Juremi: Jurnal Riset Ekonomi is a research base journal published by Bajang Institute. The journal published six times per year. This journal started publishes since 2021 In the following year of publication, the journal is going to publish trianually. Any interested author could submit the manuscript following the submission guidelines. Please read these guidelines carefully. Authors who want to submit their manuscript to the editorial office of Jurnal Amal should obey the writing guidelines. If the manuscript submitted is not appropriate with the guidelines or written in a different format, it will be REJECTED by the editors before further reviewed. The editors will only accept the manuscripts which meet the assigned format. Every article that goes to the editorial staff will be selected through Desk Review and Initial Manuscript Evaluation processes by Editorial Board. Then, the articles will be sent to the Mitra Bebestari/peer reviewer and will go to the next selection by Double-Blind Peer-Review Process. Further details on reviewing policy and processes are available on submission guidelines. The aim of this journal publication is to disseminate the conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in the area of community services. All manuscripts submitted to the journal recommended being written in good English or Bahasa Indonesia. The scope and focus is related to research in economics, accounting, management and also economic education studies such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, development studies, behavioral economics, human resource management, finance, leadership management, marketing, accounting and research on education in economical. This journal also publishes articles related to the study of banking, small and medium enterprises, stock market, Islamic economics, Islamic banking, Islamic accounting and other sharia-related economic fields. And also publishes development policy studies. In accordance with its scope, the Juremi: Jurnal Riset Ekonomi welcomes multidisciplinary articles related to economic research, management, accounting, and economic education both conventional and sharia. This journal accepts qualitative research and quantitative research. The journal aims to publish a scientific article from researchers from Indonesia and other countries.

Abstract

This study aims to summarize the results of previous studies and provide suggestions for further researchers to expand the variables by adding relevant moderating variables to be used in assessing their effect on Going Concern Audit Opinion (GCO). Audit opinion is an important and useful thing for companies that can be used as one of the considerations for creditors or investors to lend some money or to invest. The researcher uses a systematic literature review methodology approach (SLR) with a selected sample of 34 journals published for the period 2006 to 2021. The results show that the factors that have a significant influence on going concern audit opinions are the previous year's audit opinion, debt default, liquidity, auditor reputation and audit lag. Meanwhile, financial distress is a moderating factor for the influence of auditor reputation, auditor switching, and leverage on the acceptance of going concern audit opinions.

Abstract

Di zaman teknologi yang sudah berkembang sekarang ini, perusahaan sangat memerlukan teknologi informasi untuk mendukung dan meningkatkan kinerja mereka. Tidak terkecuali pada perusahaan manufaktur yang mempunyai proses bisnis yang sangat besar perlu menerapkan manajemen rantai pasok dan ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). Manajemen Rantai Pasok dapat mengembangkan kapasitas total perusahaan melalui pemaksimalan waktu, lokasi dan aliran kuantitas bahan. Sedangkan ERP merupakan sebuah sistem informasi yang didesain untuk mengkoordinasikan seluruh sumber daya, informasi dan kegiatan yang dibutuhkan perusahaan dan dapat memberikan nilai terhadap manajemen rantai pasok. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah pendekatan deskripitif. Metode ini merupakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui internet. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT Semen Padang telah menerapkan manajemen rantai pasok dan ERP dengan cukup baik, sehingga hal ini dapat meningkatkan keunggulan dan daya saing perusahaan.

Abstract

Whether in times of peace or turbulence, most SME focus on customer satisfaction have bring up interest, intention to purchase and loyalty. Since it is highly competitive industry, customer tend to choose better service quality that provided. The purpose is to empirically examine the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction at one of the Indonesia Franchise Cuisine, in city of Medan, North Sumatera. Method used is a quantitative analysis to study the relationship between two variables, through distributing online questionnaires and interviews with adaptation of purposive or judgement sampling, which is investigated with linear regression, coefficient determination and hypothesis testing. It is concluded that service quality portrays strength of 79.2% in determining customer satisfaction and the remaining is influenced by other factors as example from price, product quality; finally results justify the existence of service quality influence towards customer satisfaction in Indonesian Franchise cuisine. It is recommended the franchise to improve the performance to achieve better result as this will increase the competitive advantage in the market, so that it is also ready for International Market, for example in Asia or other countries in the world. In addition, hiring more staff to improve the service delivery and provide training experience will increase performance.

Abstract

Ketika karyawan merasa tidak puas dengan sifat pekerjaan yang mereka lakukan, tingkat komitmen mereka bisa saja disengaja berkurang dan karena karyawan adalah ruang mesin dari sebuah organisasi, ketidakpuasan mereka dengan sifat pekerjaan yang mereka lakukan juga dapat menimbulkan ancaman bagi kinerja keseluruhan organisasi. Tujuan utama dari Literature Review ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Literature Review dengan menggunakan database Emerald, ScienceDirect, dan Google Scholar. Hasil pencarian yang memenuhi kriteria kemudian dilakukan analisis artikel. Dari 129 artikel relevan judul dan abstrak, didapatkan 5 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil review ditemukan terdapat pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Tenaga kerja merupakan faktor kunci keberhasilan organisasi, oleh karena itu organisasi menaruh banyak pemikiran dan upaya untuk menemukan tingkat kepuasan karyawan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas mereka dan mencapai tujuan organisasi secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a considerable effect on the health sector, especially on health services. Restrictions on community activities outside the home are encouraged to deal with the spread of the COVID-19 virus. The use of health technology is currently being used as a solution for online health management, one of the applications used is Halodoc. This study aims to determine the effect of security, trust and convenience on public interest in using the Halodoc application during the COVID-19 pandemic. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire distributed to the community using the Halodoc application in the Surakarta area, the sampling technique using purposive sampling and the Lemeshow equation so that a sample of 100 respondents is obtained. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that the security variable partially has a significant positive effect on interest with (p-value = 0.041) and a coefficient value of (0.185). The confidence variable partially has a significant positive effect on interest (p-value = 0.032) and the coefficient value is (0.220). The convenience variable partially has a significant positive effect on interest (p-value = 0.007) and the coefficient value is (0.368). Simultaneously, the security, trust and convenience variables have a significant influence on people's interest in using the Halodoc application (p-value < 0.001) with the contribution of the three variables being 62.5%.
