data Mining where the nature of Naive Bayes itself is a classification which has two stages in the process of text classification, namely the training stage and the testing / classification stage. During the training phase, the process of analyzing the sample documents is in the form of vocabulary selection, which is a word that might appear in the collection of sample documents, as far as possible to be a representation of the document. Next is determining the prior probabilities for each category based on document samples

Abstract

Drug abuse is a very serious problem and needs special attention from all parties. This is evidenced by the increasing number of drug cases and death cases due to the purchase of drugs issued from various media. The impact of drug addiction can be seen in one's physical, psychological and social. Drug abuse cases in each province in Indonesia have varying degrees of cases.This study aims to determine the cluster of drug abuse at high and low levels.The method needed for grouping drug case data is using data mining methods with the K-Medoids algorithm and using a computerized system that is rapidminer 5.3 application.The data used is sourced from the National Narcotics Agency of the Republic of Indonesia with the website: https://bnn.go.id/2015-2017 data which consists of 34 provinces to be divided into 2 clusters.From the calculation of the K-Medoids algorithm, high clusters were 10 provinces and low clusters were 24 provinces.This grouping is expected to be included for the government or related parties to further increase the socialization of the dangers of drugs in order to minimize mortality and crime due to drugs.
