Abstract

In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, there are very many significant changes to information technology. Advances in information technology so quickly innovate in various circles of society, thanks to this progress people can carry out all activities quickly and accurately. So that the effectiveness and efficiency of an organization or agency will be good. For example, in correspondence activities at the BKPSDM, Sukabumi Regency, initially letters were made by hand and then sent through intermediaries to certain individuals or agencies and vice versa then with the existence of information technology, correspondence activities were made easier in terms of manufacture and delivery. But with this convenience, there are still some obstacles experienced, namely the existence of data redundancy, accumulation of mail data, and the absence of multi users, this causes coordination problems in each field which has an impact on the delay in processing incoming and outgoing letters. This is because the company does not yet have a management support system to bridge correspondence activities and an unorganized reporting system. To overcome this, a suitable information system management model is needed, in this study the model used enterprise architecture with the Zachman Framework method. The focus of the problem in this research is to optimize the flow of correspondence and mail reporting activities using a website-based system as the medium. The results obtained from the Zachman Framework enterprise architecture are in the form of a blueprint or blueprint which will later be used as a reference in system implementation.

Abstract

Since the end of 2019, the world has experienced a COVID-19 pandemic which affects every aspect of life. To get around and adapt in the new normal era, technology is the main tool that plays a role in changing human interaction behavior from offline to online. This encourages the diffusion of digital technology in society. One of them is the organization of events such as seminars and workshops that must continue to take place from the needs of the community. The platform commonly used in conducting virtual events is Zoom Meeting. However, there are several features that have not been accommodated in Zoom Meeting. In this study, user experience and user interface design for the EventGo visual event application were designed. Design on user experience on Zoom Meeting. Therefore, an evaluation of the UX of the Zoom Meeting application was carried out using UEQ. The UI/UX design of the EventGo application also uses UEQ. From the evaluation results, it was found that there was an increase in the average UX aspect of the EventGo application design.

Abstract

The increase in internet service users in obtaining information and knowledge has made many institutions or organizations begin to create and design websites. One of the institutions that started to build a website is UPT OAIL. In the process of forming the OAIL website, a good User experience (UX) design is needed because it affects user satisfaction in using the website. The analysis and design of user experience in this study uses the Task Centered System Design (TCSD) method. The TCSD method can identify user needs and task needs. The stages in the research are user identification and observation, user and organization requirements analysis, design as scenario and walkthrough evaluate. In this study, identification and observation were carried out by interviewing UPT OAIL staff as well as prospective users. The test is based on the usability method using USE Questionare on the ease of use dimension. The results of the study obtained that the interpretation score for testing the ease of use dimension was 94.2% with the conclusion that the average user or respondent chose the design of each page and the features made were very easy to use.

Abstract

Kabupaten Karawang is an area ranked 3rd as an area that has the potential to be prone to violence against children. Every year from 2016 to 2020 always shows an increasing number every year. Classification with data mining by applying the 4.5 algorithm is expected to be a solution to reduce the number of violence against children in Karawang Regency. The data that has been obtained is validated using k-fold cross validation and then evaluated using a confusion matrix and ROC curve. The C4.5 algorithm can be used to classify data on violence against children in Karawang Regency and get good results. The results of the confusion matrix using 60:40 split data on the violence dataset in children in Karawang Regency produce an accuracy value of 82.8125%, a precision value of 96.8% and a recall value of 90.5%. While the evaluation with the ROC curve with the classification quality "Good Classification" of 0.897. The 70:30 data split method was evaluated with the confusion matrix, resulting in an accuracy value of 93.2432%, precision of 94.5% and recall of 87.5%. While the evaluation with the ROC curve with the classification quality "Excellent Classification" of 0.953. The 80:20 data split method was evaluated with the confusion matrix, resulting in an accuracy value of 92.9142%, a precision of 91.7% and a recall of 81%. While the evaluation with the ROC curve with the classification quality "Excellent Classification" of 0.941.

Abstract

Today's advances in technology and information make communication easier, so that the flow of information can quickly spread. The ease also allows anyone to upload anything on online platforms such as blogs, comments to news articles, social media, etc. that could lead to ambiguity of information or even lead to misleading information. Fake news is information that contains things that are uncertain or not a fact that actually happened. One of the popular news topics nowadays is about the covid-19 virus. This research evaluates the performance of Multinomial Naïve Bayes and Bernoulli Naïve Bayes in conducting fake news classifications related to covid-19. Beside that, we used Modified Enhanced Confix Stripping Stemmer in performing indonesian word standardization that has a variety of shapes and structures. The evaluation showed that Bernoulli Naïve Bayes model had the best performance than Multinomial Naïve Bayes, with the accuracy value of 91%, precision 0.93, recall 0.92, and f-1 score 0.92. In addition, the performance of Modified Enhanced Confix Stripping Stemmer (Modified ECS) algorithm is also perform very well in standardizing words (stemming) Indonesian language.

