Gastritis in police patients in the working area of the Muna Police Clinic still has a high prevalence, which is still the top 5 main diseases in 2019-2021. Factors that trigger gastritis include: diet, socioeconomic, family history of gastritis, alcohol consumption, smoking, stress, and drugs. Gastritis can attack all levels of society from all levels of age and gender. This study aims to determine the risk factors for eating regularity, type of food, stress and smoking on the incidence of gastritis in Polri patients in the working area of the Muna Police Clinic in 2022. The type of research used was observational analytic with a Case Control Study design. The population in this study were all patients who checked themselves at the Muna Police Clinic from January to August 2021. The sample in this study amounted to 76 samples (38 cases and 38 controls). Sampling used two approaches, namely random and non-random sampling. The results showed that the risk factor for gastritis, namely regularity of eating, obtained p-value = 0.000, OR = 37.593, while the non-risk factor for gastritis, namely stress, obtained p-value = 0.723, OR = 1.288. The police are expected to be more aware of the factors that cause gastritis, and more importantly know how to prevent gastritis as early as possible, so that complications do not occur. And the police should be able to maintain health and maintain a good and healthy diet with balanced nutrition.

This study aims to determine factors related to the practice of covid-19 vaccination in the community in the working area of the Bone Sub-district Health Center in Bone in 2022. This study used quantitative analytic with a cross sectional study approach. The sample in the study was 360 people. Sample selection using simple random sampling. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge (p value = 0.016 < 0.05) and the practice of Covid-19 vaccination, on the contrary there was no significant relationship between attitudes (p value = 0.390 > 0.05) and the practice of Covid-19 vaccination. 19. The conclusion of this study is that the knowledge variable has a significant relationship with the practice of vaccination in the community, while attitudes have no significant relationship with the practice of Covid-19 vaccination in the community in the working area of the Bone Health Center, Bone District in 2022.

Abstract

Hypertension is a body condition where there is an increase in systolic blood pressure 140 mmHg or systolic blood pressure ≥ 90 mmHg. This study aims to determine the risk factors for family history, physical activity, obesity and smoking habits at the Kandai Health Center in 2022. This study used design case control. The population in this study were all patients who came for treatment at the Kandai Health Center in 2022. The sample in this study was 120 consisting of 60 cases and 60 controls, sampling using simple random sampling technique. The results showed that family history obtained an OR = 99 (CI; 28,512-334,751), physical activity obtained a value of OR = 0.655 (CL; 0.246-9.478), obesity obtained an OR = 2.466 (CI; 0.193-0.853), and habits smoking obtained OR value = 1.238 (CL; 0.590-2.596). From the 120 research samples used, it can be concluded that the variables of family history, obesity, and smoking habits are risk factors for the incidence of hypertension in the work area of the Kandai Public Health Center in 2022, while the physical activity variable is not a risk factor for the incidence of hypertension

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries in the world that is also experiencing the Covid-19 virus pandemic. The government has also taken countermeasures to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 virus, namely by complying with health protocols and carrying out the Covid- 19 vaccination program which aims to reduce the transmission of Covid-19 and achieve herd immunity. The existence of the Covid-19 vaccination program has made the entire population of Indonesia raise various responses in the community. There is a lot of negative news about the Covid-19 vaccination program which makes people refuse to take part in the Covid-19 vaccination program. This refusal to participate in the Covid-19 vaccination program also occurred in the people of Konawe Regency. This is because there are people who easily accept hoax news, do not believe in the effectiveness of vaccines, and the lack of public knowledge that makes them afraid and hesitant to take part in the Covid-19 vaccination program. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the refusal to participate in the Covid-19 vaccination program in the work area of the Unaaha Health Center, Konawe Regency in 2021. This research method uses an analytical observational type of research with a cross sectional study approach and the sampling technique uses proportionate stratified random sampling. The results of the study concluded that there was a relationship between self-efficacy (p value = 0.000), public communication (p value = 0.001), and anxiety about side effects (p value = 0.004) with refusal to participate in the Covid-19 vaccination program.

The covid-19 vaccination is supposed to reduce or damage the chain of contagion, Lower morbidity and mortality and can gain herd participation in community groups. This study aims to find out the relation of knowledge, perception and belief with the acceptance of the covid-19 vaccine on people in the 2022 labor district of the Treasury. This study USES an analtic quantitative study with a sectional study approach. The population in this study is all the people that live in the workspace of the Dana center. The sample in this study totaled 333 ages 12-59. Selection of samples is made using a random sampling cluster. The analysis used was the variate union and Bivariate with chi square test. Research shows that there is no link between knowledge (0.877 > 0.05) And perception (1,000 > 0.05) with acceptance of the covid-19 vaccine. Instead there is a confident relationship (0.013 < 0.05) with the acceptance of the covid-19 vaccine. Abstract

The global prevalence of anemia, since 2000 in the WUS group, has stagnated compared to pregnant women, which has slightly decreased. The Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia for 2015-2019 targets the coverage of giving iron tablets to remittances in stages from 10% (2015) to 30% (2019). The causes of anemia that attack female students as WUS category are divided into two, namely direct causes and indirect causes. The high prevalence of anemia among female students if not handled properly will have a bad impact when they are married because it can cause maternal death, premature birth, and babies with low birth weight. This study aims to determine the relationship of disease history, physical activity, dietary behavior and sleep quality with the incidence of anemia in students of the Faculty of Public Health. This type of research is analytic using a cross sectional approach. The number of samples was 98 people who were selected using proportionate stratified random sampling. The analysis used is bivariate analysis using Chi Square test. The results showed that there were 52 who were anemic and 46 were not anemic. In addition, there is a relationship between physical activity (p value = 0.025), and sleep quality (p value = 0.001) with the incidence of anemia, but there is no relationship between disease history (p value = 0.811) and dietary behavior (p value = 0.721). with anemia. The results of the study concluded that there was a relationship between physical activity and sleep quality with the incidence of anemia, while there was no relationship between disease history and dietary behavior with the incidence of anemia..
