Abstract

Purchasing decisions from consumers regarding the products they produce is something thatis of concern to every business person in formulating a strong marketing strategy in order tomaximize profits, create consumer satisfaction and be able to compete with businesses. Thereis a problem at the location of the object of my research, namely the decline in decisions.purchases caused by promotions and selling prices compared to competitors resulted in adecrease in consumers and made consumers consider purchasing decisions at the BaksoKembar Home Industry in Metro City. This research aims to find out whether promotionsinfluence halal labeling, to find out whether price influences halal labeling, to find outwhether promotions influence purchasing decisions, to find out whether price influencespurchasing decisions, to find out whether halal labeling influences purchasing decisions.This research uses quantitative research, taking a sample of 57 Bakso Kembar Metro Cityconsumers. Data collection uses the questionnaire method and data analysis uses ValidityTest, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, Linearity Test and Variable Regression Analysis using the program (SPSS 22). The results of the research show that thereis a direct influence between Promotion on Halal Labeling, There is a direct influencebetween Price on Halal Labeling, There is a direct influence between Promotion onPurchasing Decisions, There is a direct influence between Price on Purchasing Decisions,There is a direct influence between Labeling Halal on Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Waqf symbolizes a social, and economic institution or body that has a useful and meaningful contribution to the welfare of humanity and the Islamic nation economically, socially, and religiously. Implementing waqf means that modern environmental conditions seek to interpret comprehensive knowledge from various perspectives: Sharia economics, contemporary fiqh, and Islamic ethics. This article aims to analyze the implementation of waqf in these three perspectives and to convey a more comprehensive picture and perception regarding the relevance, and contribution of waqf in terms of economic development and the welfare of the community. With a theoretical approach, this article tries to explore the potential of waqf in improving community welfare under Sharia principles. The research methods use qualitative, from the understanding of social symptoms, library reading studies, literature, descriptive materials, and observations that occur. The conclusion is that optimal waqf implementation requires synergy between Sharia Law, Sharia economic principles, and community ethics to achieve sustainable public welfare.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether Consumer Trust, Perception of Benefits andPerception of Ease of Use influence Purchase Intention. A quantitative approach was used inthis research, namely an approach where the data is in the form of numbers or qualitativefigures. The population in this study were active Instagram followers of Rpshop Metro City.Taking the minimum number of research samples is by multiplying the indicators by thenumbers 5 to 10, then the indicators in the existing variables are 16 multiplied by the number5, which is 80 respondents. The data collection technique used was using interviews,documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis used includes validity test, reliability test,normality test, linearity test, homogeneity test and multiple linear regression analysis withthe help of the SPSS version 25.0 application. Consumer Trust, Perception of Benefits andPerception of Ease of Use have a positive and significant influence on Purchase Interest atRp Shop Kota Metro

Abstract

Service is the most important thing to prioritize in the service sector. Service that is well received by consumers means that the service is right on target. Apart from that, this will be a consumer assessment of the airline's employees and company which can provide a positive image. The formulation of the problem in this research is 1) Does empowerment have an effect on employee commitment? 2) Does internal service quality influence employee commitment? 3) Do empowerment and internal service quality together influence employee commitment? The research sample was Lion Group employees at Radin Inten II International Airport. This research has a population of 18 people < 30 people, so this research will use the entire population without drawing a research sample as a unit of observation which is called a census technique. The analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression tests with the SPSS application. From the research results it can be concluded that empowerment has a positive and significant influence on employee commitment. Internal service quality has a positive and significant influence on employee commitment. Empowerment and internal service quality together have a positive and significant influence on employee commitment.