Abstract

According to Law No. 14/1967 concerning banking principles, it is explained that financial institutions are all entities that carry out their activities in the financial sector. withdraw money from the people and channel it into the people. Financial institutions have large data on financial facilities. In order to improve the quality of information disclosure to the public, financial institutions require the application of financial facilities as a means to register the financial facilities they have. This financial facility application consists of two platforms, namely web-based and mobile-based, so that a mechanism is needed to process data transactions between different platforms and can support interoperability between systems. Web service is a standard used in conducting data transactions between systems, because applications that exchange data can be written in a variety of programming languages and run on a variety of different platforms. The financial facility web service is built using node js with asynchronous javascript programming language so that it has better performance in handling requests. In this study, the web service was built using a REST architecture that uses the HTTP protocol to exchange data. Tests have been carried out to see the results of the web service using insomnia software. The results of this study indicate that web services can be a bridge for communication and data transactions between financial facility search applications and can run well and are able to support interoperability between systems.

Abstract

In particular, Sorong Regency, West Papua, where the availability of veterinarians is still relatively low. The problems that occur in the regency make it difficult for experts to deal with a disease that occurs in livestock, especially cattle. This also makes it difficult for people to diagnose certain diseases experienced by their livestock, so that handling becomes slow and resulting in the risk of death for livestock. This research aims to create an application system to diagnose cattle disease base on android to make it easier for breeders to diagnose symptoms of a disease that occurs in their cattle (cow). The process carried out is by interviewing experts consisting of three paramedics, the results obtained are in the form of disease data, symptoms, and solutions which are used as data on the system. The data that has been analyzed using the Forward Chaining method results in an android-based expert system, help breeders’ difficulties in diagnosing cattle diseases. The results obtained are that the system created to produce a disease that is in accordance with the exiting symptoms. The system is very helpful for farmers in Sorong Regency, they hope that ini the future the system can be updated if there are new diseases or symptoms. The data provided by animal husbandry department and experts are very helpful in this research.`

Abstract

The Blood donation is an activity of taking blood from someone voluntarily to be kept as stock or given to patients in need. Blood donation activities are channeled through the Blood Transfusion Unit (UTD) of the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) which is engaged in blood donation services for the community in their respective regions. Lack of public awareness of blood donation and ineffective blood donation activities during the pandemic caused the blood stock supply at PMI Sukabumi Regency to be running low and even empty. The purpose of this research is to create a blood donor inFormation system that is equipped with a website-based Geographic InFormation System. GIS is used to store and display inFormation on potential donors in a digital map. This study uses the Togaf Architecture Development Method approach which was developed using the PHP Version 7 programming language, MySQL 3.2.2 database and open source Leafletjs. The result of this research is a website-based geographic inFormation system for blood donors (SIGDORAH).

Abstract

The need for information technology at this time has become an obligation for every company or organization. One that applies the development of information technology is ABC University. ABC University is a university that was founded in 2012 and along with the development of educational infrastructure every year, in 2020 ABC University has just completed the construction of an integrated laboratory building that functions as a place for research, learning, and academic and non-academic activities. This Integrated Laboratory will be used by 17 study programs at ABC University, more than 3000 students as well as lecturers and the academic community. With the limited number of rooms and laboratory assets for a large number of laboratory users, a system that functions to facilitate the use of laboratories is needed, starting from scheduling laboratory use, borrowing laboratory space, and borrowing laboratory equipment, Therefore, an information system needs to be developed in order to meet the needs of the ABC University Integrated Laboratory, namely the ABC University Integrated Laboratory Management Information System (MIS). The method used in developing this Integrated Laboratory SIM is the Scrum method which includes sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. Based on 5 iterations during the development process of the Integrated Laboratory MIS, the total backlog items obtained were 65 backlog items. The ABC University Integrated Laboratory MIS has also been hosted on ABC University's servers and can be accessed via the https://labterpadu.itk.ac.id link.

Abstract

The Environmental Office in the City of Salatiga is a government agency which engaged in the environmental sector. The employee data collection system currently used is still manual by recording data of employee with Microsoft Excel afterwards the data will be stored in a form of archive or printed. By using an ancient method this is certainly less effective due to it will take a lot of time and make the data will be lost easily. Therefore, we need a web-based information system to make all easier for officers to collect employee data. In this study a web-based employee data collection of information system was built using a Laravel Framework. The Laravel Framework is used to make a build system convenient to implement and already provides any kind of features such as database migration and integration unit testing support to supply an easiness for the developers to build applications. This study aims to create an employee data collection information system so that it can be used to facilitate the officers to collect the data of employees at the Environmental Office in the City of Salatiga. The result of this study is showed that by using this kind of application, performance of employee can be improved efficiently.
