Abstract

Performance of effectiveness is the ability to succeed in a work carried out by workers in producing something expected, and choosing the right goals to achieve the set goals. Performance of effectiveness can increase if a person has the skills and expertises in accordance with the demands of the work. The effectiveness of an employee's performance has several indicators as a guide to measure the level of success towards the effectiveness of employee performance. This research was aimed to explain the effectiveness of employee performance on the electronic-based filing system in the office of PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Transmission Main Unit, Eastern Java and Bali. This study utilized qualitative research, where its explained the effectiveness of employee’s performance. The data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques applied in this study ere information gathering, data reduction, data presentation, and final conclusions. Data validation techniques in this study were source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. The results of this study indicated that the effectiveness of employee work in the use of an electronic-based filing system in the office of PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Transmission Main Unit, Eastern Java and Bali. (1) the ability to adapt to the employees at this stage, employees of the PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Main Unit Transmission Office for Eastern Java and Bali are already able to adapt in designing change management strategies, understand the technology and are able to conduct ongoing training, it was demonstrated by several informant exposure. (2) employee performance, at this stage the employees of PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Main Transmission Unit for Eastern Java and Bali have been able to improve their skills or skills by participating in several activities and ongoing training according to their field of work, then employees are able to increase their job loyalty so as to obtain maximum results, as well as improve work discipline. (3) Employee job satisfaction in this stage the employees of the PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Main Unit Transmission Office for Eastern Java and Bali have achieved job satisfaction by providing a good work environment, and supported by supporting facilities so as to provide morale to employees. PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Transmission Main Unit for Eastern Java and Bali in supporting the effectiveness of employee performance by providing full support to all of its employee bureaucracy both structurally and functionally. Abstract

Shopping is generally just buying the materials or products that are needed, but with the many variations of various products today, students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Muhammadiyah Metro University spend more time choosing materials or products that are not only needed but also wanted and cause purchases suddenly without regard to the benefits of these goods. The factors that encourage students to do impulse buying include promotions/discounts, attractive models or just satisfying feelings. This research was conducted at Muhammadiyah Metro University. This study aims to determine the role of shopping lifestyle as a mediating variable between hedonic shopping values ​​and utilitarian values ​​on impulse buying in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Metro. This study used 92 respondents as the research sample and the sampling technique used accidental sampling. The data analysis method used is a quantitative analysis method including equation test, model test and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that the two independent variables, namely hedonic shopping value and utilitarian value, have an effect on impulse buying and the shopping lifestyle variable mediates these two variables so that each variable has an effect on impulse buying.

Abstract

Based on the data increasing human productivity in the company is not only related to the problem of scheduling work and skills in completing work but also regarding the conditions and atmosphere of work and work relationships that exist among co-workers. At PT. Tangerang Gas Industri certainly needs employees who are productive at work because it is a company in the fields of pre-commissioning, Gas Service, Trading and Industrial Suppliers. Employee productivity depends on individual work productivity, thus depending on each individual in carrying out their work. This study has a goal, namely to find out whether there is an influence between compensation on employee job satisfaction. To determine whether there is influence of the work environment on employee job satisfaction. To find out whether there is an effect of compensation on employee work productivity. To determine whether there is influence of the work environment on employee productivity. To find out whether there is an influence between job satisfaction on employee work productivity. The sample of this research are employees of PT. Tangerang Gas Industry with 36 employees. Data collection used a questionnaire, and data analysis used a Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, Linearity Test and Regression Significance and Path 2 Substructural Analysis with the program (SPSS 20). The results showed that there was a direct effect of compensation and work environment on employee productivity, there was a direct effect of compensation and work environment on job satisfaction, and there was a direct effect of job satisfaction on employee productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to study the factors that affect underpricing in IPO shares, this is intended so that companies that will go public can anticipate the risk of loss. This study tries to identify these factors in healthcare sector companies that IPO in 2018. Some factors that can affect underpricing are underwriter reputation, stock offering percentage and profitability.This study uses a quantitative type of research. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling with the aim of obtaining samples that are in accordance with the purpose of the study. This study took the population of healthcare sector companies that conducted IPOs on the IDX from 2018. During 2018 there were 3 issuers in the healthcare sector that conducted IPOs on the IDX. Then it was re-selected into 2 company stocks as a research sample. The analysis used in this study used descriptive statistical data analysis and classical assumption tests. What is then tested using multiple regression analysis consisting of hypothesis test, F test and THail test from this study are: 1. Underwriter's reputation negatively affects the level of underpricing. 2. The Share Offering Percentage has a positive effect on the level of underpricing. 3. ROE profitability has a positive effect on the level of underpricing

