Abstract

BRImo currently presents a variety of services that will make it easier for its users to make banking transactions. The problem with this research is that system errors often occur and based on reviews on the Google Playstore, there are many responses from users to the application. Users also provide positive responses and negative responses in the form of complaints given by users, one of which is the access speed when using the BRImo application. Users also feel disappointed in the application so that interest in using the application decreases. Because there are still a number of complaints and unsatisfactory ratings, it is necessary to conduct research on user satisfaction in order to find out how high user satisfaction is with the BRImo application. The method used in this study uses the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method to measure the percentage of satisfaction of BRImo application users. This study will use the dimensions contained in mobile service quality which have been modified to suit the object studied in this study. The data used to be processed in this study were obtained from the results of a questionnaire with a total of 15 questions. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 respondents. After collecting data from respondents, the data will be tested for validity and reliability in order to find out how valid and reliable the data will be processed later using the CSI method. The results of this study can be seen in the calculation of the CSI method, the percentage of user satisfaction is 81.33% and it can be stated that customers feel "Very Satisfied" with the service quality of the BRImo application

Abstract

Retinal detachment is a disorder of the retina of the eye that results in detachment of the retina from its supporting tissue. Retinal detachment can lead to permanent vision loss (blindness). Factors that cause retinal detachment with increasing severity are aging, genes, high myopia, severe eye injury, cataract surgery, and ocular inflammation. Examination in diagnosing retinal detachment through fundoscopy to observe the presence of very pale retinal blood vessels that are detached with a white appearance in the form of vitreous, wavy folds, and bends at the edge of the retina. However, the diagnostic examination is carried out manually by ophthalmologists so that it can lead to unclear observations and possibly fatal visual disturbances. For this reason, a new alternative is needed in classifying retinal detachments. Therefore, this study implements the Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) method in the retinal detachment classification process. The stages used in the research before being classified are resize, green channel, and contrast as the pre-processing stage and simple thresholding as the image segmentation stage and Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) as the feature extraction stage. In the final stage, the image will be classified with Extreme Learning Machine. This study uses retinal fundus images totaling 178 images which are divided into 133 images as data latih and 45 images as test data. The results of this study were able to classify retinal detachments with an accuracy of 91%.

Abstract

Laboratory tests of blood and urine chemistry are important in determining a patient's health status. The results of these tests are usually presented in the form of a table that lists medical abbreviations alongside corresponding values. Medical professionals can easily interpret the results by determining whether the values are within the normal range or indicate an abnormality. However, junior doctors may still require reference tables to compare each component's value obtained from the laboratory test with the normal range. Therefore, this study proposes a Natural Language Generation (NLG) approach using the Roulette Wheel and Bigram algorithms to assist junior doctors in efficiently and effectively interpreting blood and urine chemistry test results. This system will convert the numerical data into Indonesian text, which will become the narrative interpretation in the laboratory report. Evaluation by junior doctors and medical professionals showed a naturalness level of interpretation of blood and urine chemistry test results ranging from 86% to 96%

Abstract

Avocado fruit or often called avocado in Latin originates from Central America, namely Mexico, Peru and Venezuela, and has spread to various countries as far as Southeast Asia, including Indonesia. There are three main types of avocado species, native to Mexico, the Caribbean and Guatemala. The three versions differ in shell composition, fruit size, fat content, taste, disease resistance and environmental adaptations. These different varieties are widespread in various regions in Indonesia. Lubuklinggau City is one of the avocado-producing areas in 2020. Lubuklinggau City produces 910 Avocado Kuitals. Farmers face several obstacles in increasing avocado production, mainly due to diseases that attack avocado plants. Farmers face various problems, namely the lack of knowledge about symptoms, causes, pests and diseases and how to control pests and diseases in avocado plants. And there is no system that can be used by avocado farmers to detect or diagnose diseases in avocado plants so that farmers can find solutions or treatments for existing diseases. To overcome the current problems, an application is needed to diagnose avocado plant diseases, one of which is by using an expert system. An expert system is a computer program that mimics the expertise of an expert. The method that is often used in expert systems is the certainty factor method. Certainty factor method, this method is a method to show the uncertainty of the expert's thinking, to correct it, certainty is usually used to describe the level of expert confidence in the problem at hand. The results of this study will help solve problems related to the diagnosis and treatment of avocado plant diseases.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are companies established by individuals or companies that are not affiliated with a particular company and according to a predetermined category. UMKM itself is a form of corporation engaged in various business fields that affect the interests of society. With the development of global business and technology, it is no longer enough for companies to just rely on advertisements and brochures to promote their business. This requires many companies to change their existing business concepts and mechanisms to become more profitable. Many electronic marketplaces have sprung up, although the forms currently being taken by electronic marketplaces in Indonesia are mostly in the form of advertising. Where there is direct interaction between buyers and sellers, while the electronic marketplace provider only acts as a place of trade. To overcome the problems described above, the electronic market can be used as a solution to promote the products of cooperatives and micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the city of Lubuklinggau. There is no online sales and ordering system for marketing products for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Lubuklinggau city, making it difficult for consumers outside the city to obtain information on product results for micro, small and medium enterprises Found large-scale companies (MSMEs) in the town of Lubuklinggau. E-Marketplace uses digital media in the form of the internet to create an environment or place where sellers and buyers carry out business processes, starting with product marketing, product delivery and developing communication between sellers and buyers so that both are satisfied.

