Abstract

Skripsi with a title “ influence human development index (hdi) and unemployment rate on economic growth/city district in west kalimantan”. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of human development index (hdi), unemployment rate on economic growth/city district in west borneo.This research using quantitative methods, namely by processing secondary data and analysis was conducted towards an object of this research according to research purposes. The data used was secondary data the period 2010-2013 originating from publication statistics west borneo province.From test t, human development index (hdi) influential positive and significant on economic growth of 1.156826, and unemployment have negative effects and significantly to economic growth rate of -0.228689 on growth/city in west kalimantan. Abstract

This research analyzes the impact of population growth on food security with special emphasis on population’s food adequacy.  This research also estimates (projecting) the food need of population by year 2020 as well as analyzing the efforts have been done by local authority regarding food security matters from population aspects. This research applies qualitative descriptive method to analyze time series and literature data. Result of the research shows that population growth of West Kalimantan Province year 1995-2013 is at 1.27%. This implicated to the increase of food need to be 645.849 ton, while rice consumption decreased to be 106,35 kg/capita/year. Based on population projection, which is predicted to be 5.134.000 peoples by 2020, the rice need of West Kalimantan Province by the year is estimated at 817.937 ton. Meanwhile, rice supply will be around 1.248.301 ton.  On the other hand, Local Government of West Kalimantan Province has carried out some efforts on food security matters including that of through population growth control. This can be depicted from birth control program, in which improvement of quality of family planning program has resulted in the increase of new family planning by mix contraception reaches 153.743 acceptors. The other program is the prevention of early marriage by improvement of adolescent’s life. This program is conducted through personal counseling. For this purpose, there have been 228 counseling groups established, which means 102.2% from enacted target.  On production side, the efforts of Local Government of West Kalimantan Province for coping with food security problems were done by increasing rice production. By year 2013, rice production of the province was recorded at 1.441.876 ton. It increased 16.50% from previous year. The other effort was including the utilization of potential rice field areas, in which by year 2013 total rice field area has reached 310.102 ha. Key words: food adequacy (rice), rice supply, rice needs, rice consumption and government efforts.

Abstract

. This study was conducted to analyze investment, revenue and the number of people effect that stimulating economic growth in West Kalimantan Year 2000-2011. The purpose of this study to determine investment, revenue and population affect the economic growth in West Kalimantan. An author in this research uses secondary data, time series data and start from 2000-2011 were obtained from the BPS West Kalimantan Province. Then the data is analyzed using quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis includes multiple regression, the coefficient of determination test, F-test, t-test, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity test Based on the results obtained ² test and F-test test has a strong influence on economic growth. Partial or tcount test, investment and population has a positive and significant effect on economic growth, while the PAD has a positive influence and not significant. In multicollinearity test, the variable investment and revenue does not happen multicollinearity occurs while the population of multicollinearity. In the autocorrelation test, the model used an element of positive autocorrelation or have distract element. In heterocedastisity test is known that there is no problem because the heterocedastisity critical value (X2) is greater than chi square value.

Abstract

The study entitled "The Effectiveness and Contributions Analized of Hotel and Restaurant Taxs of Regional Revenue (PAD) in Pontianak City," This aims to analyze and known the effectiveness and contribution of tax revenue of the hotel and restaurant tax to original regional income (PAD) in Pontianak city, This is descriptive study with analysis method effectiveness and contribution.The results of study showed that 1) The effectiveness of tax revenues of hotel and restaurant tax in Pontianak so good by average as 104.15% and both the hotel and restaurant growth is fluctuated during 2008-2012. An average growth of 10,65% per year, while the effectiveness of the restaurant tax is higher on average by 111.91% growth per year with an average as 33.71%. 2) The contributions of hotel and restaurant tax to PAD is enough (high) in Pontianak, but during the period 2008-2012 to fluctuated/up and down. The average of contribution of hotel tax to the Local Taxes amounted to 10.65%. The highest contribution is a hotel tax in 2010 amounted to 13.02%, and the lowest in 2012 as 7.54%, while the contribution to the PAD average of 7.23% per year. 3) Contributions restaurant tax is higher than the hotel tax reached an average of 20.63% of the local taxes, and contribute to PAD as 14.01%. The highest contribution occurred in 2010, which in 2010 is also the highest growth in the restaurant tax. The year 2010 is also the best year in the hotel tax, where the tax contribution of the hotel in 2010, the highest in five years of observation. 4) Among the other local taxes, three types of local taxes are the highest contribution to the Tax on Acquisition of Land and Building (BPHTB), street lighting tax and restaurant tax.Keywords: hotel tax, restaurant tax, Local Taxes, PAD.