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the role of public services and employee performances inincreasing public awareness of population administration through the PopulationAdministration Aware Community Environment Program (KALIMASADA) in Gebang PutihVillage, Surabaya City. The public services and employee performances which assisted by theKALIMASADA program are later on expected to increase awareness for the public who donot yet know about the importance of population administration. This research was aqualitative research with a descriptive approach applied data collection techniques throughinterviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used reduction,data presentation and conclusion. The results of the study showed that the role of publicservants and employee performance in increasing public awareness of populationadministration (adminduk) has been well implemented. However, there are several thingsthat must be improved, such as supporting infrastructure so that services run optimally, thenthe efforts to improve the quality of human resources (HR) in the Gebang Putih Village areexpected to be involved in training to expedite the service process. With the KALIMASADAprogram, population document management activities in the Gebang Putih sub-district haveincreased in order to be more responsive in giving service and increasing the public interestin managing administrative documents.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out whether there was an influence of organizational culture and working environment towards the employee performance with motivation as a moderating variable at the taqwa mulia store at Batanghari sub-district. The research Methods applied Descriptive and quantitative approaches. The population and sample were the employees of taqwa mulia shop at Batanghari sub-district, with a total of 38 employees. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The research data were analyzed by testing the prerequisites instrument, namely the Pearson product moment validity test. Furthermore, the reliability test used the Cronbach alpha test. Furthermore, to test the research hypothesis, the researcher utilized normality test, linearity test and homogeneity test. Next, a multiple linear regression test, T test, F test were performed and tested with the moderating variable in order to analyze the data of this study. Furthermore, data analysis were undertaken through moderated regression analysis (MRA) with the SPSS program. Based on the results of this study, it showed that: 1) organizational culture influenced the employee performance. 2) the working environment had a positive effect on the employee performance, 3) the organizational culture which was moderated by motivational variables had an acceptable value, so it can be concluded that motivational variables are able to moderate organizational culture on the employee performance. 4) the working environment is moderated by the variable motivation which has an acceptable value. Based on these results it can be concluded that the motivational variable is able to moderate organizational culture on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out whether price had an effect on brand image. Tofind out whether taste had an effect on brand image. To find out whether the price affects thepurchase decision. To find out whether taste had an effect on purchasing decisions. To findout whether the price and the taste affect purchasing decisions with brand image as theintervening variable. The sample of this research was 58 Management Batch Students of the2019 in Muhammadiyah University of Metro. Data were collected through questionnairesheets, and the data analysis used validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneitytest, linearity test of significance regression, and path analysis using the program (SPSS).The results showed that the price and the taste had a positive and significant effects onpurchasing decisions, the price and the taste had a positive and significant effects on brandimage, and the price and the taste had positive and significant effects on purchasingdecisions with brand image as the intervening variable.

Abstract

Based on the previous observation which yielded the initial data regarding to the level of achievement on the employee performance, it turned out that it still did not fully show good achievement. An institution needs a leader who is able to provide direction to his subordinates where one of the goals is to direct all employees for obeying the rules have been made in order to make the employee performance increase. For this reason, it is necessary to have a quality leader so that later on he is able to lead his subordinates well so that, the organizational goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently. This study aimed at determining whether the leadership style of a leader influenced the employee performance, to determine whether work discipline effects employee performance, to determine whether the leadership style and work discipline affect the job satisfaction as a moderating variable and to determine whether work discipline influences job satisfaction as a moderating variable. The sample of this research was the employees of the Housing Department and Residential Areas of Metro City with totaling 59 employees. The collected data were carried out by distributing questionnaires. Furthermore, the collected data were analyzed by applying the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Data of Frequency Distribution, Normality Test, Linearity Test, Homogenia Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, Coefficient of Determination Test, MRA Interaction Test and Statistical Hypothesis test using program (SPSS 25). The results of this study showed that there was a positive and significant influences between Leadership style on Employee Performance, there was a Positive and Significant influence between Work Discipline and Employee Performance, there was a positive and significant influence of Leadership Style between Employee Performance and Job Satisfaction as a Moderating Variable, there was a positive and significant influence Significance of Work Discipline and Employee Performance on Job Satisfaction as a Moderating Variable. Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in financial performance between state-ownedcommercial banks using the CAMEL ratio to determine whether the bank's performance is inthe healthy predicate or not. In this study identified Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), BankMandiri, Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), State Savings Bank (BTN), in 2019-2021. Thisresearch method is calculated using the ratio of Capital, Assets, Management, Earnings,Liquidity (CAMEL). The results of this study use the CAR, NPL/NPF, NPM, and LDR ratiosof the five state-owned commercial banks in the 2019-2021 period with different predicates.Bank Rakyat Indonesia and Bank Tabungan Negara tend to get healthy predicates, whileBank Nasional Indonesia and Bank Syariah Indonesia have various predicates. However,Bank Mandiri tends to have an unhealthy predicate in 2019-2021 based on the NPL ratio.For the ROA ratio of the five state-owned commercial banks, it tends to get a healthypredicate, only in 2019 and 2021 the State Savings Bank has an unhealthy ROA ratio. As forthe BOPO ratio, the five state-owned commercial banks tend to be unhealthy in the 2019-2021 period. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to improve the financial performanceof these banks in order to make a greater contribution to the national economy. For the LDRratio of the five state-owned commercial banks for the 2019-2021 period it tends to behealthy, the State Savings Bank for the 2019-2021 LDR ratio tends to be unhealthy.

Abstract

Sales in the marketing process within a company is an important factor for a company, because failure to sell goods will result in the development of the company in the future. For this reason, companies must try to find the right strategy in order to survive and be able to meet the goals to be achieved by the company in the form of maximum profit by increasing sales. This study aims to determine the influence of psychic abilities, psychological, social and non-social environment together on increasing sales of employees at Metro ACC Metro City. The research design is quantitative research or verification research. The method used in this research is the ability of psychic, psychological, social and non-social environment as well as increasing sales. The population and research sample were all employees at Metro ACC Metro City with a total sample taken of 30 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is data quality analysis and Multiple Linear Regression with the SPSS program. The results showed that psychic abilities, psychological abilities and the social environment had a significant effect on increasing sales, while the non-social environment had no significant effect on increasing sales. Simultaneous test results show the ability of psychic, psychological, social environment and non-social environment together have a significant effect on increasing sales.
