Abstract

The National Police of the Republic of Indonesia as one of the institutions that has the task of maintaining stability and realizing internal security includes maintaining security and order and law enforcement in the community. In the effort to prevent and overcome crime, community policing carried out by Bhayangkara Pembina Community Security and Order or abbreviated as Bhabinkamtibmas has a very important role. The legal basis for implementing Community Policing is the National Police Chief Regulation Number 3 of 2015 concerning Community Policing. The main task of bhabinkamtibmas is to develop community policing in the village, so bhabinkamtibmas is placed in the village or sub-district in order to reduce the crime rate in the area or village by realizing its main tasks and functions. However, in practice, the role of community policing has not been maximally implemented. This is because there are factors that hinder it, for example the limited number of personnel that is not proportional to the size of an area, especially in the jurisdiction of the Gorontalo Police and there are still many members of Bhabinkamtibmas who have not received police education in the field of Binmas and Intelkam. The method used in this paper is using empirical research methods, legal research based on the facts obtained in the field. The role of Community Policing carried out by Bhabinkamtibmas in crime prevention and control is very important because with the role they carry out they can help solve problems faced by the community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence physical endurance has on the performance of Driver Outsourced Workers (TKAD) at PT. Bank Sumut Medan Head Office. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with several tests, namely reliability analysis , classical assumption deviation test and linear regression . Based on the results of the primary data regression which was processed using SPSS 18, the following multiple linear regression equation was obtained: Y = 0.934 + 0.020 + 0.991 + e . Partially, the general endurance variable (X1) has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of the Outsourced Workforce (TKAD) Driver PT. Bank Sumut Medan Head Office, as evidenced by the value of t count < t table (1.070 > 1.687). While the muscle endurance variable (X2) has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the Outsourced Workforce (TKAD) Driver PT. Bank Sumut Medan Head Office, as evidenced by the value of t count > t table (58,528 > 1,687). Simultaneously, the general endurance variable (X1) and muscle endurance (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Outsourced Workforce (TKAD) Driver PT. Bank Sumut Medan Head Office. This means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, as evidenced by the calculated F value > F table (2248 .802 > 3.25). The general endurance variable (X1) and muscle endurance (X2) were able to contribute influence on the performance variable by 99.2 % while the remaining 0.8% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the conclusions above, the authors suggest that companies should pay more attention to the health of the Outsourced Workers (TKAD), especially drivers so that their health is maintained by providing health and safety guarantees by covering all hospital costs and medicines when they are sick.

Digital India is the result of a great number of technology advances and new inventions that have been developed over time. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is credited for being the driving force behind the "Digital India" plan. The ambitious Digital India initiative has been launched by the government of India. The ultimate goal of this initiative is to transform India into an informed economy and a digitally empowered society with good governance for citizens. Without a doubt, the beginning of the digital revolution can be traced back to the first time digitization was implemented. The BJP government in India is responsible for the realization of this dream. As a direct result of this goal, the government has worked to increase internet connectivity as well as online infrastructure in order to make public services available to all people of the country, especially those who live in remote areas. The purpose of the initiative was to support India in its efforts to become a more economically and technologically developed nation. Before it can be properly implemented, there are a number of challenges that need to be conquered first. The purpose of the study is to shed light on the potentials as well as the inadequacies of the digital India programme.
