Abstract

Managing talented employees is important to encourage companies to compete domestically and internationally. Likewise, knowledge can increase employees to be more productive so as to achieve maximum performance. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of Talent Management and Knowledge Management on the performance of employees of PT Angkasa Pura I Juanda Surabaya, which is engaged in airports. This research uses a quantitative approach that applies questionnaires and interviews as data collection techniques. The population studied amounted to 52 supervisors and the sampling method used a saturation sampling approach. The analysis technique applied in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results in this research indicate that Talent Management and Knowledge Management contribute positively to the performance of employees of PT Angkasa Pura I Juanda Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the extent to which the influence of farmer age, citrus farming experience, number of dependents, citrus capital, and total area of ​​citrus land on the conversion of citrus land to oil palm in Sumber Bakti Village, Darul Makmur District, Nagan Raya Regency. This study took 31 samples from a total of 31 populations with consideration of farmers converting citrus land to oil palm. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study simultaneously show that the variables of farmer's age, citrus farming experience, number of dependents, citrus capital, and the total area of ​​citrus land influences the farmer's decision to change land functions. Although partially only the variables of farmer's age, citrus capital, and total area of ​​citrus land that influence farmers' decisions to convert citrus land to oil palm.

Abstract

Marketing is considered efficient if it is able to convey results from producers to consumers and is able to make a fair distribution. The aim of the study was to determine the marketing channel and the amount of marketing margin by marketing agencies involved in shrimp marketing that occurred at TPI Alue Ambang Village, Teunom District, Aceh Jaya Regency. This research was conducted in Alue Ambang Village, Teunom District, Aceh Jaya Regency. There are two data used, namely primary data and secondary data. Data was collected from survey results with field observations. Snowball sampling sample method for a sample of fishermen with a total of 60 people. 7 collectors, 2 wholesalers. The results of this study are that there are two marketing channels that occur, namely from fishermen, then to collectors, then to wholesalers until it finally reaches consumers, and from fishermen, then to collectors, then to retailers until finally it reaches consumers. Meanwhile, the shrimp marketing margin at TPI Alue Ambang Village, Teunom District, Aceh Jaya Regency was IDR 45,000 in the first marketing channel. And IDR. 20,000 occurred in the second marketing channel.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence farmers in implementing an integrated agricultural system in Langkak village, Kuala Coast sub-district, Nagan Raya regency. This research was carried out from October to December 2022. The analytical method used in this research was the logistic regression analysis method and to determine the Y value using dummy variable data, namely 1 = decision to implement integrated agriculture, 0 = decision not to implement integrated agriculture. This research took 30 farmers as samples using a saturated method based on consideration of who took part in the socialization in the 2022 PPK Ormawa program in Langkak village. The data collection techniques used in this research were interviews and observation. Based on data processing, it shows that the variables age, education, land area, length of farming, and income have a big impact on farmers' decisions to implement an integrated farming system. Although simultaneously only the variables age and length of farming have a significant effect, apart from that they do not have a significant effect on farmers' decisions to implement an integrated farming system.

Abstract

Alue Ambang Village is one of the villages in Teunom District, Aceh Jaya Regency, where the majority of the population is highly dependent on oil palm plantations. Unstable palm oil prices can affect farmers' income. This study aims to determine the contribution of oil palm income to the household needs of farmers. Of the 53 respondents who used the results of the study showed that income from oil palm can contribute to farmer households in Alue Ambang Village with a ratio of 1.1 where 62% of farmers can be fulfilled from their oil palm plantations while 38% of oil palm farmers whose income is not sufficient to meet their needs household.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a phenomenon that occurs at SMK Negeri 3 Padang, namely low academic anxiety. Self-regulated learning and peer conformity are factors that influence students' academic anxiety. This study aims to analyze (1) self-regulated learning, (2) peer conformity, (3) academic anxiety, (4) self-regulated learning with students' academic anxiety, (5) the relationship between peer conformity and students' academic anxiety and (6) ) the relationship between self-regulated learning and peer conformity with students' academic anxiety. The research method used is quantitative. This type of research is descriptive correlational. The population in this research is 1047 students and the sample of this research is 290 students. Sampling used the Slovin formula and sampling using proportional random sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a Likert Scale measurement. Data were analyzed with correlational descriptive statistics with the help of SPSS version 20.00. The results of the study show that (1) students' self-regulated learning is in medium, (2) peer conformity is in the medium category, (3) students' academic anxiety is in the r category, low (4) there is a positive relationship and significant between self-regulated learning and academic anxiety beliefs, (5) there is a positive and significant relationship between peer conformity and students' academic anxiety, and (6) there is a positive and significant relationship between self-regulated learning and peer conformity support with anxiety student academic. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between self-regulated learning and conformity of seabya friends with students' academic anxiety.