Abstract

the author gives the title of this thesis "The influence of marketing communications on purchasing decisions with purchase interest as an intervening variable among consumers of Beautycare Metro Lampung" The main problem in the research is the fluctuation in the number of visitors to Cantika Beautycare Metro Lampung, however, to maintain its position as one of the superior beauty clinics, Cantika Beauycare must be able to implement the right marketing strategy. This research aims to examine the influence of marketing communications on purchasing decisions with purchase interest as an intervening variable for Cantika Beautycare Metro Lampung consumers. The variables used in this research are marketing communications as an independent variable, purchase interest as an intervening variable and purchasing decisions as a dependent variable. The data source in the research is primary data where the data collection method uses a questionnaire method distributed at Cantika Beautycare Lampung. The number of samples whose data were successfully processed was 50 respondents. The sample selection method used was the simple random sampling method. Where all populations have the same opportunity to be selected as samples. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of hypothesis testing in this research show that marketing communication and purchasing interest have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Cantika BeautycareMetro Lampung products. Abstract

In an effort to develop a business, there are a number of tasks and steps that must be taken toachieve optimal business opportunities and maintain competitiveness in the market. Thebroiler business is one example of a promising business that has good potential in thebusiness world, this can be seen from the continuous increase in demand. The purpose of thisstudy was to determine the development strategy of broiler business by identifying relatedmatters in internal factors including strengths and weaknesses, as well as external factorsincluding opportunities and threats. This research uses qualitative methods, with datacollection techniques carried out by interviewing business owners and observation. The dataobtained was analyzed using SWOT which includes IFAS, EFAS, IE matrix and SWOT matrixmethods. The results of this study indicate that UD. 28 Broiler is in quadrant 2, where in thisquadrant it is required to carry out a diversification strategy that requires the Company tomake changes by changing or expanding the product range, in order to close weaknesses andtake advantage of existing opportunities.

Abstract

Turnover intention is an employee's desire to resign from work with the aim of looking for anew job based on their abilities and a feeling of dissatisfaction with work achievements sofar, therefore there is a turnover of employees in a company without any coercion fromoutside parties or, hence the cause employee turnover due to factors that influence it. Thisresearch aims to find out whether work stress has a direct effect on turnover intention. Tofind out whether workload has a direct effect on turnover intention. To find out whether thework environment has a direct effect on turnover intention. The sample for this research is allemployees at CV. Mitra Sahabat Grup totaling 45 people. Data collection usesquestionnaires and literature studies, and data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests,normality tests, linearity tests, homogeneity tests, multiple regression analysis, T tests, Ftests, and coefficient of determination (R2) tests using the program (SPSS) . The researchresults show that there is a positive and significant influence of Job Stress on TurnoverIntention. There is a positive and significant influence of Workload on Turnover Intention.There is a positive and significant influence of the work environment on turnover intention

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether E-Service Quality affects Repurchase Interest inTokopedia E-Commerce. To find out whether Customer Satisfaction affects RepurchaseInterest in Tokopedia E-Commerce. To find out whether Behavioural Intention affectsRepurchase Interest in Tokopedia E-Commerce. To find out whether E-Service Quality,Customer Satisfaction with Repurchase Interest in Tokopedia E-Commerce with BehaviouralIntention has a positive effect as an intervening variable. The sample of this study was 160students of Management Class of 2020 Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro. The data werecollected through questionnaire, then being analyzed by using validity test, reliability test,normality test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, t test, r test ofdetermination, and Regression Analysis of Mediating Variables with the Causal Step Methodvia the SPSS program, Analysis metode structural. Abstract

Customer loyalty is a form of customer loyalty to the company for purchasing the company's products. Customers who are loyal will of course make repeat purchases of the products they buy. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is a direct influence on service quality, price and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty among Metro City Memories Coffee consumers. This research uses a quantitative method by measuring research variables using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire given by Kopi Kenangan consumers in Metro City. The research population was all consumers of memorable coffee with samples taken using an accidental sampling technique so that the number of samples encountered during the research period was 68 people. The collected questionnaire data was then analyzed using a path analysis formula with two structural models. The research results show that there is a direct influence of service quality on satisfaction, there is a direct influence of price on satisfaction, there is a direct influence of service quality on loyalty, there is a direct influence of price on loyalty and there is a direct influence of customer satisfaction on loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work spirit, work commitment on employee performance. This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of 63 employees registered at PT. Pln (Persero) Up3 Metro City only 54 samples used were in accordance with predetermined criteria. The data used is secondary data distribution of questionnaires in the form of a list of questions with several alternative answers for respondents. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis and tested using the statistical packages for the social science (SPSS) version 21 program.Based on the results of statistical tests show that Work Discipline, Work Environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
