Abstract

Operation Damai Cartenz is a joint operation between the Indonesian National Police (POLRI) and the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) in the Papua region to face security challenges in the region. The rugged terrain and complex operational environment in the Papua region are one of the challenges in carrying out this operation, so a strategy is needed to run it, one of which is by utilizing a Geographic Information System (GIS). The Geographic Information System (GIS) is one of the pieces of information that can assist officials in mapping areas. The application of GIS in operations can be further developed through the use of information resources owned by the Task Force. One of the things that can be done is by integrating Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) and Common Operating Picture (COP) capabilities in GIS. The main objective of this research is to be able to develop and offer a conceptual framework for integrating ISR and COP capabilities for GIS in supporting the Cartenz Peaceful Operation in the Papua region which includes explanations regarding requirements and addressing operational challenges through the implementation of effective integration of ISR and COP capabilities.

Abstract

These days, many companies are very attached to the existence of Management Information Systems that make it easier for companies to organize and manage business activities to make good decisions. Raihan Bakery is a business engaged in the culinary field and now there are several other branch stores scattered in the Medan city area. In the production process, cakes and other products are only produced at the main branch store which will later be supplied to other branch stores. Therefore, when a branch store runs out of inventory, the store must order again to be sent immediately. This often overwhelms the production admin which results in slow performance due to incorrect inventory information, overlapping orders and late supply of goods. Therefore, Raihan Bakery needs a Management Information System that can monitor incoming and outgoing product inventory data for both finished products and raw materials as well as leftover and expired products to ensure and adjust the inventory is correct and in accordance with its physical state so that branch store orders can be processed immediately and then supplied properly quickly and precisely. The research method used in this system is the FIFO method where the first product in is the first out. This system produces a solution in sorting out which products are worth sending first so that they can maintain product quality and can be sent immediately on time and minimize the accumulation of leftover or expired products in order to minimize losses in business

Abstract

The use of generation 4.0 technology in the Internet of Things (IoT) as a means of communication via the internet network by integrating with electronic devices to carry out activities Meanwhile, the majority based on the Central Bureau of Statistics for Population 15 Years and Over Working according to Main Job Fields in August 2022 in the Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries sectors is 38,703,996. The problem is that in 2021, the rice harvest was around 10.41 million, a decrease of 245.47 thousand compared to the harvest in 2020. This was due to several reasons, including rat pest attacks and less than optimal water use for rice, which caused the soil to become dry. From this problem, a mobile technology was created that was integrated with Arduino and ESP8266 devices based on the Internet of Things. The objectives of the rice field monitoring application include obtaining information on soil moisture, irrigation water level, pump water level, and automating pest repellents using speakers that emit frequency sounds. This application also makes it easier for farmers to monitor the condition of their rice fields remotely and at any time, reducing the fuel costs they have to incur every time they travel to the fields. This application is also very effective for people who have rice fields but are constrained by their main job. The advantage of making an application lies in the use of a database, namely the Firebase database, because storing information about soil moisture, irrigation water levels, and pest expulsion is quickly conveyed and updated in real time by sending data from Internet of Things tools to mobile applications.

Abstract

Buloila Public Health Center is one of the public health centers in the district of Sumalata, North Gorontalo District. Posyandu activities undertaken at the Buloila posyandu have been carried out well. To support a variety of posyandu activities, it is necessary to have a posyandu application that can be used to facilitate the running of posyandu activities. Posyandu participants often forget to carry out Posyandu every month because the information provided by the puskesmas is only in the form of manual information by providing information in several places within the puskesmas. So sometimes the information does not reach the posyandu participants in the area. The purpose of this study is to design an Android-based posyandu service application at the Puskesmas Buloila Buloila Village, Sumalata District, North Gorontalo District. The method used is the Research and Development method. Application made with Java, PHP and HTML programming. Database that is used in MySql Language. For modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language). For testing this system uses whitebox and blackbox testing where with this test the correct flow chart is obtained as a sample. The researcher conducts a test on the flowchart. , and the value of Cyclometic Complexity (CC) = 3.

Abstract

Food ordering apps are playing an increasingly important role in allowing users to easily and efficiently order food at various restaurants. However, users are often faced with confusion when choosing a menu that matches their preferences. With the aim of improving user experience and facilitating the decision-making process, this study introduces an approach that uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to provide personalized menu recommendations to food ordering app users. The AHP method is used to develop a ranking that considers various factors related to user preferences, including taste, value and budget. App users have the ability determine of each these factors varies based on the context and specific circumtances, which is then used in the ranking calculation. The model was implemented and tested using real user data. Preliminary experimental results show that users using the AHP-based menu recommendation system are more likely to order dishes that match their personal preferences. This research has practical significance in developing food ordering applications that are more intuitive and in line with user needs. By using AHP to provide personalized menu recommendations. This app has the potential to increase order conversion, build customer loyalty, and reduce food waste. In addition, this research also provides insight into how ranking techniques.

Abstract

Developments occurring in the investment sector have made people interested in starting to invest. Currently, investments can be made easily using applications on smartphones, such as the Ajaib application. The Ajaib application offers comfort in making investments with the features, security and convenience provided to users, so that various reviews emerge from users in the form of negative or positive sentiments after using the Ajaib application. From the various reviews given, there are still some people who are still hesitant to use the Ajaib application because of the reviews given by people who have used it. The reviews given by users encouraged researchers to conduct research regarding user views after using the Ajaib application with the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The research was carried out to determine the number of negative and positive sentiments from existing reviews regarding the Ajaib application. Researchers collected 500 data through a scraping process on Google Playstore in the Ajaib application. The results obtained in research on sentiment analysis using the Naïve Bayes algorithm method were 44.2% or 221 positive sentiments and 55.8% or 279 negative sentiments from the 500 sentiment data that had been analyzed. The evaluation process was carried out using a confusion matrix to evaluate the Naïve Bayes algorithm method. The results of the evaluation process obtained an accuracy value of 74.44%.