Abstract

The most common facial skin problems experienced by Indonesian women are dull skin conditions and the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines which are signs of premature aging. This problem can be overcome by using anti-aging skin care. One of the local anti-aging skin care brands in Indonesia is Crystallure, which is produced by PT Paragon Technology and Innovation. It is important for companies to implement traditional and digital marketing strategies simultaneously in order to increase brand awareness. The marketing communications used by Crystallure to promote its brand are social media marketing, sales promotions, exhibitions, personal selling, and word-of-mouth. The type of research used is descriptive causal with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. The number of samples used in this study were 91 samples. This study used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results showed that exhibitions, personal selling, and word-of-mouth partially had a significant effect on brand awareness. Meanwhile, social media marketing and sales promotion partially have no significant effect on brand awareness. And social media marketing, sales promotions, exhibitions, personal selling, and word-of-mouth all influence brand awareness. and word-of-mouth partially has a significant effect on brand awareness. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation (X1), work environment (X2) and religiosity (X3) on employee performance (Y2) of sharia finance companies in Indonesia with competence (Y1) as an intervening variable. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires carried out to 380 employees of sharia finance companies in Indonesia. Data analysis in this study used SEM (Stuctural Equation Modelling) operated through the LISREL (Linear Structural Relationship) 8.70 program. The results showed that there was a positive and significant direct effect on the variables of work motivation (X1) and religiosity (X3) on employee performance (Y2) of Islamic finance companies with a coefficient of determination of 74%. In addition, the influence (indirect effect) of work motivation variables (X1), work environment (X2) and religiosity (X3) affect the performance of employees of Islamic finance companies with competence as an intervening variable

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the perceptions of the Padang Village Community, Manggeng District, Aceh Barat Daya District towards the Sustainable Food Home Area (KRPL). This research was conducted in Padang Village, Manggeng District, Southwest Aceh District. This research was conducted in January 2023 until completion. The sampling model in this study used simple random sampling, namely sampling regardless of strata in one population. the study population was 310 heads of households, the sampling approach from the population used the Slovin formula with a leeway of 15% (e = 15%). Then a sample of 39 heads of households can be drawn. The data sources to be used in this study consist of primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method in this study used a Likert Scale by looking at the comparison index of the total score of certain criteria, the perception index in this study was calculated. From the results of research on people's perceptionstowards the implementation of Sustainable Food Home Areas (KRPL) where each indicator can be categorized as very suitable for each indicator which inBenefit indicator with a grade point index of 87.30%, Ease of implementation indicator with a grade point index of 89.74%, Conformity indicator in application with a grade point index of 91.03% and KRPL Sustainability Indicators with a grade point index of 91.03%.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how. subsidized fertilizer policy on farmer satisfaction in Deli Serdang Regency, this study took place in Tanjung Rejo Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. The form of this research was descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were all rice farmers in Tanjung Village. Rejo District of Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang Regency as many as 2288 farmers, the sample used was the slovin technique with a total sample of 100 people, the data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis, while the results of this study were,A constant value of 30,074 indicates a positive constant value, meaning that if the Subsidized Fertilizer Price, Fertilizer Distribution Time, Distribution Place and Fertilizer Amount do not change or equal to 0 then it will increase farmer satisfaction by 30,074%, Partial test shows that Fertilizer Amount, Price Subsidized Fertilizers, and Fertilizer Distribution Time have an influence on farmer satisfaction, this is because the sig value <0.05, Place of Distribution has no effect on farmer satisfaction, this shows that if farmers do not get subsidized fertilizer they will look for other alternatives, R Square value of 0.543 or 54.3 % means that in this study the amount of fertilizer, the price of subsidized fertilizer, the place of distribution, the time of distribution of fertilizer contributed 54.3% to farmer satisfaction, while the remaining 45.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study such as government assistance, grain prices and yields
