Abstract

Extracurricular is an activity aimed at developing potential, talents and abilities outside the academic field that must be followed by students.The extracurricular registration process at SMK Muhammadiyah Somagede is currently still using conventional methods in the form of paper forms.In addition to this, the process of recapitulating student data from each extracurricular activity, which is still done manually. This process takes a long time because you have to check each formula sheet and also have a lot of risk of errors. It should be more efficient if it is done online using an information system that can simplify, save time and cost in the extracurricular selection process and the student data recapitulation process. The purpose of this system is the creation of an Extracurricular Information System that can speed up and make it easier for grade 10 and 11 students to make selections and make it easier to manage registrant data for each extracurricular.The benefit of this system is that it helps the Student Staff of SMK Muhammadiyah Somagede to process extracurricular information data and process student data and recap data on extracurricular registrants, for Class 10 and 11 students of SMK Muhammadiyah Somagede it is easier to get extracurricular information and the extracurricular selection process, for those in charge of extracurricular activities at SMK Muhammadiyah Somagede Makes it easier to get information on the schedule of extracurricular activities that are taught and student registration data, for the Principal of SMK Muhammadiyah Somagede and PCM Somagede Staff Makes it easier to get information from extracurricular activities and find out the comparison graph of the extracurricular activities that are most chosen by students, and as a medium to introduce STIKOM Yos Sudarso Purwokerto to the general public. In this case the system development method uses a prototype model. Based on the results of the benefit test, the average value of the Correctness value is 99.37%, the Usability value is 97.5%, the Efficiency value is 97.5% and the Reliability value is 99.12%. From the results of the benefit test, it can be concluded that the Web-Based Extracurricular Information System at SMK Muhammadiyah Somagede can be used to speed up the recapitulation process of extracurricular registrants

Abstract

This research focuses on the description of the current system to determine the problems that occur and the system requirements needed. Then from the analysis, a global design is made which aims to provide a general description to the user about the new system and identify the components of the information system that will be designed in detail. The design includes display design, output design, input design, and file design. In the end, an online construction consultant consultation application was made and then the new system was tested, so that it could overcome the problems encountered in the old system. So it can be concluded that the application of the online construction consultant consultation application will make it easier for clients to consult directly if the consultant is out of town without having to wait and make an appointment with the consultant first.

Abstract

Time Schedule is a detailed division of work duration on each project work. The problem in this study is the ineffectiveness of the duration of the work and the amount of work done is not in accordance with the planned duration. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the time schedule using the network planning method to determine the critical trajectory by using Microsoft Project 2016 software and to accelerate the duration of work from its original duration by using the acceleration method of adding labor, increasing working hours and accelerating the work shift method. The conclusion of time schedule evaluation using network planning is obtained as many as 50 work items which are included in the critical path. After accelerating with three acceleration methods, it was found that the results of accelerating the addition of manpower which cut the time by 3 days from the original duration, acceleration by adding 2 hours of work cut 7 working days and acceleration with the work shift method which cut the duration to 21 working days from the original duration. which is 206 working days, then of the three methods of acceleration the most effective is the shift method.

Abstract

Executive Information Systems are referred to as executive support systems. This system is an information system that provides flexible facilities for executives in accessing external and internal information that is useful for identifying problems. The system that runs at the Indonesian Compassion Foundation (YCI) in managing child development still collects data using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel so that school administration is still having difficulty inputting data relating to child development management. Based on the existing problems, to get maximum results, the authors designed a web-based computerized executive information system and used databases as child development data storage to reduce the difficulty of collecting data related to child development so that later they can produce reports effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

UD. Kripik Singkong Riziby is a business in various variants of cassava chips sale. The variants are Balado, Sweet Spicy, Original, and Tela-tela cassava chips that the system used by UD. Kripik Singkong Riziby is still using marketing facilities from facebook because they don’t have e-commerce yet, so it’s a problem in the Trading Business sales system. By using the facebook facility as a sales tool, the scope of sales and promotion is still tiny because only people who are affiliated with UD. Kripik Singkong Riziby’s Facebook account only. The study aimed to know how to create and apply a website-based sales system to assist marketing and income at UD. Kripik Singkong Riziby. For this reason, it was necessary to design a sales system, namely e-commerce. Developing an e-commerce web-based marketing system is beneficial to expand the scope of marketin, promoting, and facilitating users in transactions as well as increasing revenu. The author designed a sales information system for UD. Kripik Singkong Riziby was web-based e-commerce and implemented this information system at UD. Kripik Singkong Riziby.