Abstract

AHASS Mitra Rasa Motor is a business that operates in the field of motorbike repair services, its existence is really needed by Honda motorbike users to carry out maintenance or repairs on their vehicles. The services provided at AHASS Mitra Rasa Motor are only in workshops and do not accept repair services at consumer locations. In order to provide good and satisfying service, an Android-based online motorbike repair service application was created using Google Maps. In the research the author used the Waterfall method. This method includes system analysis, system design, implementation and testing. This Android-based online motorbike repair service application using Google Maps was built using the PHP, HTML, JavaScript, Kotlin and MySql database programming languages. The results of this research succeeded in creating an Android and Website based system where from the Android application system used by consumers they can carry out order transactions which will then be entered into the database and displayed on the Website application system. Apart from that, there are test results using the BlackBox method

Abstract

K-means clustering algorithm is a clustering method which is done by partition (partitional clustering). The use of clusters intends to partition a number of objects into groups where each object is into the closest group so that it will produce groups with significant differences. In addition, efforts have been made by the government to prevent wider disease transmission, among others, by implementing large-scale social restrictions and monitoring areas where there is a lot of migration of local and foreign residents as well as vaccinating. Looking at the data on the number of people who were infected, died from the Covid-19 virus until they recovered, which occurred in various regions in Indonesia. For this reason, it is necessary to cluster the area from the red, yellow, and green zones, which means for the red zone itself, it means that the area is a danger area and an area with a large number of viruses infected. This study aims to solve the problem, namely to produce applications that can provide information about priority areas for vaccines in North Sumatra, clustering the North Sumatra area, knowing vaccine priority areas using the K- Means algorithm. To find out the results of using the K-Means algorithm application, namely the application can classify Covid 19 cases in each Regency/City in North Sumatra Province into clusters of C1 (High), C2 (Medium) and C3 (Low). Based on the results of the clustering, Medan is in the C1 cluster with a distance value of 0.00 so that it can be prioritized for covid 19 vaccination activities. In the C2 (Medium) clustering there is one Regency, namely Deli Serdang with a 4th iteration value with a distance of 0.00. In the C3 (Low) cluster. Covid-19 case data from march-November 2021 in Nort Sumatra Province was calculated in 4 iterations until there there were no more data changes in the clustering process.

Abstract

When accessing various traffic activities on the internet, you have to pay attention to a reliable and stable connection to avoid downtime problems. Downtime or failure to access the internet can have a very disruptive impact on users while accessing the internet network. Using two or more ISPs is the best solution to avoid interference from ISPs due to having backup paths from other ISPs. Failover is a mechanism for merging or redirecting internet data traffic if a technical problem occurs at one of the ISPs to maintain continuity and smooth internet access. Problems arise if the bandwidth on each internet line is different, on the internet line with the lowest bandwidth value there will be full traffic (overload/congestion) which results in users who are diverted to the internet line with congestion conditions will experience delays in accessing the website and run online applications. The problem in this research is that when the internet bandwidth of the ISP-1 line has a download speed of 205Mbps and the ISP-2 line has a download speed of 50Mbps, it will cause overload traffic (overload/congestion) on the ISP-2 line because the bandwidth is only 50Mbps. The aim of this research is to differentiate between load balance and traffic redirection (failover) where the performance results of previous research are with the performance of failover research on 2 ISPs with different download and upload bandwidth speeds. This research will discuss the analysis and implementation of data traffic redirection (failover) for internet access on two ISPs with simultaneous performance on both ISPs and failover on 2 ISPs with different download and upload bandwidth speeds

Abstract

To increase agricultural yields, seed selection is very important, one of which is in soybean plants, the problem that arises is the absence of a decision support system model in determining good soybean seeds for soybean farmers. So, farmers only choose existing soybean seeds based on the recommendations of fellow soybean farmers. This study aims to conduct a combination of ROC and TOPSIS can help in managing the complexity of determining agricultural seeds more efficiently. This is because ROC helps in sequencing variables, whereas TOPSIS helps in choosing the optimal alternative. This combination allows stakeholders to make more informed and rational decisions. The ROC method is a multivariate analysis technique used to analyze data that involves sorting or ranking variables measured in a group or population. ROC can be an effective analytical tool in helping stakeholders optimize their strategies or policies in a variety of situations and industries that require a deep understanding of data sequencing or ranking. The Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution method or often known as the TOPSIS method is a decision-making analysis approach used to assist stakeholders in evaluating alternatives based on a number of predetermined criteria. The combination of ROC and TOPSIS can provide a deeper understanding of the structure of relationships between variables and their impact on alternative rankings. Based on the results of the ranking of agricultural seeds that get 1st Rank, namely Grobongan with a value of 0.54047, 2nd Rank, namely Anjasmoro with a value of 0.5, 3rd Rank, namely Detap 1 with a value of 0.43828, 4th Rank, Dena 1 with a value of 0.43457, and 5th Rank, namely Dering 1 with a value of 0.40553.