Abstract

Communication technology plays an important role in our life. An example is the use of a communication technology called a smartphone. Smartphones can help people connect regardless of distance, space or time. Smartphones are crucial for students to support academic activities on campus. Often students get files in hardcopy form, so students will find it quite difficult to carry these files. With this problem students can take advantage of the CamScanner application on smartphones to scan all manual files into digital form without having to queue to the photocopying place. User satisfaction with system performance is a benchmark for implementing information technology. This study uses the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method to determine user satisfaction with the CamScanner application. To obtain data as research material, research questionnaires were distributed to employees by adopting the dimensions of the End User Computing Satisfaction method, namely the dimensions of Content, Accuracy, Format, Easy of Use and Timeliness. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 72 Balikpapan students. It was found that the STMIK Borneo International Balikpapan students were very satisfied in using the CamScanner application. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, it shows that the percentage of all dimensions is above 80%, namely the Content dimension is 83.6%, the Accuracy dimension is 83.2%, the Format dimension is 83.3% , the Easy of Use dimension is 81.4% and the Timeliness dimension is 82.3% with dimensions that have a significant effect, namely the dimensions of Content, Accuracy and format

Abstract

Agricultural commodity prices fluctuations often cause losses, especially for middle to lower-class people. Predicting future prices is essential for formulating policies for each entity related to agricultural commodities. This study aims to develop a short-term forecasting model for the prices of ten commodities using a machine learning-based method. The predictor variable used was the keyword search index from Google Trends, which represents the public interest in the related commodity. The determination of keywords was done using the web scraping method on various news channels in Indonesia. Before entering the modeling stage, all variables undergone pre-processing and optimal lag selection. The alternative models used were linear regression, random forest, gradient boosting, and regression trees, which were several models based on machine learning. Model implementation measured using the MAPE score has accurate performance with seven out of ten commodities having a value below 10%. Compared with previous studies, the proposed model performs better with lower MAPE values. The proposed model is expected to be a new input for policy-making by the government, business players, and consumers related to agricultural commodities to help reduce price fluctuations.

Abstract

This research aims to design the user interface of the Android application "BorneoTraditional Games" which introduces and preserves the traditional games of East Kotawaringin through the user-centered design method. The user-centered design method used includes Plan The Human Centered Design, Specify the Context of Use, Specify User and Organizational Requirements, Produce Design Solutions, and Evaluate Design Against User Requirements. The traditional games explained include balogo, bagasing, sepak sawut, manyipet, batukupan, and egrang. The user interface design is created using the Figma application and evaluated using the cognitive walkthrough method that refers to exploratory learning. The goal of this application is to introduce and preserve the unique culture of Central Kalimantan as traditional games are being eroded by electronic games. This design is created to be accessible and usable by various groups and to attract tourists through the information provided and a unique design that is characteristic of the local area. The user interface display created includes a Splashscreen, Dashboard containing the latest recommended information, a search menu containing a list of traditional games from East Kotawaringin and a detailed information page of traditional games complete with photos and videos. The results of usability testing using the cognitive walkthrough method showed good user satisfaction. Through usability testing, the researcher could identify problems experienced by users and provide improvement recommendations. The next development needs to create a more comprehensive testing procedure and involve various techniques as well as expanding the scope of participants. Subsequent research can also pay attention to ISO standards in user interface testing to ensure product safety and quality and provide optimal user experience.

Abstract

Email is an internet facility for sending electronic mail. Although there is a webmail that provides standard security but for e-mail attachment documents when sending e-mail there are lots of eavesdropping, forgery, infiltration,and spamming so needed security of email. Authentication is identification carried out by each communicating party so sender and recipient of information trust each other. Although message authentication has been carried out, it is still possible for both parties to attack each other. This study aims to apply digital signatures in testing the integrity and authentication of document attachments email using the schnorr algorithm. SHA-1 hash function is used for verification, Results show that contents of email attachment will produce a different Message Digest if prime numbers are different, so cryptanalysts can’t solve it. Differences in Message Digest occur because different prime numbers cause differences in private keys and public keys. Private key and public key pairs are synchronous so sender and recipient are verified correctly. If there are changes or removed just one character from contents of document will result in a very significant Message Digest change. If someone changes contents of document or key, so verification process to be incorrect and recipient of information knows that document he received is no longer valid. Schnorr method is a strategy to provide document attachment security in emails that is better than security applied to standard emails
