Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik yang terdiri dari penerangan, warna, udara dan suara ; serta lingkungan kerja non fisik yang terdiri dari kepemimpinan dan hubungan kerja karyawan terhadap disiplin kerja Guru Tetap di SMP Negeri 3 Pontianak. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah para Guru Tetap di SMP Negeri 3 Pontianak. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Kuesioner yang berhasil dikumpulkan berasal dari 38 responden yang kesemuanya adalah Guru Tetap di SMP Negeri 3 Pontianak.Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh atau sensus, yaitu semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Pada tahap analisis dilakukan uji reliabilitas dan validitas untuk kuisioner yang disebar kepada responden, selanjutnya dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari: uji multikolinearitas, heterokedastisitas dan uji normalitas; analisis regresi linear berganda; uji goodness of fit yang terdiri dari: uji F dan uji t; koefisien determinasi (R2), serta Aplikasi SPSS versi 19 digunakan untuk membantu pengujian model ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel independen yaitu lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap variabel dependen yaitu disiplin kerja. Hasil analisis regresi berganda yaitu, Y = 6,479 + 0,995 X1 + 1.423 X2. Variabel independen yang paling berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen adalah lingkungan kerja non fisik (1,423), dan diikuti oleh variabel lingkungan kerja fisik (0,995). Hasil uji F dan uji t membuktikan bahwa semua variabel independen yang terdiri dari lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif terhadap disiplin kerja Guru Tetap di SMP negeri 3 Pontianak baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Dan koefisien determinasi (adjusted R2) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,501. Hal ini berarti 50,1% disiplin kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen yang terdiri dari lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik, sedangkan sisanya 49,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.   Kata kunci :    Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Penerangan, Warna, Udara, Suara, Kepemimpinan, Hubungan Kerja Karyawan dan Disiplin Kerja.

Abstract

This Thesis titled "The Effect of Work Ability and Discipline Against Employee Performance in West Kalimantan Provincial Health Department". The study variables were used in this study: 1) Ability (Knowledge, Skill, Qualification). 2) Discipline Work (Attendance, Reply Services, Justice) and 3) Performance (Loyalty, Responsibility). This research was conducted at the Employee Health Department of West Kalimantan Province. The respondents in this study are defined as 67 (sixty seven). The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of ability and discipline in West Kalimantan Provincial Health Office. In this research, the writer used descriptive and causal associative. Then the data analysis techniques using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to look through the questionnaire respondents, then the data were analyzed with SPSS version 17.00. Research has been done found that based on the partial test and simultaneously, it is known that factors capability consisting of knowledge, skill, qualification and discipline that consists of a list of attendees, retribution, justice significant effect on employee performance West Kalimantan Provincial Health Office. Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Motivasi KerjaPegawaipada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (DISPERINDAG) Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Lingkungan kerja,Motivasi kerja, menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap motivasi kerja pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 17.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Lingkungan kerja yang terdiri dari penerangan, warna,udara, suara, musik, kepemimpinan dan hubungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi kerja pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Variabel-variabel Lingkungan kerja yaitu penerangan, warna, udara, suara, musik, kepemimpinan, hubungan kerja secara simultan (bersama-sama) tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Motivasi kerja pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Variabel Lingkungan Kerja yaitu suara secara Parsial mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerjapada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh efisiensi modal kerja, leverage, dan efektivitas pemanfaatan aset terhadap profitabilitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Kausal dengan objek penelitian Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang Listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi linear berganda. Data yang diperoleh berasal dari laporan keuangan perusahaan. Variabel penelitian yaitu ROA, ROE, WCTO, DER dan TATO. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA hanyalah efektivitas pemanfaatan aset, sedangkan efisiensi modal kerja dan leverage tidak berpengaruh . Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROE hanyalah efektivitas pemanfaatan aset, sedangkan efisiensi modal kerja dan leverage tidak berpengaruh.

