Abstract

Introduction: Devotion to the Preparation of Haruku State Regulations Concerning the Management of Coastal and Marine Resources is an activity to form a state regulation so that all interests related to the Management of Coastal and Marine Areas Resources are accommodated and the creation of a regulation that creates harmony between communities.Purposes of Devotion: To produce a State Regulation product that regulates and organizes life in Haruku Country so that the people who are governed by the law obtain certainty, benefit and justice in the life of the state and society, especially in the Management of Coastal and Marine Area Resources. Method of Devotion: Activities are carried out using the method of compiling laws and regulations, especially the formation of village/traditional village legal products.Results of the Devotion: Preparation of state regulations as a form of practicing the principle of a welfare state where in Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning villages gives authority to villages to manage their own natural resources, both resources in mountainous areas and at sea. but then there are often various villages that find it difficult to manage their resources especially when you see that there are so many resources that exist in the sea and coastal areas starting from the abundance of fish, coral reefs, agar-agar and there are still many marine biota that must be managed properly by the people in In a country, this happens due to the lack of a clear regulation regarding the management of resources in coastal and marine areas as a benchmark, namely in one of the areas in Maluku, namely Haruku country, which does not yet have state regulations regarding the management of coastal and marine areas. So it is considered important. there is a state regulation that provides guarantees and guidance for the country in managing resources in coastal and marine areas as well as the intended state regulations giving authority, therefore in order to make these regulations, a Haruku country needs guidance in carrying out the preparation of these state regulations.

Abstract

Introduction: Crime is a social symptom of society. Crime grows and develops along with the growth and development of society. Policies in the use of criminal law are closely correlated with criminalization.Purposes of Devotion: Provide understanding to the community in Kilo 9 Village, Kawatu Hamlet, West Seram Regency (SBB), about the mechanism of handling cases of general crimes in Criminal Procedure Law. Method of Devotion: Conducting surveys and discussions to obtain the information needed and set goals in socialization activities. At the preparatory stage is also carried out preparing the material.Results of the Devotion: The implementation of community service activities in the village of RTKilo 9, West Seram district (SBB), can be found and it is known that the mechanism of handling cases in Criminal Procedure Law, including; preliminary examination stage examination stage in the trial, the stage of Criminal implementation, especially criminal Agency of Inter-Institutional Relations in the process of resolving cases and criminal case settlement Model according to Restorative Justice, consists of Victim-Offender Reconciliation or Mediaton Programs (VORP), Sentencing circles or Healing circles, and Prisoner Assistance Programs.

Abstract

Introduction: Violence against children is any act against a child which results in physical, psychological, sexual misery or suffering, and/or neglect, including threats to commit acts, coercion, or deprivation of liberty by means against the law.Purposes of Devotion: This activity aims to integrate the Child Protection Program from Sexual violence into the policies of Mebongo Village, Sumalata District; Align the Village Child Protection Program from Sexual violence with Village policies in Sumalata District; Encourage the participation of all community groups in preventing and handling sexual violence against children. Method of Devotion: The form of the program is Socialization and Capacity Strengthening of Village Policies in order to realize Child Protection which provides justice and a sense of security that is needed and also to increase participation and a sense of shared responsibility in society, so that it can contribute to related institutional roles primarily at the village government level.Results of the Devotion: From the results of discussions with the community, it was obtained that the majority acknowledged the lack of education regarding good patterns of handling sexual violence, which refers to steps taken to identify, help, and protect children who are victims of violence, including access to justice for child victims and perpetrators. . This effort is carried out through networking (including advocacy) with affordable and quality support services for victims, perpetrators and children at risk. Then on the regulatory side, the Village does not yet have supporting facilities related to regulations that protect the rights of children who experience sexual violence

Abstract

Introduction: Mangrove forests are indispensable for coastal communities, because they can protect their areas when the water is high tide and very strong winds. Tourism with management by residents always prioritizes a bottom-up approach, and sustainable tourism always prioritizes a top-down approach.Purposes of Devotion: After participating in mentoring activities, the preparation / empowerment of indigenous peoples in the implementation of the Mangrove Tourism Village Program in Ahoi Rat Kecamatam Kei Kecil Timur, Southeast Maluku Regency. Method of Devotion: The implementation methods used in the realization of the Excellent Prosuk Development program are counseling, training and mentoring.Results of the Devotion: The service with the title Empowerment of Indigenous Peoples in the Implementation of the Mangrove Tourism Village Program in Ahoi Rat Kecamatam Kei Kecil Timur, Maluku Regency, was carried out in Ahoi Rat Kecamatam Kei Kecil Timur, Maluku Regency. Abstract

Introduction: Bullying can happen anytime and anywhere, both in the real world such as at school, at home, in restaurants, or in cyberspace, and can also happen to anyone, including school students.Purposes of Devotion: This service activity aims to find out about bullying, the types and juridical consequences of bullying so as to form understanding and legal awareness for PKM participants. Method of Devotion: Carrying out legal counseling activities in Talaga Hamlet, Piru, West Seram, through panel discussions in which the speaker conveys the material then followed by a question and answer session between the presenter and the participants.Results of the Devotion: Children as the nation's successors must be protected in their growth and development, including from crime or bullying/bullying. Legal protection for children who are victims of the crime of bullying is contained in Article 76C of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection, which substantially accommodates the prohibition against committing violence against children, then legal protection for children who are victims of bullying is not enough only through only repressive efforts, but it is much more effective if there are preventive efforts carried out, one of which is through legal counseling activities that must be carried out on an ongoing basis to foster legal understanding and awareness, as well as the active role of the school, parents and the surrounding community is very important to apply in life.

Abstract

Introduction: The authority possessed by the village government in forming village regulations, in addition to the authority possessed by the village, in the administration of government in the village must be based on mutually established regulations. Counseling carried out in the Poka village with the consideration that if you look at the development of the formation of village regulations, there are still many obstacles faced, namely the limitations of human resources.Purposes of Devotion: Provide legal understanding of Establishment of village regulations in Poka Village, Teluk Ambon District, Ambon City. Method of Devotion: The method used is counseling law to the community, especially to the Poka village government and the Poka village BPD.Results of the Devotion: The implementation of these activities is known that there are many problems in the capacity to form village regulations, this has an impact on the administration of government which is only based on ordinary government management, without any breakthroughs in the formation of village regulations which are the basis for innovation in the development of poka village development.

Abstract

Introduction: Teenagers as holders of the baton for the next generation of the nation must be maintained in their growth and development. The phenomenon of juvenile delinquency today can be found in society.Purposes of Devotion: Community Service Activities are expected to provide answers about the development of juvenile delinquency and its legal consequences. The purpose of building legal awareness for children from juvenile delinquency is to provide education and understanding of legal regulations relating to children so that children in the future are not affected to commit acts of violence from juvenile delinquency that can lead to legal repercussions or consequences for the child. Method of Devotion: Carrying out legal counseling activities in Erie Hamlet, Nusaniwe Country, Ambon City, Maluku through panel discussions in which the presenters take turns presenting the material then followed by a question and answer session between the presenters and participants.Results of the Devotion: Teenagers as holders of the baton for the next generation of the nation must be maintained in their growth and development. Efforts to tackle juvenile delinquency cannot be done alone, but in overcoming it there must be cooperation between all elements, namely parents, the school, in this case the teacher who acts as a parent in the school, the government and the community.