Abstract

This study aims to to classify areas with matrix typologies klassen that divides 14 districts/city into 4 quadrant consisting of the area forward, regional forward but depressed, developing areas and the regions left. After saw the gap the income distribution of districts/city income capita above and under the average West Kalimantan. In this research the analysis used is descriptive analysis qualitative thus research this explains variables related in classifying areas according to typologies klassen in West Kalimantan. To analyze lameness happened, methods used is for ratio. During the period 2010-2013, some districts/city in West Kalimantan diverted typologies areas. But from the analysis also found that a number of districts/city never diverted quadrant or static. But district/city static is at quadrant I are singakawang city and melawi district. District/city static is at quadrant are Kuburaya District II. District/city static at III quadrant are Bengkayang District and Pontianak District. On quadrant IV in the period of 2010-2013 no district/city static this is at quadrant. From 14 districts/city, there are five districts/city per capita income above average West Kalimantan during the period 2010-2013. Of these districts are is Ketapang, Sintang, Melawi, Pontianak City and Singkawang City. Lameness happened to districts/city not show the condition lameness special. There were 9 districts per capita income below the average West Kalimantan. From 9 districts that is, 6 districts such as level lameness continue to increase until 2013. Over a period of 2010-2013 more than 50 percent of districts as the areas that had been left behind in West Kalimantan. An area that had been left behind this cannot be separated from lack of investment and development in the area. The number of disparities West Kalimantan still are categorized was since on average lameness happened in west kalimantan 're either 0,30-0,49 figures. Abstract

Kemiskinan merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh negara-negara berkembang di seluruh dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Tingkat kemiskinan yang tinggi menunjukkan bahwa kesejahteraan masyarakat di negara tersebut sangat buruk sekali. Kesejahteraan masyarakat merupakan indikator berhasilnya sebuah negara dalam menyediakan dan memenuhi hak-hak warga negaranya dalam pemenuhan standar minimal kebutuhan hidup secara merata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari inflasi dan pengangguran terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Indonesia tahun 2007 – 2013. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode explanatory research dan metode analisisnya menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan data panel yang menggabungkan data time series dan cross section dari tahun 2007 – 2013 dan 33 provinsi sebagai data yang diolah dalam model multiple regresi dengan 231 observasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa inflasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan, sedangkan pengangguran juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan.   Kata kunci : Tingkat kemiskinan, Inflasi, Pengangguran

Abstract

Human resources have an important role in agricultural activities ranging from managerial to keaspek keterampilan.Untuk aspects that need agricultural extension field or resource development program. This study aims to determine the effect of the field of agricultural extension activities and productivity of rice plants against the income of farmers in the district Sungai Raya.                This study uses primary data taken directly from respondents through the questionnaire with a population of 30 respondents. The model is a model of descriptive data analysis using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service) version 21.               The independent variable in this study is; agricultural extension activities field (X1), the production of rice (X2) and farmers' income as dependent variable (Y). Before testing the hypothesis testing instruments that include validity, reliability, classic assumption test, test normalitas, multolineritas test, test hetoskedesitas, then the hypothesis test with simultaneous test (F test) partial test (t test).               Based on the results of the research, that the field of agricultural extension activities and significant positive effect on the income of farmers in the district SungaiRaya, production of rice and significant positive effect on the income of farmers in the district of West Kalimantan SungaiRaya.Key word: Activity of Extension Agricultural,  Production of rice ,and  Farmer’s Income
