Abstract

The purpose of this study is to utilize artificial intelligence to analyze in determining the best villages in Labuhanbatu Regency. The research that will be made is to analyze the best village selection model by utilizing data sets sourced from the Community and Village Empowerment Office via the website. By using the Entropy and Level Algorithm as a tool in completing this research. The Entropy Algorithm is an information value that expresses a measure of the impurity of the attributes of a collection of data objects in units of bits. And Levels is a method used for conceptually ranking criteria, thus this method is very suitable in selecting the best villages in Labuhanbatu district. The research process has several stages, namely training and testing to find the results found will be the conclusion of the research.

Abstract

Choosing top employees is a company appreciation for their performance. This can motivate employees to be more motivated at work. To obtain the best employee names, a system that does the expected selection process and can produce objective, transparent information. Company CV. Aurelia weida is prime field in search of the best employees, the company does this by pointing out without adequate good judgment. Therefore, a decision-making system is needed in evaluating employee performance. This research USES a multi-applied theory method. The data prepared for this evaluation is 10 samples from CVS. Aurelia weida is prime field. Assessments are based on some criteria and weights given. There are 6 data criteria for judging a employee's performance, which is service (weight 30%), integrity (weight 20%), commitment (weight 15%), discipline (weight 20%), cooperation (weight 13%), employee performance (weight 12%). Calculations were obtained by employees who had the highest marks. Therefore, maximum value is obtained on alternative 3 with a value of 0.786, and minimum value is obtained on alternative 8 with a value of 0.369. It's coming up for CV after all. Abstract

Apart from being a congregational prayer center, the mosque can also be an information center that becomes everyone who visits it. The word congregation in prayer services has the meaning together and is led by the prayer priest. If in terms of praying, the priest holds a great responsibility for what he leads, for example, the priest should know anyone who is a follower of the imam (makmum) and should know the name, address of the congregation, even if their job. The Prophet Muhammad SAW 1500 years ago gave many examples of this in the hadith books. Rasulullah SAW led his prayers first paying attention to the congregation so that they straighten the rows (saf) and tighten them. The Prophet SAW once stroked the shoulders of the congregation while saying, straighten and tighten the rows (saf) by you because actually Satan will fill the empty rows. Apart from that, the Prophet SAW recognized each congregation, not only their names, but even every complaint that was experienced by each congregation. Therefore praying in congregation provides a solution for Muslims as long as the imam or leader can recognize and understand the current problems of the people. Along with the development of science and technology, an idea emerged on how to collect congregational data if it was collaborated with the IT world. Of course, this is by building a mosque information system that is able to record congregational visitors to the mosque. At the same time, this data can be used to track congregations if they want to be visited whose purpose is to invite congregational prayers to the mosque and provide encouragement to worshipers who are reluctant to come to the mosque

Abstract

Tilapia is one of the favorite fish for consumption because it contains high nutrition at a relatively low price. This is what makes fish cultivators in Indonesia choose tilapia for cultivation. Tilapia has several varieties that have different characteristics, thus affecting the way of handling and cultivating these fish. For this reason, tilapia cultivators need to have knowledge about the types of tilapias so they can cultivate based on the characteristics of these fish species. This study aims to implement the Euclidean Distance algorithm and image segmentation with K-Mean Clustering on image identification of tilapia species based on their shape and texture characteristics. The K-Mean Clustering algorithm is used to separate the foreground and background in the image. Furthermore, the object's characteristics will be extracted based on its shape and texture characteristics. Furthermore, the identification process is carried out using the Euclidean Distance algorithm which will look for similarity values between two or more by calculating the value of the distance from Euclidean, to determine whether the object is included in which class based on the closeness of the values obtained. Based on the test results, the accuracy value reached 84.3%. These results show that the developed model can identify tilapia species well

Abstract

Shipping services and business operations today will always be connected. Through goods delivery services, it can help in sending the products sold to the hands of customers. Thus, the selection of goods delivery partners becomes a crucial matter. The selection of freight forwarding service partners is usually done by looking at the profiles of the freight forwarding service partners and what services are provided. This takes time, because the company has to learn one by one the services provided. This research aims to apply the Composite Performance Index (CPI) approach in building a Decision Support System (DSS) for the selection of goods delivery partners in order to produce the right alternatives and according to needs. The CPI method solves problems based on the combined index value so that the best alternative can be determined. Based on the case study, the highest score was obtained, namely the alternative PT. Angkut Teknologi Indonesia with a score of 127.5, followed by PT. Dunia Express Transindo with a score of 122.5, PT. Indah Logistik with a score of 120 and PT. Siba Surya with a value of 100. The calculation results obtained by the system and manual calculations show the same value, this means that the system built produces valid calculations. The system has also been tested through a black-box testing approach with the results that all functions on the system can run properly.
