Abstract

Adaptation of new habits is a policy implemented by the government to mark a new phase in the New Normal era which is marked by re-opening of schools again for areas other than the red zone. Aceh Province as one of the regions that has succeeded in getting out of the red zone carries out offline classroom learning. Offline classroom learning is learning that requires students and teachers to attend class and learn directly while still applying adaptations to new habits such as wearing masks, keeping distance, and washing hands or using hand sanitizers while in the school environment. The method used is a quantitative method, namely by measuring students' perceptions of offline classroom learning by implementing new habit adaptations. Respondents in this study were students of class VI Elementary School 1 Alue Bilie, totaling 51 students. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaires which were then analyzed using a Likert scale. The conclusion of this study shows that students' perceptions of offline classroom learning with the adaptation of new habits are positive with a value of 84%. That is, from a total of 51 students who became respondents strongly agreed with the holding of offline classroom learning (face-to-face) with the adaptation of new habits such as wearing masks, maintaining distance, and always washing hands while in the school environment. The reason is because it is easier to understand the material in class, can ask and answer subject matter directly, besides that students also enjoy the process of working on assignments given in class directly with the teacher.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and explain the comparison of policies as well as to find out and explain the obstacles in the field of human resource development in Aceh Province and Papua Province. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research that produces comparative data. The theory used is the theory of decentralization, policy implementation, special autonomy, human resources and scholarships to answer these problems. The results showed that the Governments of Aceh and Papua carried out several programs to improve human resources. In the last four years, 2017-2020, the Aceh Provincial Government received 5,431 students with a budget allocation of Rp. 226,765,272,306. Meanwhile, the Papua Provincial Government accepts 8,125 students with a budget allocation of IDR 268,984,000,000 to develop the Human Resources (SDM) of Papua Province. The comparison in the last four years, the number of students in Papua Province is more than the Province of Aceh. While the results of the success and graduation of Aceh Province are clear in comparison to Papua Province with the reason that Aceh Province implemented the scholarship program first, while Papua only implemented it in 2013, the results are not yet clear. The obstacle for these two regions lies in the delay in communication and coordination between the government and BPSDM, so it is often late in informing the public and it is hoped that this program can be continued by the two regions. Communication and coordination between the government and BPSDM should be improved.

Abstract

The Indonesian language has a position and function as the national language and the official language of the country. This led to the need for The Indonesian language to be built and developed as the default language. However, the development of The Indonesian language in accordance with official language rules is often overlooked due to language interference or deviations due to the influence of regional languages that are already inherent in the Indonesian nation. This interference even occurs among students whose ideas and thoughts must be poured through scientific writing in accordance with official linguistic rules. This clearly hinders the smooth communication that should not happen again at the student level. In this study, the researchers found four interferences at the morphological level of all Teuku Umar University students who settled or lived in Alue Bata. The four words consist of three basic words: laot, tepong, and tawe and one-word reduplication (re-word) namely meunasah-meunasah. This should be avoided so that the Indonesian language as the identity of the nation is maintained in accordance with applicable rules.
