Abstract

One of the problems faced by partners are low mushroom production capacity, using conventional marketing methods for sales, not keeping proper financial records so that partners do not know the actual profit. The solutions offered to partners are as follows: a) increasing mushroom production capacity by providing appropriate technological tools and facilities, such as backlog press machines and autoclaves; b) providing training on recording financial transactions using the web use an application for recording financial information for micro and small businesses (SI APIK) application issued by Bank Indonesia, which will assist partners in recording their financial transactions and enable them to Empower sustainable farmer group partners to become independent communities is the outcome goal of this service. After empowering the external partners, the results are as follows: a) Increased mushroom production capacity and b) improved partner financial recording. Increasing partners' ability to manage finances is proof of success.

Abstract

Kuningan Regency is ranked 19th for the number of MSMEs in each district. So, it must continue to be pursued to increase public interest in starting a business. We strive to be involved in assisting the community to improve the economy through assistance to the community for fostering entrepreneurial spirit, financial planning, and managing potential business risks. With the application of a measurable understanding of potential risks and mastering how to mitigate risks before starting a business, it is hoped to increase the enthusiasm of community members to start a business and succeed in running their business. Especially for PKK mothers and female heads of households as training participants plus youth organizations. This service activity aims to provide knowledge to understand and analyze potential business risks and improve the ability to mitigate business risks in the morning for prospective women entrepreneurs and youth organizations in Gandasoli Village. From the evaluation results, it was found that out of 37 participants, most of them understood the meaning of risk and the types of risks that could potentially arise when they would carry out business activities. Participants have also been able to identify the risks of the business plan that they will do.

Abstract

One of the objectives of this research activity is to increase the potential contained in micro business activities in the community in one of the villages in Pandeglang district, Banten. Lack of knowledge and skills in keeping up with the times makes most business actors unable to compete in potential markets. Based on this, socialization activities and product packaging training were carried out for business actors who use local potential in Banten, especially in Pandeglang Regency, Curugciung Village to be precise. The results of the research show that the development of packaging knowledge and skills by business actors utilizing local potential is increasing rapidly. Apart from being a challenge for the business world, it is also a huge opportunity and potential for improving the economy and business. Business actors must be able to keep up with changing trends by utilizing information technology to encourage business activities while increasing competitiveness.

Abstract

MSMEs have the potential to improve the implementation of their tax obligations. However, due to weak access to information by MSMEs, in general they do not necessarily understand and comprehend the benefits of fulfilling tax obligations. In the bazaar activity, which was attended by 37 students, some of the teams were business people who actually had businesses while studying, the team assistants and lecturers socialized the importance of taxes to entrepreneurs, they were given an understanding of taxation since they were in college and not only got the theory but in practice these business people were the ones who dominated by students must understand. The process of how business actors get a NPWP which will change their tax identity using a Resident Identity Card. Not only understanding taxation, but in this activity students and business people are also asked to understand the financial reports that must be made after the activity is completed.This activity was carried out at a bazaar event with 37 teams taking part in this activity consisting of 3 students. The aim of this service is to provide an understanding of taxation and financial reports. Business people understand taxation and financial reports.

Abstract

Empowerment of Household Economics Through Financial Management Training in Ciputih Village is an effort to enhance household financial capabilities to drive economic stability and community resilience. Through tailored interactive workshops, the initiative introduced basic financial concepts, budget planning, savings, and investment strategies to the residents. Post-activity evaluations revealed improved financial understanding and better decision-making, evidenced by increased savings, enhanced budget allocation, and a heightened interest in entrepreneurship. The outcomes underscore the significance of financial education at the community level, strengthening not only individual aspects but also the overall village economy. Thus, empowerment through financial literacy aids not just households but also stimulates sustainable economic growth in rural communities.