Abstract

Penelitian   ini   menganalisis   pengaruh   budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention khususnya pada karyawan PT. Frisian Flag Indonesia Cabang Pontianak. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 46 karyawan PT. Frisian Flag Indonesia Cabang Pontianak.  Data  dianalisis  dengan  menggunakan  Regresi Linier Berganda.   Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai Koefisien Determinasi yang diperoleh menunjukan nilai sebesar 0,247 yang berarti bahwa pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja dapat memberi kontribusi terhadap intention turnover sebesar 24,7% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian. Melalui uji Anova ditunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel bebas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan sebagai variabel terikat pada PT. Frisian Flag Indonesia Pontianak   Kata kunci : budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, turnover intention

Abstract

This research aimed to known the effect of work stress and job motivation on employee performance. The research was conduct at Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. This research was designed as an descrptive and causal. The method of data collection is conducted by  questionaire and interview. The population of this research is all employee of Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Barat which amounted to 90 people, and the number of samples that used is 89 people. The analysis technique used multiple linier regression analysis and equipped with validity, reliability, normality, relevant, heterokedasity test and t-test.  Data is proccesed by SPSS version 21.  Based on statistical test, showed that work stress have significant effect on employee performance and job motivation have significant effect on employee performance Keywords : work stress, job motivation and employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of inflation, exchange rates and interest rates SBI to stock price volatility companies listed on LQ45 period 2008-2012. The data used in this research is secondary data, while the sampling technique used purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 13 companies that made it into the sample and the exact criteria listed in LQ45 index during the study period. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t test partial and coefficient of determination. From the results of the analysis showed that the three partially independent variables, namely inflation, exchange rates and interest rates SBI and significant positive effect on the stock price volatility with a significance level a = 5%. Predictive ability or the effect of these three variables to the volatility of the stock price is equal to 83.9% as at the show by the value of R Square of 0.839, while the rest influenced by other factors not included in the research model.   Keywords: Volatility Stock Prices, Inflation, Exchange Rate and Interest Rate Bank Indonesia certificates.

Abstract

Several studies have shown that the value perceived by the customer has a positive effect on re-purchase intention, perception of value is considered as the best variable to predict the intention to buy again than veriabel satisfaction because of the perception of the value of a comprehensive assessment of the benefits received from product or services depends on the assessment of the benefits (gains) and losses (lost) and interpreted as a perception of value. Therefore, the value of the customer (customer value) is important to be considered by the company because it can explain the behavior of customers in choosing; that is why customers choose to buy or not buy a particular product or service. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of philips lighting products to customer value in Pontianak, the research variables in this study are the buyer philips lighting products located in Pontianak. In this study the sample taken is non-probability sampling with accidental sampling technique, which is a technique based on the determination of a coincidence to meet with researchers can be used as a sample of 100 people. This research is an explanation of the methods of descriptive statistical analysis. This is a form of research through questionnaires. Regression results show that the variable lighting products philips positive and significant impact on customer value. That is, the more positive respondents to the product the customer value, the higher the value perceived by the customer either related to functional value, social value and emotional value. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to how the fluctuation of foreign exchange rate,international composite stock index, and interest rate for composite stock index in Indonesiaif there have a positif effect or negatif effect. The sample that would be object of this reaserchis foreign exchange rate (US$/IDR), International Composite Stock Index (Dow Jones),Interest Rate of Indonesia Bank, and Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite Index. The methodof data collection is search in web-site in internet. The result of this research are there apositive effect because of change of foreign exchange rate and international composite stockindex for Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite Index and a negative effect because of changeof interest rate of Indonesia Bank. Abstract

One ratio that is widely used in making investment decisions are PER (Price EarningsRatio). This ratio is used to evaluate the position, performance and financial condition of thecompany in making investment decisions. Price Earning Ratio (PER) comparing the stockprice (which is derived from the capital market) and earnings per share are obtained by theowner of the company are presented in the financial statements, Husnan and Pudjiastuti,(2006:75) Investors may consider this ratio in order to sort out which shares will be able toprovide great benefits in the future. This study aims to determine whether the ratio of Size, Leverage and Profitabilityaffect the Price Earning Ratio (PER) in the Property and Realestate companies listed inIndonesia Stock Exchange. This study used a sample of 19 Property and Realestatecompanies listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2013. Tests using descriptivestatistics and multiple regression analysis.
