Abstract

Workout is an activity that someone does to improve or maintain body fitness. Workout does require moving the body with good concentration and coordination so that the results are maximized, if you lose your focus even a little during your workout, the consequences can range from minor to serious injuries. One way to overcome this problem is to take advantage of the existing information and communication technology, namely by making the stages of the process of how to move properly and correctly with an animated display. The purpose of this animated video is to provide direction and an overview of how to make it easier by following the stages simulated in 3D animation. This study discusses one of the methods related to the basic principles of animation, namely the pose to pose method. The discussion of the method is carried out by applying 3D animation when doing workout movements using 3D figure objects to demonstrate the workout movements. The design of the animation in this study was carried out through three stages, namely pre-production, production and post-production using the Blender application. This research succeeded in implementing human movement during workouts in the form of 3D animation.

Abstract

With the development of the times, many technologies are increasingly sophisticated, and some technologies make it easier for people to access information. This also affects various promotions, from making advertisements, brochures, posters, and animations, to applications whose developments are now very versatile. Advertising media is often used in business and educational institutions. In the field of business, promotion is used to increase the success of product sales. However, in educational institutions, promotions are used to attract students to want to study in institutions that have been built. One example is promoting the Al-Fatah Lias Baru Islamic boarding school, a pesantren that introduces the facilities and advantages of Islamic boarding schools. One example of a promotion is made in the form of an animation-based application. The method used in making animation is the Motion Tween method using Adobe Flash Professional CS6. The results in this study are in the form of applications that can be accessed through computer devices with the Windows operating system.

Abstract

Pengamanan pintu pada rumah merupakan hal paling penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh setiap orang. Banyak cara yang dilakukan oleh setiap orang untuk mengamankan pintu rumahnya, misalnya dengan memasang pintu besi, memasang gembok, memasang perangkat smart doorlock, ataupun memasang alarm. Salah satu cara untuk mengamankan rumah yaitu dengan memasang perangkat yang dapat mengunci dan membuka pintu rumah menggunakan teknologi IoT. Dalam pembuatan perangkat tersebut dibutuhkan arduino sebagai pengendali utamanya dan solenoid door lock digunakan sebagai perangkat yang mengunci pintu rumah tersebut. Sedangkan untuk menghubungkan perangkat tersebut dengan teknologi IoT dibutuhkan ESP8266, dimana ESP8266 ini dihubungkan dengan arduino agar arduino dapat terhubung ke jaringan internet. Selain itu dibutuhkan aplikasi berbasis website yang digunakan untuk mengendalikan perangkat tersebut. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi tersebut pemilik rumah dapat memantau apakah pintunya sudah terkunci atau belum selain itu pemilik rumah juga dapat melihat status pintu rumahnya terbuka atau tertutup, sehingga mengurangi keraguan akan keamanan rumah saat ditinggalkan. Karena dengan perangkat ini pemilik rumah dapat memperoleh informasi terkait pintu rumahnya jika tidak terkunci.

Abstract

Bilinear interpolation is a method that is widely used in image scaling where bilinear interpolation can be applied to upscaling and downscaling processes. Several previous researches have shown that bilinear interpolation provides low quality reconstruction results compared to other scaling methods but is still a good alternative considering the lower process complexity compared to other scaling methods. For this reason, a mechanism or model is needed that can be juxtaposed with bilinear interpolation scaling so that the reconstruction results have better quality. Referring to previous research, neural networks can be used in the reconstruction process where artificial neural networks are used to learn features or information that is lost during the downscaling process so that it can be reused during the reconstruction or upscaling process. This research applies inverse backpropagation to help improve the quality of image reconstruction results on bilinear interpolation. The test results show a much better MSE value of up to 40.25% compared to reconstruction using ordinary bilinear interpolation. Meanwhile, the increase in PSNR obtained ranged from 0.4% - 9.7%.

Abstract

Penggunaan media short message service (SMS) untuk komunikasi masih sangat banyak. Hal itu terjadi dikarenakan beberapa faktor, seperti tarif yang murah, bonus yang diberikan serta kemudahan dalam penggunaan. Namun, faktor-faktor tersebut menjadikan layanan SMS dimanfaatkan untuk melakukan tindakan kriminal, salah satunya adalah SMS penipuan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat mengklasifikasi SMS yang termasuk spam atau bukan spam. Dalam penelitian ini Dataset SMS yang digunakan adalah Dataset SMS berbahasa Indonesia. Untuk pembobotan teks menggunakan metode TF-IDF dan Cosine Similarity untuk metode perhitungan jarak. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi yang mampu mengklasifikasi SMS Spam Bahasa Indonesia Menggunakan Algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor
