This research aims to analyze the phenomenon of the problem in the form of applying different promotions and product tastes at each Fore Coffee outlet causing low consumer purchasing decisions for Fore Coffee products. This is an associative type of research. The population in this research is consumers who have purchased online and offline from Fore Coffee Sun Plaza Medan and the sample is 135 respondents. The sample is withdrawn by a non-probability sampling using the purposive sampling method. The data using are primary data and secondary data are obtained through a list of statements and documentation studies. The data analysis technique employs structural equation modeling (SEM) with the analytical tools of Smart PLS. The research results directly show that online customer reviews and online customer ratings have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, online customer reviews and online customer ratings have a positive and significant effect on consumer confidence, consumer confidence has a positive and significant effect to the purchase decision. Then the test results which are carried out indirectly show that consumers trust are able to mediate online customer review correlation with purchasing decisions and are able to mediate online customer rating correlation with purchase decisions.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of consumer perceptions of the product and motivation on purchasing decisions for canako rice boxes with lifestyle as a moderating variable. The population in this study is the people of Medan City with 6 sub-districts including the sub-districts of Medan Barat, Medan Baru, Medan Polonia, Medan Johor, Medan Kota, Medan Selayang. The reason for using only 6 Medan Districts is that in terms of the distance from the Canako Rice Box outlet to the 6 Districts it is not too far away. The sampling technique in this study was non-probability sampling as many as 138 respondents. The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results of the study show that consumer perceptions of products have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Motivation influences and is significant on purchasing decisions. Lifestyle moderates consumer perceptions of products on purchasing decisions. Lifestyle moderates between motivation and purchasing decisions.

This study aims to analyze how consumer ethnocentrism affects brand value, brand image, and the purchase intention of local Indonesian fashion products among Gen Z in the city of Medan. The type of research conducted is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study is the Gen Z community in Medan city, with a sample of 150 respondents. The sample size was determined using the purposive sampling method. This research uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with the analysis tool SmartPLS version 3.0. The direct results of the research show that consumer ethnocentrism has a positive and significant impact on brand value; consumer ethnocentrism has a positive and significant impact on brand image; then consumer ethnocentrism has a positive but not significant impact on purchase intention. then, brand value has a positive but not significant impact on the purchase intention, however, brand image has a positive and significant impact on the purchase intention. Furthermore, indirect testing results reveal that brand value is not able to mediate the relationship between consumer ethnocentrism and the purchase intention, but brand image is able to mediate the relationship between consumer ethnocentrism and the purchase intention.

Air Hitam Village in Gebang District is one of the areas in Langkat Regency that produces sliced tamarind products. The fluctuating price of sliced tamarind and the price of basic ingredients for tamarind fruit causes a dilemma for craftsmen. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the decision of sliced tamarind craftsmen to remain as a sliced tamarind craftsmen in Air Hitam Village, Gebang District. This study uses binary logistics analysis. The results showed that the education level and income of the sliced tamarind craftsmen were factors that influenced the decision to remain as sliced tamarind craftsmen in Air Hitam Village, Gebang District.

Serdang Bedagai, is one of the production centers for processing palm sap into brown sugar, this business requires a well-planned concept that produces alternative strategies. This research aims to analyze the income and development strategy of palm oil palm nira brown sugar business in Serdang Bedagai. This research uses quantitative analysis methods to determine the level of income and business feasibility analysis of brown sugar from palm sap and descriptive analysis to explain SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) to see the internal environment, namely strengths and weaknesses and the external environment, namely opportunities and threats of brown sugar from palm sap business. The results showed an income level of IDR. 18,039,877 and an R/C feasibility analysis of IDR. 1.14 that the brown sugar from palm sap business is feasible. The business development strategy of palm sap brown sugar is in quadrant I (1,22 and 1,92). Namely by increasing the production capacity of brown sugar from palm sap, expanding new customer segments, improving the quality of palm nira brown sugar processing. This is very possible to see from the availability of abundant raw materials and high market demand.

The accountability of these financial statements will make stakeholders believe in the company's management to provide the best for the company. Financial statement accountability will all stakeholders work together and work hard to develop the company to be bigger, therefore good auditor performance is strongly demanded so that all parties interested in financial reports do not make wrong decisions and policies for their companies. The purpose of this study is to see the impact of professionalism and competence on auditor performance which is moderated by the work motivation. Data collection is done by survey method with questionnaires. The population of this study is the Auditor in Public Accounting Firm Medan City. Primary data is obtained through the spreading of questionnaires. Hypothesis testing in this study used Moderating Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that professionalism and competence have a positive and significant effect on auditor performance, and work motivation is a moderating variable that can strengthen the effect of professionalism on auditor performance, but work motivation is not a variable that can moderate the effect of competence on auditor performance.

Corporate Social Responsibilityor CSR is one of the most popular efforts to gain public trust in the company. This is a form of social equilibrium between the company and the surrounding community, so information on the satisfaction of the community around the company regarding the CR carried out needs to be known for further improvement of CSR programs. This research was conducted to determine the level of community satisfaction with the CSR program carried out by the oil palm plantation company PT. Socfindo plantation Seunagan – Aceh. The results of the study show that the CSR program has not provided satisfaction for the communities around the plantations. Attributes of the process of capturing citizens' aspirations at the beginning of the program had the highest level of satisfaction, while attributes of capital assistance provided by companies to entrepreneurs gave the lowest satisfaction. In connection with CSR as a corporate concern program for the surrounding community, PT. Socfindo Seunagan Plantation needs to involve the local community as a stakeholder in the planning and implementation of CSR, while still taking into account the priority needs of the surrounding community.

Abstract Women fish vendors in Tamil Nadu play a significant role in the fishing industry's supply chain, from catching to selling fish. However, they face various challenges that impact their livelihood and well-being. This paper aims to explore the challenges faced by women fish vendors in Tamil Nadu and identify potential solutions to address their plight. The paper highlights the lack of access to resources, health hazards, social stigma, and lack of legal protection as major challenges faced by women fish vendors. The paper suggests solutions such as providing access to capital, improving infrastructure and technology, ensuring health and safety, and providing legal protection to empower women fish vendors.

This study aims to find out how the IDX's Current Ratio affects stock prices in manufacturing companies in various industrial sectors for three years, from 2018 to 2020. The company's financial statements and stock prices for the 2018-2020 period, use quantitative secondary data types. There are 11 business populations in this study. This study involves information on financial reports with a time series for the previous 3 years distributed from www.idx.co.id. sample for this study using purposive sampling. This study used a sample of 11 business actors from the previous three years, out of a total of 48 manufacturing business actors from various industries. Based on the findings of this study, stock prices are not significantly affected by the Current Ratio.

Goldfish is in great demand by the people of Southeast Aceh because it is easily obtained in the market and becomes a typical dish. There is an increase in feed prices while output prices are fixed. So many farmers stopped producing but some survived. There is a difference in productivity between farmers who quit and farmers who stay. Farmers must improve production efficiency with the use of the right inputs so as to minimize costs and maximize profits. The study was conducted in Lawe Bulan District with the number of samples used as many as 40 farmers. The analysis used by DEA (Data Envelopement Analysis) to obtain Technical, Allocative and Economic Efficiency values and Tobit Regression Analysis to see the relationship between efficiency and farmer characteristics. The results of the DEA Analysis obtained a technical efficiency value of 0.757 or 75.5%. The allocative efficiency value was obtained at 0.919 or 91.9%. The Economic Efficiency Rate is 0.832 or 83.2%. The results of Tobit Regression are technically significantly positively related to the age of farmers. Allocative efficiency revealed a significant effect at the level of 5% and negatively related between allocative efficiency and education level. The results of the DEA analysis of the level of production efficiency have not been efficient. The Technical Efficiency score has an inefficiency of 24.5%. The allocative efficiency value of inefficiency was 8.1%. The Economic Efficiency score of inefficiency was 16.8%. The results of tobit regression there are sources of inefficiency of socioeconomic variables that become inefficienciesSuch as technical efficiency of education and number of dependents, allocative efficiency of age, education and experience, economic efficiency of experience variables and number of dependents.
