Halal Research (HR) is a scientific journal published by the Halal Center Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya. This journal contains scientific papers from Academics, Researchers, and Practitioners about research on halal and shariah. This journal is published twice a year in February and August. The paper is an original script and has a research base on halal and shariah. We accept an article either in Bahasa or English. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the concept and management of Telaga Alam swimming pools and how Telaga Alam swimming pools apply the DSN-MUI fatwa. The research method used is qualitative and descriptive. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews with the pool manager and one pool employee and three swimming pool visitors. The secondary data was obtained through literature related to the concept and management of swimming pools. The results of this study indicate that the concept and management of the Telaga Alam swimming pool has several facilities in it such as a separate swimming pool for men and women, a canteen that provides halal food and drinks, and other facilities such as: pavilion, and a therapy pool. fish. However, there needs to be an improvement in the management of the Telaga Alam swimming pool to meet halal aspects, as regulated in the DSN-MUI for example the separation of fish therapy pools between men and women as well as providing proper worship facilities. Thus, this research is expected to provide an overview of the concept and management of halal tourism in the Telaga Alam swimming pool area or in other areas in accordance with Sharia or the DSN-MUI fatwa.

Abstract

The foam that occurs in the process can cause problems with the effectiveness of the process or the quality of the final product. The economic consequences of uncontrolled foaming can be very significant and cause serious losses and require expensive operating changes. Foaming problems can be just as expensive as treating other types of problems, such as corrosion, fouling, or emulsion. Indonesia is known as the largest producer of palm oil, so it has the potential as a producer of downstream palm oil derivative products, especially halal anti-foam with renewable raw materials. In the food industry, only calcium alginate, monoglycerides (MGS), and diglycerides (DGS) are permitted. The use of renewable raw materials in industrial processes is one of the steps to realizing the Sustainable Development Goals, especially the second goal, which is zero hunger in 2030. The details of the mechanism of action and the use of anti-foam in the food, medicine, cosmetics, textile, oil refining, petrochemical, paint, and pulp paper industries were discussed. Furthermore, the potential use of palm oil as raw material for halal anti-foaming is very prospective, considering that there are not many palm oil-based anti-foam products applied in various food industries.

Abstract

Hijab sebagai salah satu fashion halal yang dibutuhkan oleh para Muslimah mendatangkan berbagai pelaku usaha fashion halal menghadirkan berbagai brand fashion halal. Sebagaimana yang dilakukan oleh Linda Anggreaningsih melalui brand fashion halalnya yaitu buttonscarves. Buttonscarves dengan berbagai ciri khas dan kualitas tingginya mampu menarik minat para konsumen baik domestik maupun luar negeri seperti Malaysia, Singapura, serta Brunei Darussalam. Malaysia sebagai salah satu negara yang tingkat permintaan terhadap produk buttonscarves tinggi. Selain kualitas dan ciri khasnya yang dapat memikat minat masyarakat Malaysia, tentunya terdapat beberapa strategi yang mampu membawa keberhasilan bagi buttonscarves untuk menembus pasar Malaysia. Di era teknologi atau globalisasi ini strategi digital marketing merupakan salah satu strategi pemasaran yang dapat dikatakan ampuh untuk membawa keberhasilan buttonscarves untuk ekspansinya di negara Malaysia. Dalam penulisan artikel jurnal ini penulis menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan instrumen studi literatur seperti e-book, e-journal, berita – berita online, serta berbagai situs online seperti media sosial, web.

Abstract

Halal fashion mengalami pertumbuhan pesat yang berarti terdapat peningkatan kapasitas dalam proses produksi bisnis ini. Hal tersebut turut mempengaruhi kerusakan ekosistem dan membawa dampak nyata bagi kesejahteraan manusia. Fenomena ini mendorong tindakan pencegahan kerusakan lebih lanjut dengan cara mendesain ulang ekonomi sebagai alternatif berkelanjutan yang perlu dilakukan dengan konsep ekonomi sirkular. Tujuan penelitian ini memberikan gambaran umum tentang implementasi paradigma ekonomi sirkular dalam pengembangan halal fashion. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian literatur dengan jenis data sekunder terhadap berbagai sumber publikasi ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat keterkaitan antara ajaran agama Islam dalam mengatur umatnya yang secara sadar menumbuhkan keterikatan sosial dalam kegiatan ekonomi, termasuk menjaga lingkungan. Fokus ekonomi sirkular dan ideologi Islam Maqasid al-Shariah yang memiliki kesamaan juga tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan bantuan teknologi. Konvergensi antara proses industri dengan teknologi menjadi strategi utama bagi transisi yang mulus dari ekonomi linier menjadi ekonomi sirkular.
