Abstract

BUMG is one of the important considerations for channeling village community initiatives in developing village potential, managing and utilizing the potential of village natural resources, optimizing human resources (village residents) in their management, and the existence of capital participation from the village government in the form of financing and gampong wealth that submitted to be managed as part of BUMG. Through the development of gampong potentials accompanied by community participation in managing BUMG, it will encourage the village economy and create village economic independence. However, ironically, of the 66 BUMGs, only 30 are active and the rest are in suspended animation. According to the Head of BUMDes, the Gampong Community Empowerment Agency (BPMG) of Langsa City, the BUMDes have no creative ideas, so they do not have market competitiveness, and the weak resources that master technology, so they cannot connect the products produced by BUMG with the market by using technology. The results showed that Langsa City BUMG is in the first quadrant, namely the Strategy Quadrant for Supporting Aggressive Strategy where this quadrant is a very profitable situation because it is supported by strengths and opportunities so that it can take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy taken is to support an aggressive growth policy (growth oriented strategy). Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the variables to be studied, namely motivation and leadership style whether they have a positive influence on work morale. The sample in this study was determined by a census approach with all employees in the company being the research sample, namely 44 people at CV. Five Main Banyuwangi. This study uses a questionnaire method, and data processing using multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing in this study used SPSS 24. Furthermore, the data obtained from filling out questionnaires, study documentation, and interviews with respondents were tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant combination and a partial effect, the independent variables namely Motivation, and Leadership Style on the production variable, namely Employee Morale at CV. Five Main Banyuwangi.

Abstract

Many businesspeople have benefited financially from this culinary industry. However, many people in the culinary industry have failed financially due of poor marketing tactics and subpar customer service. It implies that a culinary company's ability to outperform the competition depends on the adoption of an effective marketing plan and strong consumer interactions. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how brand identity and lifestyle affect purchasing decisions that are tempered by experience shopping. Slovin sampling was used to perform this study on all restaurant patrons in Medan City. Modified regression analysis is used for the analysis. Purchase decisions are unaffected by brand identity. Purchase decisions are impacted by a person's lifestyle. The impact of brand identity on purchase decisions might be tempered through experiential buying. Experiential purchasing is unable to mitigate the impact of lifestyle on purchasing choices. At eateries in Medan City, Babyboomers' purchase decisions are influenced by both brand identity and lifestyle. At eateries in Medan City, experiential buying can reduce the simultaneous effect of brand identity and lifestyle on baby boomers' purchase decisions

Abstract

Adequacy of basic food is the desire of all parties, both the government and society as a whole in the economic system. Furthermore, food plays a very high role in the formation of quality human resources. For this reason, a strategy is needed to achieve food security that can realize the availability of food in sufficient quantity and quality, distributed at affordable prices and safe for consumption for every citizen. This study focuses on the strategy of consumption patterns for food improvement in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the classification of food security and the share strategy of sustainable food consumption patterns according to important food groups to realize food policy in Indonesia. The object of research includes the level of food consumption according to important food groups per capita and the level of nutritional adequacy. The research method is based on quantitative descriptive statistical analysis method in which all data are collected, grouped and analyzed according to the needs of the research objectives. The results show that the classification of food security in Indonesian society is in the normal category based on the level of energy consumption and the level of protein consumption, which is greater than the recommended nutritional consumption and the percentage level of nutritional adequacy. Strategy analysis with the share approach of Indonesian people's food consumption patterns based on the results of the study shows that consumption patterns according to important food groups have a uniform pattern, with the composition of the dominant important food commodities, namely local rice/glutinous rice, chicken eggs/village and sugar with an average change in consumption per capita of 1.53 and a decrease in consumption patterns from 2018-2021 so that the share strategy for sustainable food consumption patterns that can be used is variety of staple foods and increasing consumption patterns of strategic staple foods. Based on the basic food variation strategy and increasing consumption patterns, the food policies that can be implemented are policies that are relevant to the food security strategy. 53 and a decrease in consumption patterns from 2018-2021 so that the share strategy for sustainable food consumption patterns that can be used is a variety of staple foods and an increase in strategic staple food consumption patterns. Abstract

Endophytic microbes can be isolated from various types of plants, one of which is from rubber leaves (Hevea brasiliensis). Rubber plants have been planted widely, which means they have the ability to adapt to environmental conditions. Apart from that, currently many rubber clones have been produced which of course harbor potential microbes in them. The potential presence of endophytic fungi can be utilized to support the growth of rubber plants. Isolation of endophytic fungi from rubber plants which have potential as biological agents for controlling diseases, one of which is leaf fall disease. The aim of this research was to determine the diversity of endophytic fungal isolates associated with rubber clone leaves using the DNA extraction method from endophytic fungi from rubber leaves. The results of PCR amplification of the genome DNA of 5 endophytic fungal isolates using primers ITS1 and ITS4 produced one DNA fragment with a size of 612 bp for Aspergillus sp. (BB1) 598 bp for Aspergillus flavus (BB2), 637 bp for Trichoderma asperelum (BB4), 610 bp for Aspergillus sp (KI1) and 621 bp for Aspergillus flavus in isolate KI3 Based on the results of BLAST analysis of the DNA fragment sequence with the fungal isolate sequence Other endophytes in the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) GeneBank show that the sequence similarity between the isolates analyzed is 99-100%.
